Very nice staff. Was very busy when we visited and the meals still came out quickly. Was quite pricey but which is a shame but the food was really nice.

Food not good customer service bad was disappointed with way I was treated as a disabled customer standing tryna convince manager and staff NO ONE was in the disabled toilet . Finally after 10 mins standing like a lemon she said door is open now . We will not be back as we all are STILL hungry food sub standard

I was looking forward to my visit to Nandos as I haven’t visited for a while and was missing the place. However my bubble was sumwhat burst by arrival of poorly prepared food. My starter of medium wings were barely warm, the corn on the cob again was warm and minimum Charing made it almost bland. The mashed potatoes had a hard skin on them and they too were less than hot , I called the server at this time who replaced them with fresh without question. Perhaps she should have seen the rubbery potatoes and refused to serve them. All in all a most disappointing visit to what was once my favourite place for a quick meal I realised why I deleted the app and bonus card from my phone.

Came here with my friend for lunch and a catch up this is always a busy little place in Livingston so always be prepared for wait times, we got told we had a 40 minute wait however we got seated in about 20 minutes. Food was fresh and served very quickly- actually within 3 minutes which was crazy. Definitely be back.

I had promised my son a trip to Nando’s as a reward - we waited 40 min on a table and then after we ordered a further 45 on our food - when I asked the waitress after half an hour where our food was she didn’t bother to come back to tell us or apologise - ludicrously bad service and atmosphere in the place and sorry but for a Fast food place they ruined the rest of our day as our time was spending waiting !!

We as well as 5 others waited patiently at the desk to be seated for 10 minutes before a woman came up to the desk to assist. The family in front were told it would be a 30 minute wait for a table even though the restaurant was almost empty. Not impressed

We tried to head into Nando's at the Livingston centre on a Saturday initially but having arrived peak time we realised there was a considerably large queue of people, so opted for a different bite to eat. We did however decide to head to the Nando's a little earlier the next day (around 4:45) as we were in the area still and found it to be a much quieter and slicker experience. We were very quickly shown to a table and left to our own devices to order as expected. The food arrived relatively shortly after (within 10-15 mins), piping hot and to the typical standard you would expect from Nando's. All in all a great meal, service and experience.

Ridiculous wait time for tables as there are currently three empty tables in the restaurant. A family of four stood waiting for 10 mins and then we’re shown to a table that had been empty all that time. No organisation at all!! Food sitting out on counters for extended periods of time and the people cooking the food have questionable hygiene! After a considerable wait we left!

Party of four went in at 2.45 pm the girl on the desk said it would be 20 min wait we looked around there must have been at least 8 empty tables so we said no problem 1 hour 30 minutes still waiting this is not good enough we are regulars at Nando’s but not any more

Waited outside yesterday on opening. About 20 mins after they were meant to be open we walked away. The staff looked at us through the door yet never come out to explain that they are running late etc. We went back after shopping to an empty restaurant but to be told by uninterested staff that they could not seat us for at least an hour due to ‘covid’ even though the place was empty. Clearly using the covid word just to not actually work!

Bish, bash, bosh. Superb chicken, great service, what more you want? Online queue worked fine and the girl doing the drinks was great. Free refills but we never had to chase her, she asked us, brilliant.

Usually love a Nando’s, but our visit to this particular branch yesterday has put as off... the waiting system is a carry on and when you eventually get in and order your food via the new online system, you wait days on your drinks, they’re stingy with the sauce, - you’d think it was coming out staff wages! And the final straw was undercooked chicken and having like blood clots in it, gad!!! Won’t be back here!

Went here for lunch with the other half. The food was good. The measures put in place were quite impressive compared to many other restaurants.

I have been here on a number of occasions. Always receive good customer service and the food is always great. Highly recommend.

2 hour wait for a table is ridiculous . Has to be a better way than that , Just not good enough . Surely an extra few tables can be added if it’s going to be that kind of a wait time

Tried Nando's for the very first time. Table dirty and sticky. Staff were over in a flash and cleaned it up very quickly.Ordered food easily, No alcohol, just top ups of soft drinks...OK (was on expenses)Arrived quickly and very hot. Very nice, cannot fault it.Went for beers elsewhere later.

