My daughter is a fan of Nandos so decided to have lunch here during a shopping trip. Waitress a little miserable, the place needs a good clean, dust everywhere. I ordered the chicken burger, mash potato and rice. All average tasting, my daughter may enjoy Nandos but personally I won't be going again.

Visited as a family first time to this particular Nando’s. Tried to speak with a member of staff who looked like a manager. Said excuse me and she was extremely put out to help me her attitude and facial expressions were extremely rude. When I asked if you were still doing emergency services discount as we were ordering on the app and needed a code she said no and walked off. Another family came in spoke to another member of staff about the same type of discount who was very helpful and gave them a code. It’s not the discount that is the problem it was the ladies complete rudeness and lack of professionalism. Definitely won’t be using this Nando’s again

Good takeaway good service. All safe in these strange times we face. Really hot and tasty food. Lots of flavour love the rice

We visited Nando's in Wednesbury on a Saturday as a group of 5, as always with Nando's it was great food and good service for a reasonable price.

Wasn't disappointed about the quality of food, server very helpful and it was busy but food was coming out quickly

Been coming here for a while now it still proves to be the best Nando’s in Birmingham. The food always tastes fresh and the service is top notch. Been to other Nando’s in The Fort, Star City, Mailbox and Bullring but this is head and above the rest. If you fancy a cheeky Nando’s this is the place to go!

Went there few days ago and almost immediately remembered why we don't go there even the food is very nice, the service seams like lost they will to live. Ordered the food and we were left on our own for like 30minutes. Once the food arrived, waiter asked already walking away, if we need anything else. Enjoyed the food, tasty and well prepared. We had maybe a bit too much of "bottomless" drinks, probably due to waiting.

After a bit of retail therapy we popped in to Nando’s for some food and drinks.The waitress welcomed us at the door and seated us straight away. Choosing food didn’t take long and was served equally quick.Fab service and fab food.Restaurant was clean and tidy and the cutlery had been cleaned properly too. Some restaurants clean cutlery in a washer and don’t check them but am glad to say the staff here seem to take pride in their restaurant.

Went there yesterday food lovely and served quickly , was by myself with my toddler and my 5 year old who has ADHD and autism the staff were really helpful and friendly with the kids and bringing over extra plates and colouring packs for the boys would definitely go back

I visited Wednesbury Nando's on back to back Saturday's once with my wife and once with my friends. On both occassions the food was fantastic and there was great service.

Just another Nando’s? No good service, friendly & helpful staff & Clean. Brings back so many good memories.

We went to Nando's on a Sunday afternoon for a late lunch, we both had the sunset burger mine with 2 sides and my wife's with 1 side as always the food was great, you can never go wrong with Nando's.

Oh nandos in whatever times i feel sad i am always delighted that i have the chance to have a cheeky nandos ultimate food the root to all happiness must include a nandos so keep on doing what you doing and the exceptional staff here keep making this delicious chicken thank the lord for nandos in nandos we trust

Nice restaurant to visit staff are very welcoming. Food is always up to standard. Always have butterfly chicken.

I first discovered Nando's over a decade ago when I visited the restaurant in Worcester. There was something "odd" about the place. Our server explained the rules and I remember that visit fondly but have never been back because there was something "odd" about it.We arrived at this Nando's starving hungry after a heavy session at Boundary Mills.It was the only food outlet in sight and we pounced on it. We were shown our table given a menu and sat and waited. After ages we caught the eye of a server who explained that we had to order at the counter and she would not be taking our order. It was then I remembered what was "odd" about Nando's! I would very much have appreciated it if our server had told us that we had to order at the counter when she seated us and handed us the menus. When we ordered our food it came soon enough. Too soon. We had not finished our starters when the main course was plonked in front of us.The food was tasty and the wine was good. I have no complaints on that front but the do it yourself service was not very comfortable and there were two screaming babies in the place which added to the irritation. I would only return to this Nando's in sheer desperation. I would give the one in Worcester a second chance now I remember the rules because the food is good.

