Nando's in Wrexham

Amazing place to have a lovely time and eat! One of our favourites. Great customer service and the best chicken as always with Nando’s.

Very small restaurant but gets very busy but very good service and fast and quick and tell me fries and one of their new chicken burgers and loaded fries. I think there might be new or there might be out for a while. I don’t know the overall very nice.

It's OK. Does chicken really well. It's not up market dining, but OK.

Good for a standard nandos. A little wait on food sometimes if busy but ok!

The food was not that great, the service however was great.

This evening we came here for dinner. There was a small issue with our order, and we almost didn't want to bring it up. However, an employee, I believe the manager, immediately reimbursed us. When we told him it really wasn't necessary, he insisted in the friendliest way possible. There are a lot of places for good food. Especially with franchises, you expect a certain quality. But it's the service that turns your night out into a dining experience and justifies leaving the comfort of your home. Tonight, this restaurant proved that they understand that.

Not for me I'm afraid, Chain restaurants have no atmosphere it's just like a school canteen

There was a lady who refused to give us seats which were free and refused to let us stay inside when it was freezing outside. Very rude staff. Food is usual Nando’s

Spicy Portuguese food under a chain restaurant. This one in particular isn't anything special but the staff and food are both good. Little pricey but a nice treat.

I don’t often leave reviews but WOW I was blown away here today. The whole team were very welcoming, Rob the manager was lovely but Gee and Chloe were my favourite. He was very helpful with my order and took care of my every need.

Always good for a quick meal after the cinema. Food is good and the servers are attentive.

Such lovely waiting staff and head waitress, couldn't do enough for us. Kind and considerate. Such fast service too. We'll be back ❤️

A nice, clean location. Service is quick and courteous. Food as expected - delicious, however I don't recommend coleslaw, it needed more cream and the portion was tiny.

The fully loaded fries were exceptionally tasty.

Me and my wife had the worst time here. My chicken was not cooked and I told the staff this and she came back to us after tossing it in the hot plate few minutes and told us it’s cooked and accused us of lying. We told her we don’t need reimbursement or another burger and just walked off. Thank you for a bad night.

I compare all of the nando's that I've been to outside of South Africa with the ones that I went to in South Africa. Unfortunately none of them actually measure up, but they do a pretty good imitation. We have been to this one many times and enjoy it. The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is good.

Decent enough, had to wait a few minutes for a table but nothing major. Food was prompt but some items missing from the menu, stock needs keeping better

Came here for food,not been this particular nandos before but was hungry and in the area. Was seated very quickly and chose where we sat as it was that dead. Ordered our food and sat down. After 20 minutes someone came over to say there would be a delay on the chicken of up to 20 minutes. Half an hour later other people's food started to arrive before ours. We eventually got out food after waiting nearly an hour. Don't think the chicken was great,so full expecting to have the squits tomorrow. Will definitely not visit this nandos again .

The staff were overwhelmed today with rude and unappreciative customers, but despite this they still delivered excellent food and service! Our server Impy was especially great, and gave us updates on the progress of our order, they cleared our plates often so we had lots of room on the table, and they were overall a lovely person to be served by!

Although it was really busy, the food was hot and absolutely delicious. The staff was extremely friendly as well.

Food was great, though a little expensive. Food was smeared on the glass partition next to where we sat, which wasn't cleaned and the person on the table brxt to us kept snorting and bringing up snot which was vile but besides that was nice.

Shocking service. Food just dumped on the table. When I asked them to do it properly, it was grudgingly and not even a sorry. Very poor and will not be going to Nandos again.

Very expensive for what in essence is fast food. Nobody took orders at the table. Staff just delivered plates to the table and didn't ask who they were for. When I picked them up on their total lack of service not even a "sorry" from them. Will never go to a Nandos again.

Probably close to the worst food I have ever had the misfortune to pay for. When we first arrived it looked like a mass food fight had taken place with food on the tables and floor. We then ordered only to be told my wifes choice was sold out which resulted in my food being left under the hest lamp whilst the rest was cooked. When it eventually arrived the sweetcorn was so cold it wouldnt even melt the butter. It was also so hard I nearly broke my teeth. The chicken was all dried up, cold and crispy. It is the only food outlet left on Eagles Meadow however that should not allow them to take the p***.