Been a few times with no problems. Service was terrible a member of staff at the till walked off when the queue got big. Saw him walking in circles around the tables not actually doing anything... Never collected our finished starter plates and got our mains wrong missing out one of our sides. When they finally came to take plates we told them about the missing food and the guy just said oh sorry and walked away. None of the servers were pleasant behaving like they'd rather be anywhere else. Won't be going back to this branch

I was cold and hungry when I arrived in Livingston and craved something hot and filling. Nandos seemed to fit the bill. It was very quiet when I arrived, and a friendly waiter showed me to a table. As with all branches of Nandos you pick your food from the menu, order and pay at the bar, and then once you've eaten you can just get up and leave, which still feels a little odd to this day.As others have mentioned, cleanliness could be improved. My table felt a bit sticky, and the restaurant felt a little grubby, but the food I ordered was fine and filled me up. It looked and tasted the same as every other Nandos I've had the same dish in. So it did what I wanted, and was what I expected it would be, but it was nothing remarkable.

Seated quickly. Ordered food which took a while to arrive. Must use the smallest chickens available. We both felt that our chicken was dry and overcooked. The spicy rice also tasted like microwaved Uncle Bens. Wouldn’t hurry back.

Poor service, expensive, poor value for money, dirty, faulty disabled toilets, lack of menu items. Definitely won't go here again.

Nandos staff were very helpful at letting me hide some Tasty Doughnuts for a party.I will say that I'm disabled & as I had to lean flat hand on the table, that I leant straight into a lot of sauce, so I had to clean myself up & the table top & edge. Then when I went to the easy access toilet there was no running water from the tap so I had to use hand sanitizer & toilet tissue.Apart from that the menu was full of food choices & mild to hot spiciness, with lots of extras to have too. When the food arrived it was hot & tasty, my watermelon salad was amazing, very enjoyable, I would be happy to go back again.

We phoned and booked for 5pm. No record of it. Didnt wait to long for a table. Our food was overcooked and dry. We both left half of our meal. We didnt complain as it was very busy. Place was dirty. Toilets were dirty. Looked like not enough staff. 3hrs later sick at home. Never again.

Dirty table and uninterested staff. For what you pay, the size of portions very small. Must use smallest chickens! Food was cold when reached table. Tables packed so close together, felt I was part of neighbour's conversation. 3 dirty tables waiting to be cleared near us and still not cleaned when we left. Like sitting in a high school canteen but noisier. Won't be back.

My grandson was about to sit on the chair and it was wet no one was around to ask to dry so I used tissues and wet wipes to clean the seat ..couldn't believe the colour of the tissue/wipe...really black ..I managed to get one of the staff and handed them the dirty wipe. I suggested that the seating could do with a good clean...really put me off the place. I certainly won't be back. If that's the cleanliness of the seating area I can't imagine what the rest of the place is like ( ie cooking area , good storage etc)

I visited Nando's Livingston last month (July) while my 10 year old granddaughter was over visiting from Ireland and I have to say the service was fantastic. My granddaughter has a peanut allergy and as soon as I had mentioned this to the lovely young lady who was serving us she quickly went away and came back with a fully detailed book of very item on the menu and all there allergens. After deciding what my granddaughter wanted to order we were asked again when placing the order who had the allergy and what it was and we were told that all her food would be cooked completely separate from everyones and all fresh utensils would be used. Her allergy was also clearly marked on the receipt and when her food arrived to the table it was very clearly marked with a little allergy flag.. I honestly cant praise this restaurant enough for the precautions they took to make sure we all enjoyed our meal together and I will be highly recommending you.....

Good food and service, what you’ve come to expect of Nando’s.

Had a great lunch. Not too badly priced, food was tasty hot and service was quick. Our son was very happy with the peri peri fries and chicken wings.

My sons meal at 5.95 was better value and he had more on his plate than me. Mine cost 14.95.

