MY&SANNÉ in Kensington and Chelsea

My boyfriend and I ate here while wondering around south Kensington area and had a wonderful meal for a good price. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant is cute with delicious desserts!

This has been the best steak sandwich I have had in a long time The staff are extremely friendly the atmosphere is amazing!! I highly recommend trying this place especially the steak sandwich

Very nice place… went there with my daughters. Great atmosphere, very good service, they were very nice. Made us feel at home. Delicious cakes and tea choices. Also very clean…I would definitely recommand this place…

While waiting for the opening of Harrods, we found this amazing place where we had a delicious smoothie and milkshake together with a cake.

So, we popped into this place thinking it was a cake shop as that's all you see in its window. the decor is ok but I have seen so much better. We had two cakes and two cheapest drinks on the menu and our bill came to £28! The waiter spoke poor English, had to explain things twice. There were NO prices for cakes on the menu or in the display, so be prepared to pay £9 for a small piece of cake. The waiter dared to add 13.5% service charge to the bill as if the had not fleeced us already. Totally overpriced place for what you get. The fact there were hardly any visitors said it all. Advice: keep going and find an other cake on Brompton road - there are plenty in the area.

Great mint tea and cake.best we’ve had in London this time. Lovely staff and the place is very clean…. Including the loos! Authentic, pretty decor and a charming place in general.

Excellent servis And delicios foods.we eat Fish &chips and meat also drink special homemade fruid juice . We will visit again

Every time we are in London we visit MY&SANNE. You cannot skip this delicious window! :-) Very warming and homelike atmosphere. Everything is so perfectly deliscious - breakfasts, gnocchi, cakes, earl grey :-) Staff is always friendly and smiling, talks different languages, special thanks to Christian (hope we see you next time :-) )

So overpriced for what you get! Paid £50 for 3 small drinks and two tiny pieces of cake absolute joke. We thought for the price you’d get a decent amount but we were so shocked. I ordered a smoothie I thought it would be in a normal glass like other places, it was tiny! 150ml maybe of smoothie for £8 I was in disbelief. The cake slice was tiny and not very tasty. I asked the waiter for 3 cups of water he came back with 2 cups for 3 people he then walked off and didn’t come back. Rubbish don’t waste your money.

This restaurant was a real find!! Absolutely spotless in the restaurant and bathroom areas. Peaceful environment with great easy listening music. Food fantastic and service was outstanding

We went here for breakfast and both had the blueberry pancakes. They were the best pancakes both of us have ever had! So fluffy and just the right amount of sweetness with fresh fruit on the side. The coffee was excellent too, highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Lovely place. Good food menu, always a good sign when you can't choose! Great cocktails and the staff were friendly. Took some desserts away too which were delicious.

The cakes and the service was really great. We were just looking in the amazing window display when the waitress (Iliana) spotted us and gave a really welcoming smile. That was the deciding factor so we went in. I had the raspberry cheesecake and my friend had the biggest slice of lemon and elderflower cake ever. The photo doesn't do it justice. Iliana was helpful throughout and even kindly topped up my water bottle for when we left. Would definitely recommend and go back.