After a disappointing visit to Nandos in York, We came to Nandos Wrexham on our holiday. The staff and management were very helpful and polite, and apologised for not being able to do vouchers and reward cards due to a system failure, and because we were unable to use our card we got a free desert each. Our food was brought to our table 10 minutes after I ordered, which came as a shock. Never had such speedy service like this. Everyone at the Wrexham Nandos are in need of a pay rise in my opinion, Service 5 stars Food 5 stars Staff definitely more than 5 stars Well done and thank you

Sat down quickly and efficiently. Had trouble paying online. Payed at the counter. No problem. Food arrived quickly. Staff friendly. Did not receive a check back. No up selling??? I worked at wrexham nandos for number of years when first opened in Wrexham. Was surprised that the training I received hasent been up held. No tables cleared, no deserts offered. Toilets were clean. Just a bit disappointed when even the nandos "goodbye " wasent included 😢

Always Order chicken wings from there. But last time two wings tasted awful probably because it wasn’t fresh!! Never had happened before. Nando’s chicken had always been fresh - I hope it is one off thing.

Popped in on short notice grab a meal with family. Had a little wait as they were busy but were able to sit and wait for free table.. Atmosphere was good, folks chatting and general happy feel. Tables, utensils and toilets were clean Staff were very helpful, had a small wait on wings but provided us free if charge on some small snacks while waited.. Food was lovely, most of the family ate wings and I had a butterfly burger, all were very nice...

I hate Nandos!!! But my 11 year old loves it. So i agreed to go in. Well all i can say is firstly staff were beyond excellent! Polite, friendly and always smiling. Secondly food was again beyond excellent really really enjoyed it and would happily go back. So thsnk you Nandos Wrexham you were immense!!!!🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🍻

Great experience. Exceptional customer service - manager James was brilliant with us. Our little girl was looked after so well by the team. Restaurant was clean and welcoming. One of the best Nando's in our area for sure. Great food - no complaints!

We haven't booked a table and when we've arrived we've realised that the place is full. We have been approached by a very friendly member of staff (male with blond hair-sorry didnt catch the name) that have sorted a table for us in no time and with no trouble. We have used a barcode on the table to order. Our drinks and starters arrived almost immediately. Food was delicious and I loved the new vusa chicken and sauce. Service was fast and all staff was excellent. As I've payed using the app and had no cash with me I felt really bad for not leaving a well deserved tip therefore the least I can do is to acknowledge the great service provided. The only suggestion I would like to make is to add the tip option on the app. Thank you for providing such a great service and turning a simple meal out into a lovely evening

Staff were friendly and welcoming, Excellent service:) They’ve also given us free ice cream at the end of our meal because the yogurt machine wasn’t working.

Came in to have lunch but there was a slight mix up. The manager couldn't have been more helpful and the customer service was excellent.

Went here for my mother-in-laws birthday. Natasha (i think the manager) was amazing. So friendly and helped to make it an extra special birthday by bringing us some cake and the staff sung happy birthday. It's the little things that make such a big difference. Will definitely be back.

First time ever going was absolutely delicious. The staff allowed me to taste the flavours before ordering so I knew what I was getting. So kind honestly an amazing experience. The food tasted lovely and hot. Utensils were clean and the general environment too.

I'm generally not a fan of Nandos but was with family and it was the best option at the time. Food was actually better than I remember but food took so long so come and, before it had even arrived, staff asked if it was OK if they started stacking tables to close. Not good.

Made a reservation over the phone for 10 people, only to arrive on the day and be told they hadn't saved our reservation. There were plenty of tables available to sit us all but they wouldn't accommodate it and told us we had to sit separately.

Food is nice if you like Nandos. Temperature was another matter so cold I had to go to the car for my jacket aircon on too low It was very uncomfortable. Inside could do with refurb very worn decor.

Reliable Nandos experience. Nearest one for miles around and right next to bowling /cinema. So a good option for an evening out. Still good value for money. Service was great.

Ordered large chicken breast but tiniest portion was served, complained and it was replaced. The portions of chips and coleslaw was also on the small side....generally disappointed, in fact the worse Nandos I have ever visited.

I took my 90 year old in laws to Wrexham for their first ever Nandos. The staff were amazing, giving them wings with each of the spices so that they could try each flavour first. They were kind, patient and very thoughtful. Highly recommend

10/10 service, woman that was serving us was so kind. We had to wait a descent amount of time for our food and so the lady was kind enough to offer us a brownie which was really nice and we accepted.