Never disappointed with Nando’s. Excellent food, good service and good dining experience. Like the atmosphere of the restaurant. Food was slightly slow but it was very busy so can understand. Sun was very bright so the staff put the blinds down. Excellent overall.

We often visit this Nando's after a shopping trip to the Livingston Centre. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly and the food is always tasty and piping hot. Although my husband always has the same 1/2 chicken, peri chips & garlic bread - I like to try something different from the menu each time we visit. So far I've not been disappointed, this time I had the sunset burger, coleslaw and corn on the cob and it was really very good. I like the fact that you can refill your juices as many times as you want and only pay once. All in all I find Nando's to be convenient, reasonably priced and the food is always tasty.

I love going to Nandos and have been many times in Glasgow and whenever we came for shopping in Livingston. Everytime we been to Nandos it's been great and we love it. But this time it was awful especially service from one the staff I would imagine if he was a manager or What? We asked if we could get garlic breads Instead of plain bread for liver patee, while giving the order one the staff said no problem and other staff said no problem as well but when my partner ordered the food and came back to the table that guy came and told us that he cannot do garlic bread if you want garlic bread pay extra and have it. We already had ordered too much and everytime we been to Nandos we always get garlic bread. There is no food and hygiene as he was touching his hair again and again. Normally don't want to give bad reviews but this was worst service from Nandos.

Upon arrival I was greeted nicely however as we were sat down an extremely loud and aggressive voice shouting 'runner' startled my child. This same voice kept shouting every 2-3 minutes. This voice was getting louder and louder as the visit went on. I approached a staff member near the tills questioning what it was and he mentioned it was for the staff to take food to customers. After my food was brought to me the same older woman kept shouting at staff members for not 'running' food. We could hear her swearing at staff members who were around her. Not a family friendly person at all.

If you love chicken you will love it here. Its all halal chicken and you pick your own spice; I always have medium spice.Its always busy at the centre. If you have room get a cheese cake haha!!

Had a nice meal here was good if you need something quick to eat before the movies and the drinks are re fillable x

Visited Nando’s . Served by Maz. Very pleasant and helpful lady. Hadn’t been to Nando’s before . She talked us through the ordering system etc. When food came we decided that a wee bit of salad would just top the meal. Was brought to us with no extra charge! Nice touch and very helpful. Staff member a credit to your restaurant!! Very enjoyable lunch in nice surroundings. Restaurant very clean. Food came quickly. Will visit again!!

I am vegetarian and ordered this Veggie Cataplana. It came with more than 60% of vegetable as opinion and I don’t eat onion. Taste was good but tons of onion put people off especially it took so much time to pick them out. They explained the vegetable came in premixed packs but why not change the supplier? The manager was nice enough to offer alternative. The other dishes of chicken my family had were good. Hope they can change the supplier for veggie food

Typical Nandos quality of food not the best but perfectly acceptable, However the restaurant was filthy and considering we only came in 30 minutes after it opened for lunch there is no excuse for such a disgusting level of cleanliness.

The food was great, so was the service. A good place to get Vegetarian food. Nandos is a good restaurant for Vegetarians as well as Non Vegetarians.

We have been here as a couple many times now over the last few years and the food is always tasty. The staff are always friendly and food is served very quickly (even when the place is heaving). Sometimes this means you don’t have a huge gap between courses (which is sometimes needed) but it’s handy if you know that you’ve got other things to do after eating.

I've yet to have a good meal at this particular Nando's. Having visited the St Enoch centre, Straiton and Carlisle restaurants, I expect a consistent experience, and had put a previous disappointing meal down to a bad day.

Visited today for a meal with my friends, the meal was exceptionally tasty as I ordered the butterfly chicken(medium) wit mash and peri chips, the meal came out piping hot and I have nothing wrong whatsoever the chefs and waiters do an exceptional job 👌

I went here for lunch with my daughter a couple of weeks ago and was very pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and seating comfortable, we were welcomed and shown to our table and given the menu, which consists mostly of chicken dishes. The chicken is marinated overnight in their famous Peri-peri sauce , we had a sharing meal called”no bones platter” which consisted of two butterfly chicken breasts and some thighs and a choice of two side dishes, we had salad and garlic bread. There are a number of sauces which you can choose yourself if you want a hotter more spicy meal. Overall the meal was lovely and although spicy was fine for us, will go again.

