New Shack American Diner in St. Helens

We went to that restaurant for my friend Stacey 34th birthday we had a good time the food was very delicious

First time we visit here and we will definitely be going back. All the food is fresh and the chicken goujon’s are amazing. My partner had a pizza which was thick with toppings. Great little find!

I am so glad I found this place. We went here for the first time today for my sons 21st. We were met with a lovely warm welcome. The food and service were excellent and the atmosphere was perfect. Fantastic chicken kebabs. Fantastic burgers. Shack seasoning is the mutts nuts. Price may be slightly higher than your average high street pizza shop, but that is completely reflected in the quality of the food. You pay for what you get. No cheap freezer cuts and no bloat or filler food. You are getting top quality food cooked to perfection. If you want a superb quality takeout night treat, then look no further.

Consistently 10/10 for food. Also great with allergies and vegan options. The New Shack rub is out of this world and my wife's new addiction. The sausage and egg muffins are better than McDonald's.

Called into the shop next door and noticed sign for Sunday lunch delivery. I'm glad I did as the food I just had delivered was amazing. Everything you could ask for in a sunday lunch. Big portion food wasn't sloppy or dry which I was sort of expecting with it being delivered. Bang on!!!

Visited for breakfast with friends, food was perfectly cooked, great portion size and excellent price. Lovely mug of tea, (proper sized mug not 1 of the tiny ones you get elsewhere) Excellent menu choices, staff were brilliant, couldn't do enough for us, lots of choice and no trouble changing things like having a slimming world breakfast instead of normal. 5* from me, and my 2 friends. Will definitely be visiting on a regular basis

I couldn't rate it more highly. I took my kids football team there and every single meal was polished off in double quick time. Really friendly staff and amazing value for money.

Had a takeaway tonight and what fantastic food. We have previously sat in before, what great milk shakes too. Speedy delivery and lovely fresh order. Definitely recommend

The food was excellent and great value for money. The portion size for the fries was very generous. I ordered bacon cheese fries and the bacon was more like gamon which was a nice suprise. All the food was really hot and freshly cooked. The server was really friendly and helpful when I asked for an adjustment to my order.

I have to say this diner is excellent. Very clean, fresh local produce, milk shakes you won't believe. As for the customer service, it is a long time since I have seen this where the customer experience is priority. Fully recommend.
