Chicken Saag really nice & plentiful , but, very salty. Tables smallish for seating 4 people (all slim!!). Very noisy, think it was mainly people drinking @ the bar. Staff really nice & helpful

What an excellent Indian restaurant located in Ashton village.it is obviously very popular with the amount of regulars that come in.the service is very friendly and the food is absolutely amazing.its been a long time since I've had a lamb tikka masala as good as the one I had here.there is easy parking nearby.

Went in for a chicken madras and it was fantastic! The staff are friendly, prices are reasonable and the portions are generous. Definitely coming again.

Big shout out to Néel Panner. Always fantastic food, always attentive and first rate customer service. Choose a dish, any dish; you will never be disappointed. However, I recently added the ‘Scotch Eggs’ to my order. Just, sublime. I will be asking for the recipe.

Unfortunately forgot 1 item and another was incorrect. However what was delivered was delicious.

Food was pretty good, nice quality lamb. The sauce tasted very sweet though, and it was delivered early with no warning which happened to be inconvenient. However I thought it was one of the better takeaways and would order again.

It was delicious. We've been let down by a number on takeaways (Not From Here) for a curry over the last few months, cancellations, long delivery, missing items and just not that great. This one was just gorgeous! Well cooked, pipping hot with great flavours and a competitive price. Having another one tonight it was that good.

Good food, generous portions and attentive service. Always a pleasure to eat here. We strongly recommend.

This place is the best in my eyes, we went on a Saturday night, and it was very busy. I didn't think we would get a table, but we sat very quickly the food was absolutely gorgeous, and a great atmosphere service was excellent it's definitely a must go to

I am disappointed to say we (3 of us) found the tandoori chicken was dry and bland. The meat in the dishes was also dry. This was unfortunate as I was looking forward to the meal based on reviews.

We tried eating in at this restaurant a year ago, didn't go back as the service was chaotic and the food so-so, but decided to give it a go as a take away. Sadly well below expected food quality. Mix of tandoori starters, all of which were obviously reheated from earlier in the day, didn't taste fresh at all. Most of the meal ended the evening in the bin where it belonged. Cannot recommend and wouldn't try again. Very disappointed, cannot understand how this gets a 4.9 rating.......

Takeaway we ordered chicken tikka chom chom... Last month we had it and it was fab tonight not same dish tomato taste no spices very poor ..

Best curry I've had I a while service was great free items and portion sizes were great the fish tikka was abit rubbery but all in all great food you can tell they put care in to the food though 👍

can’t give 0 stars??? iv not had a curry since before xmas and fancied something tasty. BIG mistake… onion bhajis were not cooked, worse was to come as meat samosas were uncooked and looked defrosted, cold and tasted disgusting. looking forward to nan bread, again cold, doughy with no sign of an attempt to give any colour. Iv been a supporter for many years from days of princess of hearts but i will definitely not be ordering/eating here again. considering the order took 45 mins, you’d think the basics of a take away would be covered.

I heard great things about this place I thought I'd give it a try only my order was out for delivery 40 minutes early according to just eat but was delivered 5 minutes after the earliest time, waited for 45 minutes the food was barely warm at best was going to call and complain but didn't fancy waiting another 45 for food might give them a second chance in the future.

Enjoyed their food as both a delicious takeaway and dine in at the restaurant and cannot fault the quality of the food or service. Would highly recommend. (Booking not essential but it does get busy and the dine in area is only relatively small so to avoid disappointment I’d book) The staff are all lovely, the night we attended a brand new member of staff were on their first day, and to see how truly caring the owners were supporting them on a busy night reflected their personalities.

Far too long for delivery and when the food arrived it’s was very poor which really ruined our evening.when the food eventually arrived there were two free alcoholic drinks (unfortunately we don’t drink 🫤)

Lovely time at Neel Paneer. The staff were super nice and helpful. The mixed starter tasted great, but the curries… was a container of sugar accidentally dropped into them? I’ve never had such sweet curries in my life before. Had we been prepped for a selection of high-sugar/sweet curries I would have asked for something completely different or gone elsewhere.

Been in 3 times and on the 4th time one of the owners remembered us and asked if we wanted a platter based on what we've had before. We agreed and were definatly not disappointed.

Tasty but the delivery takes a long time. The paneer, seekh kebabs and chicken in the curry (I.e all the main components of the dishes) were over cooked and either dry or chewy.

The biggest issue was not getting a garlic naan I ordered, everything we ordered was over cooked - the paneer, seekh kebab and chicken in the dupiaza curry. All chewy or dry.

Tried here for a change. Ordered poppadoms, jalfrezi, madras and tikka massalla takeaway. Meat and Paneer were good, however all the sauces had a sweet and out of a jar like consistency, which was really off putting, plus it was quite expensive compared to other places we have tried. Poppadom sauces and chutneys were the same, or watery. Definitely won't be using again.

A busy weekend visit for a pre-booked dinner for two having been recommended by a work colleague. Very friendly attentive staff, fabulous food and good atmosphere. The menu is excellent with something for all tastes and appetites and great authentic flavours. Two draught Cobra beers of which one was Malabar IPA (fantastic). One of the best Indian dinners we’ve had for some time. We will definitely return very soon.

The delivery driver alone made me want to order from here again, pleasant guy! Food was quality too!

Went here tonight for a family meal for my 60th birthday and Xmas. The food was fabulous, the staff were amazing, nothing was to much trouble for Mo and his Team. Taz kept us topped up with food, the young man taking drinks orders was so on the ball and polite and friendly. Meals came out and delivered efficiently to the right people, no confusion, no fuss. Went smoothly and was a fab night. I cant wait to book for Xmas next year, definitely made a change to my boxing day routine. Thank you Mo to you and your fabulous team for making my night special. Xxx

Definitely will not be returning only 2 other tables occupied but such a long wait to even take the order on a Thursday night! When the two curry dishes arrived they were full of oil and tasteless when we told the staff they thought taking it and adding some ‘powder’ to them that this would rectify it! We literally ate a popadom each and abit of rice so were happy to pay for what we ate only, the little bar man decided to argue with me telling me about the curry which I cook on a regular basis and can do a lot better! After a 10 minute back and forth bicker the manager came and agreed to not charge for the non eaten curries! Would not recommend at all left hungry and annoyed!!

Food was late, the app said it was on the way for ages. Just Eat then said it had been delivered - it hadn’t so I rang the restaurant to be told the driver must have “pressed it by accident”. Food was cold when it arrived. Very very disappointing.

It took over 1 hour 15 minutes to deliver the food. Also it was not packed very well. Everything was spill over. The plus point, the food was good and still hot.