Not to everyone’s liking as it is solely chicken that is sold here but done in different ways with different spices from mild to very hot not somewhere i would go every week as I would get fed up with chicken but certainly for a change

Busy restaurant but lovely staff .Our table was wobbly and the waiter sorted it with ease,really appreciated.Food served efficiently and everything perfect considering busy time on Saturday.Appears we'll run restaurant have been in a few times and would recommend.

This is just "nandos", no better or worse than any other Nandos. I find the food boring and expensive

Called in for food after days shopping. Excellent food, friendly staff and fantastic atmosphere. 1/2 chicken and two sides is the best!

Popped in for lunch. Waited half an hour for food to arrive. Chicken was dry. Chefs were openly arguing about something. Saw a lady complain about food left under heat lamps. Staff threw it back on grill for a few seconds, restacked and served it. Half a chicken also sat under lamps for nearly 15minutes before it got served. Self serve juice was flat but eventually got changed. Wont rush back. Nandos is going downhill fast.

The food is good, the staff are friendly. However it's really annoying when after placing an order and paying the kids go to get the Mango Yoghurt they've been really looking forward to and the machine is empty. This happened the last time we were in, surely it can't be that difficult for staff to check it? Perhaps if it was really busy I might have been a bit more understanding but the place was quiet. It was my sons birthday meal and the offered chocolate ice cream pot alternative was just not the same, 1/2 the fun is using the machine and refilling. I was given an apology and a refund.

Nando's is located outside on the bus terminal side of the centre, plenty of car parking, the restaurant itself has a pleasant atmosphere, however, its menu requires attention. The food is good, the service is good, however, something that lets itself down is the cleanliness. I have been there a number of times the table was sticky, the glasses misty with over cleaning through the dishwasher, or old and the cutlery is cheap and nasty.

We went in on a Saturday for a family meal.

We stopped off here for a quick lunch with the kids. We walked in 10 mins after it opened so good took a little longer than it usually does here but I assume that's because the grills are heating up. The wait wasn't too long though. You order at the till and help yourself to cutlery, drinks, sauces etc. There is a great range of peri peri sauces my fav is lemon and herb as it's not too spicy and has lots of flavour. The main dishes are obviously chicken and you can add sides and your flavour choice. The kids menu is a deal of main and drink. The portion isn't that big for my 8 year old but ok for lunch time. The restaurant could do with better cleaning to say we were first in the table still had bits of food on. Staff always friendly and food tasty for the price you pay. I asked our waitress about gluten free options and luckily the peri salted chips are recently gluten free so I was happy to have those again. She was very helpful with explaining what I could eat. We will return for the quickness and tastiness of the food!

La comida no era nada especial, las porciones eran pequeñas. El problema más grande era el suelo estaba sucio cubierto en grasa, una chica se cayó y finalmente el gerente vino a llenar en el libro de accidentes, sino simplemente poner unos de limpieza" en el progreso" (cuando en realidad no las señales su limpieza el lugar de todos modos) no defender en la situación. Disgustado y nunca se vaya a un lugar Nando otra vez.

Was here this afternoon wile it was quiet and was good experience food was good size and was filling for a change Only bad point id make is when greeting someone at the door please don't speak when ur chewing food.

First time visiting this Nandos restaurant - stands up next to all other ones we've been too. Great staff, great food :)

My boyfriend and I stopped at Nando's Livingston during a cycling trip. We didn't bring locks for our bikes so asked to sit outside (even though it was windy). Laura set us up initially but then came back out before we ordered to tell us that her and the staff had made space inside the restaurant for our bikes if we wanted to move inside! Obviously we greatfully accepted and enjoyed a lovely meal without being blown away or worrying about our bikes :) Thank you to Laura and her colleagues. The butterfly chicken was good too (as always)

It always makes me think of a school canteen. Having to wait to be seated, wait and line up to order, collect all drinks etc and always jumping with kids and teenagers. Food is ok, I wouldn't rave about it, it's average. The hummus and pita is tasty. Always dirty and sticky, tables and floors sticky. Staff at order till are generally harassed therefore not the friendliest.

