New Empire Chinese Takeaway in Falkirk

We recently moved here a few months back and found this Chinese take away to be the best, the food is excellent and staff are very friendly. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Went tonight as our usual coswok is closed on a Tuesday. I've never had a Chinese meal be more watery than the peking style crispy shredded chicken we got tonight. Soggy chicken and completely inedible and straight in the bin. Spring rolls bland. Won't be back

Thought I'd try this place based on google reviews but I won't be making that mistake again! Food was inedible and went in the bin. I don't think I've ever ordered a Chinese dish were the sauce was more or less water!! I can safely say that this was the worst Chinese takeaway I've ever had. Best avoided.

Only accept cash for some reason????? I don’t get paid cash for my salary Anyone find this unusual????

Best Chinese in town and the lady on the phone is always very friendly. Delivery is very prompt and the food quality is consistent. Wouldn’t use another delivery service for Chinese other than this place.

Just had a meal from here, very busy because of all other Chinese takeaways closed which is understandable, ordered shredded honey chicken, had to bin it as was brick hard, all batter, no chicken and no sauce. Very disappointed with meal. Can’t wait till Coswok reopens.
