Definitely a hidden gem in Chorley! Absolutely fantastic staff, amazing atmosphere and exceptional drinks. It's a TARDIS - much bigger on the inside. Bookable rooms at great prices, friendly regulars, and the owners quite accommodating. Will be my new regular I think! You can't find a better place to spend a few hours in Chorley.

A wonderful, warm welcome on entering and 2 excellent cask ales on offer. There is a very friendly, easy going atmosphere around the place. A real credit to the owner.

Like Dionne Warwick Madge "Walked on by" then noticed this was a lovely micro bar opposite the Parish Church. There is some seating to the front on the pavement, a lovely small interior and a cute back area. Loved the music. Two real ales so Jorvic had a pale ale from Lords brewery in Huddersfield. This bar loves to bring in unusual beers for the area. T'other today is from Rudgste in York. Excellent find. Madge agrees, nobody gets out sober. Only 5 mins to station platform.

First time visit..went to sample the cask ale..little choice only 2 on offer, the one we tried was a little tired and cloudy.

First time visit for us heard they had a decent selection of cask ales...not on our visit, I'll try again in a few weeks time

💕 Wonderful place run by a genuinely lovely woman. She always makes you feel at home and looked after. The bar is always gorgeous, and the range of drinks is vast- something for everyone. Lovely, warm and friendly atmosphere. I call it my girly safe space 💕

What a lovely little surprise in the middle of Chorley. Great night in an unusual setting.

Really nice place. Very relaxed and good atmosphere. As a child of the 60's and 70's it gives that kind of feel of that era. Good selection of music played.

Drove an hour to get here for a family party. What a little gem of a place. Lovely decor, loved the outside area too. The person who was looking after everyone was fab and made everyone feel at home, but what was really great were the regulars in there. Really friendly and great to chat to. Like a say, a little gem and I wish we could scoop it up and pop it where we live.

A very homely, welcoming place and Hayley serves a selection of excellent real ales. The hot chocolate was lovely too.

Ok..but girl serving needs training not to hold glasses at the top, and to make sure they are clean. Real ale flat and tangy.

Lovely, warming place in the afternoon. Hayley is a lovely landlady. Always chatty and friendly and can rustle up a fabulous hot chocolate with cream marshmallows. At night, a lively micro pub with a range of tasty guest beers which are sourced from local brewerys. Also she has a full list of cocktails and shorts. A great place to spend the afternoon warming up or a Friday night living it up 👍🍹🍻