Good service but you could have let us finish the starter before bringing our main course Food was ok, we ordered chocolate brownies and paid extra for a "scoop" of ice cream The "scoop " was like a shell with no middle, disappointment

i know what your thinking, his first nandos!, waited about ten minutes for my order to be taken, before realising what to do, food arrived quickly, surprising because it was good friday lunch and very busy, would return or try another restaurant from the group.

I was here tonight and My order was incorrect the first time I received it and I had to wait for it to be remade and when It came the mushroom was still raw and uncooked, instead of mentioning to staff again I ate it as I was not waiting for my order to be remade a second time as I was starving by this time and my other half had already ate his full plate. I'm a chef myself so I understand it takes time to fully cook certain ingredients but I would have rather waited and extra 5 minutes to receive a warm fully cooked meal than it be rushed and under cooked... the restaurant was not busy at the time so there was very little checks on the pass therefore there was time to fully check the order before sending it out to customer!

Seems to be that food is rushed out for people who are not sitting in, have received raw, uncooked meat. Didn't go back as wouldn't waste my fuel to complain as I know I wouldn't be compensated for my trouble. Wouldn't recommend for this reason. However, sitting in is a totally different experience but at your own risk!

I honesty think I'm addicted I just keep wanted to go back! And I don't eat meat, the vegetarian wraps and burgers are amazing.

I think this restaurant has been overated now and was in on friday and the experience was not the best waited ages just to be seated and then after that the Que was rather long and the guy that served me was quite fast and polite think his name was will, took about 15 mins for the meal to arrive and the portion size was not ideal, staff seem to sit together in view of customers at the booth next to the stairs and you can hear everything.

I have chicken wings extra hot with peri chips followed by a caramel cheese cake and also refillable yoghurt love in tummy

I visited here with my 2 children to have dinner. We have visited before and the food is always very nice and the service prompt. This evening the service was fantastic. There was a young man who was the host/waiter who was very efficient and friendly and a man in a red shirt how was great with my kids. They are at the age now where they want to feel more grown up so i sent them to order our hot chocolates (which were delicious) and rather than being dismissive of them as some people are he was very kind and treated them like grown ups. Helping them to pay asking if they wanted a receipt etc. My youngest (8) was very happy with himself at his accomplishment. Great service very happy.

Absolutely gutted with the service I got here. Ordered a hot wrap with no lettuce and when they brought it out it had lettuce in it. I sent it back and watched the griller empty the wrap out and put the contents into a new wrap (minus the lettuce) - I saw the female manager on shift watch him do this!! The new wrap was brought out to me and it tasted horrible, and there was no chilli jam or yogurt. It was cold and the halloumi was dried up. I didn't eat much more than a few bites. Waited to complain when they came to take our plates away but nobody came. Really disappointed because I love Nando's. I must mention that there was an older woman on shift with blonde hair and glasses and she was really nice

First time in Nando's and it was yummy we had chicken and different sides to eat. Staff were great and very accommodating, will be back

We went today, and even when it was very busy the food was out very fast, and really nice! I like the fact that they made room for our baby's pram :)

We visited for lunch on New Year's Eve. The restaurant was busy, but we were seated pretty much immediately after we walked through the door.We were presented with our menus and made our choices. We sat and waited for our orders to be taken. Staff could see us sitting and waiting. It was purely by chance after 20 minutes, that we noticed that people were going up to a counter to order. Having never been to a Nando's before, we were unaware that we had to go to a counter and order, and we were not made aware of this (or even asked if we had visited before) when we came in.After I ordered, I spoke with a manager and explained what had happened. She apologised and made sure that our food was delivered quickly (and it really was). The member of staff who failed to ask us on our way in later came and apologised - so all was good there. We all ordered different items off of the menu, and we all agreed that the food was very tasty. However, the menu does make out that the burgers might be bigger than they are in reality, but I would't let that put me off going again.The sides also were very good, and the sizes were just right.All in all, a little hiccup at the start, but overall we were pleasantly surprised.

