The gravy from here is unreal, and the beef is the nicest I've had. Black bean sauce is amazing too

Shared delivery driver who delivers for the khyber Indian takeaway next door delivered an Indian takeaway despite us ordering a Chinese takeaway. Brought us our Chinese back after sitting in someone’s house going cold for over half an hour, we refused to accept cold food so a so called fresh delivery was made 15-20 minutes later minus the gravy sauce that was ordered as part of the meal…food was inedible, without any sauce and binned. Avoid this place at all costs…you have been warned!

Was the best place about, last few times have been very sloppy with undercooked food or lots of grease was always the opposite, il not be getting out of it again if its not the girls behind the counter mixing up orders or letting your food sit there while your waiting its the overall quality of the food has gone downhill

I wouldn't give this Chinese any stars if I could. No words can describe how disgusted I am with the food my partner and I couldn't even eat it as I had a hard bit in my batter of my chicken ball looked like a bone the sausages were not salted chilli they just put chilli bits in my curry and the chips tasted like they were reheated. It took our food over an hour to come and didn't give us our drink. Please stay clear of this Chinese as it is definitely not worth the money absolutely disgusting will not be back. If you order from this chinese please be prepared to wait🤢 I am most certainly not the only one complaining there is other reviews on here that are also not satisfied with their order's. How can I be easily pleased to have found a bone in my chicken ball?? Seriously in need of new cooks and to close the place down its absolutely shocking. New century more like new cemetery. Good luck to who ever eats from this place.

i ordered a gravy cheesy chip and they give me peas and the curry is clumpy… the gravy is extremely black and chunky with hard crusty bits. please sort this out ASAP! the atmosphere feels very down, and the staff don’t seem to happy. the chips were quite burnt and hard, but i was given peas instead of gravy.. not to mention the waiting time

This chinese is always consistent. My daughter and I love getting from them they are a hard-working and very busy bunch that never disappoint. I am lucky to live close by. 💖

This is a new one (to us) that we've recently been eating from. To be honest they aren't bad at all. Decent sized portions too. You can see the chefs working away behind the counter in a clean and tidy fashion. There's no room for errors amongst the competition of Chinese takeaways in North Belfast!

Duck and pineapple and chips very good this is the only Chinese takeaway I us.

We have and still do enjoy top notch Chinese cuisine each and every time I highly recommend you paying them a visit you will not regret it.

We placed an order on Friday night, 11:29PM, website shown that the place closes at midnight. App says that they accept orders up to FIFTEEN minutes before close, so we got in well within time. They allowed our order through the app and we got the acknowledgement email. That's fine. We waited the hour and a half that the email said it'd take and then tried to call. No answer. The order was never upheld. We called the next day and reported this, let them know we did the order on their app and how this happened. We were offered a refund or for them to do the order that night at the same cost. Everything was said very matter of factly and without any kind of apology or acknowledgement.. Since the move away from Just Eat, there is no complaints procedure, there are no apologies, there is no acknowledgement of their issues or the inconvenience caused. We got a refund that will take 3 - 5 business days and the onus is on us to follow up on that. Absolutely pathetic. NO FOCs, no money off future orders, no acknowledgement of the many years we've been loyal customers. We will ABSOLUTELY never use New Century again and urge everyone to do the same.

Good range of dishes, many cooked in the open kitchen.

Been using this takeaway since it opened and always been impressed with everything from ordering to delivery and quality of food but lately standards have fallen in terms of food,recieved a delivery of salted chilli chicken and most went in the bin because it was uneatable,to be fair I rang to complain and the girl offered to send up a replacement portion but if they can't get it right first time why would they second time,this may be as a result of a new chef as the girl informed me they had received many complaints for the same dish,I hope they address this issue sooner rather than later as it has been the best Chinese takeaway in the area for some time