Me and my fiancée often go to Nandos for dinner as the food is always very nice and consistent. The staff are always friendly and attentive. My fiancée is not a big fan of anything spicy, but Nandos is an exception! Sometimes they do forget something off your order and do need to be reminded (almost exclusively at busy times though). But, they will get the food for you. It can get quite busy here and so I do recommend pre-booking or expect upwards of 30mins waiting. This Nandos is a good one and if you like their food, then I would recommend!

It had been a few years since I had a Nando's. The experience was well worth it. I ordered the chicken breast with Peri fries and garlic bread. I ordered bonelss thighs, coleslaw and a portobello muchroom. All this came with no delay and was well worth it. It certainly helped me recover from the night before. The service was exemplary, the restaurant having good atmosphere.

Always a good experience here and I vist regularly. Food is always hot and serves quick. Staff are always helpful and really friendly. It can get busy at nighttime at the weekend so may be worth calling to book a table.

Food Was Great And So Was Service

Visited with family today. Was told about a wait for a table large enough for the 7 of us which was to be expected on a Friday evening. The online queue system kept us up to date and notified when the table was ready. We were greeted by Morgan at the door who was incredibly polite and worked hard all evening to manage the tables coming and going to the building, at no point did she seem panicked or uneasy and was laughing and joking with everyone all night. I made a request for colouring materials for a restless 3 year old at our table. Unfortunately there was none available. However Cerys gave us a strip of till roll and a multicoloured biro pen which more than settled the situation and was greatly appreciated. Thank you to all the team for being so accommodating and polite.

Visited for dinner whilst on a buisness trip. Ordered directly from the website which was pretty much hassle free. Upon collection despite being very busy the customer service skills were great and both ladies who served me were nice . Food was hot, tasty and well packed also. Would return if I'm ever in Wrexham Wales again!

Seemed a slightly souless experience.Friendly staff,but menu was limited.The food was OK but not memorable.Not yet back to pre Covid levels.

Food was fantastic no problems there. Me and my daughter felt very rushed to eat our food as they wanted to get the next people in, to the extreme the moment we finished a drink they just came and took the empty bottle. Staff members and the manager relentlessly looking over to see when we were finished. Shame really, poor experience.

Arrived to half empty restaurant to be told 25 minute wait for a table which my daughter and I agreed to. Waited by the door and was asked by a rude waitress to “go and wait somewhere else”. It was 1 degree outside so I asked where she would like us to go. “Don’t know but you can’t wait here”. Didn’t even offer us one of the many empty tables to sit at. Won’t go back.

Service was good, friendly staff. Food was not ok, mediocre. Very dry chicken, chips below par. They gave a free pudding to make up for it though.

Rubbish. Pre booked. Waited at the table for 25 minutes not to be seen too. Ordered on the app. Waited ages for a drinks, drinks arrived with the food. Chicken was dry and nobody explained the covid rules so I got shouted at like a child for getting up and getting some sauce!!

My friend booked a table here for her birthday following a few hours at the bowling alley. She had real problems booking the table however when we arrived the place was empty. It seems most of the restaurants time effort and manpower go to deliveries and getting food ready for delivery drivers. As we were celebrating you wanted to have a few drinks while we were there. There was no wine, no beers very very poor selection of any other drinks except soft drinks. As per previous reviews the staff did not want to take our order at the till and kept on telling us to scan the barcode on the table. As the app was not showing any sort of wine or beer we asked if there was any available and the reply was I don’t know sorry I’m not sure. Very very very poor. Perhaps if I was a teenager it wouldn’t of been so bad. This restaurant certainly doesn’t cater for anyone 15+. Lesson learned never go to Nando’s again. It is a shame really because most of the food when it finally did arrive was fairly edible.

Deliveroo messed up by not picking up half our order from Nando’s but whilst I was reporting the issue to Deliveroo, Nando’s rang me up and they sorted it. The team at Nando’s Wrexham not only cook fab food (yum!) but deliver exceptional customer service. They literally went the extra mile to make sure we got our dinner as ordered. I am beyond impressed for the extra effort and care they took! Highly recommend.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. After being turned away from other restaurants that they were too busy on a Monday night the waitress lady really wanted to help us to get a table. Thank you for that! The food is nando's... You can never go wrong with that. You can either order by scanning the QR code on your table or go to the till to order.