The food from Nandos never fails to impress. Always excellent . full of flavour . great customer service also. Would have given 5 out of 5 however only thing :) that lets this place down is the cleanliness. Otherwise fantastic restaurant

Ordered our food at the counter. When checking with the girl at the till there was an error so it was changed (or so we thought) paid and sat down. 45 minutes later our food arrived. One part of the order was wrong however this was corrected. I opened my roll (which is not a burger roll but very hard and inedible) to put salt on the lettuce etc only to find the inside of the roll frozen and a large lump of uncooked dough in the centre. I spoke to the girl in charge and was told it could not be frozen as the rolls are baked daily and kept in a warming drawer - must be the lettuce making it cold I was told! The bean burger on the inside of the roll was not cooked and barely lukewarm. The 3 other members of our party had butterfly chicken and their rolls were just like mine and the food barely warm. She did come to the table to ask if she could give me some garlic bread on the house to compensate or get me something else. I told her I could not wait another 45 minutes or risk ordering anything else given the horrible food that had just been served. Free dessert for all of us was offered if we let her know after we had finished our main course that we wanted dessert - we did not take up the offer as there were no desserts we wanted to eat there. She explained the long wait on shortage of staff but no explanation as to the reason for uncooked food. No offer of refund for inedible food and unacceptable wait time. We have been to Nando's many times doubt we would risk going back.

Great meal after the cinema. Had a red chilli award to collect so our meal was great value for money.Food was great, thoroughly enjoyed it.

1st visit to Nando's for us and it was a great experience I am happy to report. The staff were excellent at explaining the menu and order process to us newbies. The food was good and reasonably priced. Chicken was good and varied menu choices, good range of veggie options also. Recommend a visit.

If you visit at off peak times then Nandos can be a good fast food type option. However most of the time you will be expected to wait twenty minutes or longer . The service is on the poor side but the chicken is delicious and well cooked . If you have the time to wait then its an option in a centre crowded with foid outlets

I would think Friday lunchtime would be a busy time every week so why so few members of staff? Manager needs to manage and not look like a headless chicken running about. We were warned food would take longer than usual but when you hear the kitchen shout your table number and 10 minutes later you're still waiting it's not great. Nothing wrong with the food we got but come on Nando's, get the service sorted

Maybe I had too high expectations because of the hype around Nandos-I didn't realise you have to spend half your time going to get sauces, cutlery, etc, rather than just sitting down and getting served. So, I'm waiting for this ' amazing' chicken to come out.....(drumroll)..... What do I get? School dinners chicken and chips!Then, I'm not kidding, the electronic blinds (at window table) starts buzzing down, and reels out on to the table, before the staff can stop it, so I have to rescue the drinks from being sloshed out all over the food........and the whole restaurant is laughing!I laughed too, to be honest, but its not really what I'd been hoping for at lunch with the family.....It's cheap and cheerful food, with horrible service, not really a 'restaurant'.Nandos is basically McDonalds, with chicken.And I don't do McDonalds.

Have been a number of times but, this will probably be the last. It was busy but we waited a little too long for the food. My half chicken was overly done and very dry. The french fries were also of poor quality. Prior to this, there were no forks at the cutlery desk. "What table are you and I'll bring them over", said the girl... didn't happen. In answer to the question, "was everything ok ?", we gave a negative response. To be fair, we were offered free deserts but, as the deserts are not exactly very appetising in the first place, we declined. Need to do better, Nando's

Called in tonight for a meal and not happy at all. The meals were sitting ready for 10 mins before served to the table. The food came down and my meal was cold. The chicken was nice as always in nandos but the service was ridiculous as the place wasn't even busy! Won't be back to this branch in future

My wife and I decided to drop into nandos Livingston for lunch during a busy shopping spree.We had not been for a while and loved the new additions to the menu.The staff were very efficient as usual the only mistake they made was serving us a chicken thigh burger instead of the wrap my wife ordered? But she ate it without complaint.A really busy place at lunchtime we went in when the place was half empty, and had to squeeze past queueing customers as we left .

