New Look in Blackpool

Took forever to faff about the store trying to find jeans I wanted in a longer length as I was told there were some on the shop floor - there were not. Stoll a girl said shed check the staff room for me which was helpful, but they wrrent there either. . Then had to que up forever to order some "long" length jeans in that size that I wanted. The woman ordered them in store for me, this also took ages, hence the que getting even longer. I stated 3 times it was the longer length ones I required. Only to pick them up a week later , take them home and discover they are "short" !??? Never in my life have I wasted more time on shopping for 1 pair of jeans. The system is flawed and doesn't work.

Got told I'd get emailed a receipt and never got given a paper one. Good job I checked same day as I'm not from the area and I didnt get one... yes I checked my junk mail. Given I'd spent >£100 this is unacceptable. The store manager rectified it for me when I went all the way back and queued at the very slow tills again, but it meant I had to have a signed a4 printout receipt... let's hope I don't have to take anything back to my local NL with a strange looking receipt. The other option was to refund and re buy everything. I don't want twice the amount outstanding from my account waiting for a refund for half... Some good bargains to be found upstairs if you can be bothered having a ratch. It's absolutely boiling upstairs though. Downstairs had a good range of clothes, a petite section and a claires accessories section.

Lots of options and sales but some prices were really expensive for what the items were.

Not enough plus sizes you are ok if your a size 8

There needs to be more effort put into the plus size clothing upstairs, it's just one wall not a lot of options at all

Felt the shops in general new look clothes starting to look cheap but not reflect in the price. No better than primemark.

Well stocked but didn't have a range of tweed skirts. Looked elsewhere instead.

Customer service was terrible, tills weren't working and staff were busy doing other things!

Bought a lovely top from the Arpicot Brand and some leggings. The lady on the till was really pleasant and processed the transaction quickly

Always well set out and easy to find whatever you are looking for.

There's a lot of super pretty dresses here, and not to mention the overall size of the store, I definitely recommend shopping here if you haven't before.

To noise and to much going on and to loud

A spacious and inviting shop, very easy to get around, with a lift and escalator up to the first floor. Pleasant and helpful staff. There's a good selection of clothes in all sizes though most of the styles are too young for me. Some really nice shoes, bags and fashion accessories. Very affordable prices.

Nothing for men but daughters loved the sales 😁 Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Recommended 👍

Staff very helpful and friendly I was looking for dress and couldn't find what I wanted and was advised where I would get what I needed in other shop. It's lovely to feel welcome in lovely shop like New Look thank you for all your help.

Changing rooms were closed means we have to no go back with clothes . Normally try them on .

Not a big lover of New Look anymore, a lot of their stuff is looking like things you can buy on the market 🙁🙁

This store is clearly doing away with men's clothing which is a real shame. The men's section get smaller and smaller while the womens section expands. Used to be my favourite shop for men's clothing but now it's a pointless trip.

Some nice clothes but not in every size. Very limited stock will be buying online.

I love shopping at New Look and always find what I am looking for. My whole winter wardrobe is from New Look and I now have lots of comfortable and cosy jumpers :)

Sophie was brilliant when i retuned an item as we payed on gift card think she was unsure if it could go back on another gift card when she couldnt get hold of anyone to clarify she took the decision to do it no matter if right or wrong to save people from queing unnecessary. Thank you sohpie for you inisative brilliant customer service

Not a shop I would recommend for the bigger sizes.

Still like to shop here but it's changed a little with the clothes!

The music is too loud, there are big open spaces in parts of the shop, the exit is locked but there is no sign to say this and the only entrance/exit has shelves in the way The clothes are decent and well priced but the store itself is very awkward and must be a nightmare for anyone in a wheelchair

This shop is great it's great for all styles as it has individual boutique ranges my favourite boutique range is model London they have a sake on just now