Came early Sunday evening and pleased with the service and the general atmosphere. It's not the largest Nandos but it was clean and decent space. Food was really nice and would definitely return.

Great stop off from M6 trawl. Easy to park. Service good , food good. Staff attentive and friendly. Have been a few times now when travelling. Music sometimes a bit loud . Been to several Nando’s but this one is best so far.

Waited 40 minutes for food and the customers that arrived after us were being served before us. When I questioned this, the lady said 'I don't know, I'll get back to you' She didn't get back to me as I expected. Food was decent, slightly cold, wings were dryNobody asked us about the meal It was not busy so I don't understand why it took so long to serve the food Good locationDecent customer service Would I go back? No thanks, there's a great Nandos in Walsall - down the road! A complete waste of my money!!

We visited Nandos at Junction 9, Wednesbury yesterday for lunch. We ordered a Lemon-Herb Chicken Platter with chips and coleslaw. When it arrived, I realised that the chips were spicy as was the chicken. My daughter cannot have chillies. A waitress immediately sorted out the situation and brought plain chips, then another Lemon-Herb Chicken portion, making sure that we were all happy with our meal. Now, we are looking forward to going back again.

We inforemd a waiter that the area with cutlery had no knives OR forks before our food arrived and were told it needs refilling. We told another waiter 5 minutes later who said tghe same. then our food arrived and it was another 10 minutes before the cutlery was refilled. People were getting up up from their tables several times to go and check. What a poor experience. Will not be going back.

Not a bad experience but maybe just a little bit disjointed. I entered and waited to be seated but in the end I had to ask a member of staff (who was eating her dinner at a table) if I just sat anywhere. To be fair she jumped up and seated us. Ordered and waited for the food which took about 25minutes which is ok but it was on the pass for Ten of those (waiting for fries I think). The Sprite syrup was out which left me with a soda water. This was fixed quickly but it would have been nice to have been informed when it was back on (or perhaps been brought over a replacement. However every member of staff was really nice and the food was good. I just think we caught a bit of an off-peak time before everyone was really on their toes. Certainly a clean restaurant with nice clean toilets (always a plus).

I know it’s a chain restaurant, but it’s a great new place that’s opened up just in the right place. Foods lovely (as always) staff friendly and Resturant is clean and good size. 5stars

We went for a meal about 7pm on a Sunday, served straight away and was pleased how clean everywhere was. Ordered and food came very soon and piping hot. Cooked perfectly and service was excellent and all of the waitresses were pleasant and helpful. Definitely go again

Me my mom, brother and son came around 3pm. The restraunt was empty and after ordering , before we knew it the food was here. The food was reasonably priced as were the re-fillable drinks. The staff were friendly and happy to help. Overall yummy meal, deffinatly return.

Cant go wrong with a nandos. Whole chicken platter for 2. This nandos has booths, clean, friendly staff and always busy due to location. Free parking at the front. Wine is over priced and its just badic house wine, wine list needs improving.

My daughter took me here for a meal, service was ok. Did think it was a bit expensive for certain meals. It’s just chicken with different sauces. Didn’t fill me up really, suppose it’s ok for lunch and a catch up.

Nandos is a restaurant where you cannot go wrong for tasty food, service and location. This particular Nandos is fairly new at the Gallagher Retail Park. I and a family member noticed it after visiting the park on a random day out. The restaurant itself is situated away from the stores such as Currys, Next and furniture stores. It was bright and open as there were a lot of windows in the restaurant. Food was excellent with the mid-range pricing. Service was also good. Highly recommend to visit after shopping.

Good greeting from nandos team member. Sat down and chose meal then placed at counter so all very easy. When food came it was superb and perfect.

What ever you think of Nando’s it just expensive chicken and chips with a choice of dips ok for an afternoon snack but not what I would call a restaurant

The food is so nice, the staff are very friendly and helpful. You couldn’t ask for a nicer welcome into a restaurant. Loved every minute of it.

Staff are friendly and food is up to the usual standard expected. We have eaten here a few times now and the only problem is that after 12.30 on a Saturday it can get incredibly busy and you need to be prepared to wait.