Have been to Nandos alot with friends or family. Never been disappointed. Staff lovely. Food amazing. Even on the very busy days (which seems to be always) we don't wait long for our food. Perfectly cooked. Delishious every time

This is the most disappointing lunch I've had in many month. The place itself is nice but in the middle of the floor is a curved divider wall which has little tables for 2 against either side. On top is a series of plastic plants, designed to allow privacy I assume, but they blocked out the light and made the place dingy and dusty. The little tables are square so it creates a gap between the table and the curve of the divider which meant the menus slipped through the gap and spent more time on the floor than the table. The other half queued to order and we waited....and we waited......and after 28 minutes our food arrived. The ' sharing ' platter consisted of 4 bits of chicken and 2 sides, one of corn on the cob and one of garlic bread. No presentation of the food at all, clearly just plonked on a plate. Chicken was SO dry and despite having medium seasoning on it was as bland as bland could be. It was also mostly bones, just not given any love or attention at all. The garlic bread was also as dry as a stick, in fact it was more like a dry slice of toast. They know this is meant to be a platter for 2 so can anyone explain why they don't cut the corn cob into two, how do you share one big cob?? At least it wasn't dry, just undercooked. Finally, the juice is also self service and it was clearly made from a syrup pack and not pre made because the mix was wrong and you could smell syrup before you even tasted it, it was so sweet and sugary and I couldn't drink a whole glass as it made me feel sick. We left still feeling hungry. We will not ever go back, what a disappointment!!

I love nandos and this is my favourite nandos. Staff always friendly and very nice always making sure your meal is ok. Food always fast and tasty

Visited the Livingston resteraunt at the start of July, starters were lovely , the main means arrived promptly after that, only to have to vacate the place as the fire alarm went off! Fortunately it was a false alarm , and it didn't waste our evening, back inside 20 mins later and are food was freshly re-made quite fast, the staff were lovely through all this , in what could have been a bit of a challenging evening. Well done to the Livingston Nandos staff!!!

Visited today for dinner was nice but not as good as normal food was like warm but didn't send back as we had waited 30 mins to get it and we're going elsewhere ! Not normally like this usually really gd but it was very busy ! Would put me off going back to this nando's it's very busy and starting to look about tired ! Sorry as I've used this nandos loads

Chicken was over cooked on my own dish and undercooked on my partners. Neither of us ate the chicken, when we tried to get the attention of a staff member, they simply blanked us. We won't be back

Nandos at its best! You either live Nandos or you hate them!The rise of the trendy restaurant with affordable prices is just exactly what this Nandos restaurant in Livingston is. Very enjoyable food and very tasty and well recommended.

One of only three choices to eat out on a deserted & rainy weekday evening. Food was fine - although my only other experience of Nando's was in Singapore, and that was in a different league, despite being the same franchise.

I regularly eat at Nandos and really enjoy the food. There is usually great service however, at this branch there always seems to be problems. They're usually very slow here but on my most recent visit I was appalled by the service. My friend and I decided to get a takeaway as she had to be home within 45 minutes, I placed the order and we waited. We continued to wait while people who had ordered after us where receiving their food and there was still no sign of ours. We asked where are order was and they were confused about when we had placed our order and where we had placed it (online/in store). Finally our food was given to us, cold. A total of 50 minutes to produce 2 wraps and 2 portions of chips!

I always love the food here but unfortunately had to chase one of the waiter's Initially the frozen yoghurt machine wasn't working this was about 2.15 pm and this was the first they realised there was an issue. I then pointed this out and the waiter offered I cream instead, waited 20 minutes and nothing arrived. So again I had to point this out. He did offer to give myself and husband an Ice-cream too but by this time we wanted to leave having to wait on my child to eat the Ice-cream when it came.Reason for the score was I did get an apology and and offer of some kind. And again I do love the food.

We fancied a nandos and we were lucky that even at lunch time on a Thursday this place was relatively quiet. Tasted lovely. Tried their spicy rice for the first time and it's amazing. I'm going to have to try and make it myself!
