Myfroyoland Camberley in Surrey Heath

i ordered some frozen yogurt from deliveroo an hour before the listed closing time and the restaurant accepted my order, within long a rider was there in order to pick it up and seemingly waited for a while before leaving, urging me to eventually reach out to the restaurant directly, the buisness claimed the issue was on deliveroos end, didn't appologise at all, however they are absolutley lying about that, as a) i reached out to customer support who assured me the restaurant accepted the order and that their system was having 0 issues tonight and that b) having had worked in places that uses deliveroo myself, i know that you're only able to either select the auto accept feature which automatically accepts any incoming order or have to manually accept them - there is nothing there that deliveroo have control over at all. The restaurant was extremely rude when i reached out to them about my disappointment, told me they were closed and when asked to cancel my order, i was told that it was new years eve and they would like to spend time with their family - nothing else. Now my own family are missing our £50 treat and due to them having had accepted it and marking the order as in preperation, deliveroo was unable to offer me a refund if my order was cancelled - a very convenient money making scheme for a failing business perhaps? over all terrible customer service, can't comment on the quality of the frozen yogurt but if its anything like their attitude then i am sure it is terrible!!

Good range of flavours including two vegan ones. Lots of toppings available so fun for children (big and small)

Absolutely love this place! Never actually been in store but frequently order on deliveroo and am always super happy! The service even through deliveroo is incredible. The froyo always looks super pretty and there's sometimes little smiley faces on my pots or insane drawings on the bag themed for the month! Very talented amd always puts a smile on my face! I love the flavours. Also the pricing is very fair for what you receive!

Edit to my 2023 review-fixed pricing means that you can go wild without scrimping. Lots of fun for the kids playing with different flavours and toppings. Very kind friendly-clean with highchairs and air hockey table.

Force advertising says unlimited and not and the word unlimited is in very big letters on everything to do with this but it's only once u can fill your cup that's it and in smaller letter only fill your cup up once not happy as paid lots of money for six of us as we thought u can fill up your cup more than once as it said unlimited and more than one person only put a little in to try it as they was going to go back for more as we thought it was unlimited was not even told you can only fill your cup up once when we paid if we knew we would not of brothered not happy at all

Simple dessert restaurant, which offers a "help your self" to what you want style approuch, within reason. They offer three sizes of cup, Small, Medium and Large and the idea is you add the Froyo and as many toppings as you want, but, only once. Interestingly they also change the flavours on offer quite often and so each visit you will likely found a new set of flavours to try out. What really impresses me is the amount of vegan options, not only the Froyo but the toppings, which I can pile on. If you go with kids, there are noughts and crosses games on each table and an old air hockey table in the back which is free to use.

got it ordered got a honeycomb and bonfee frozen yoghurt (i was meant to put lol) with toppings honestly it was really expensive it was nice but don’t know if I’d try again

They always have at least 2 vegan froyo flavours available and often more. There are loads of vegan toppings all clearly labelled. It's self serve so you dispense your own froyo which is fun then add your choice of toppings and pay by weight. Really friendly staff and great value for money.

I've been in three times over the last few months. There's always been a good selection of delicious flavours on offer, and a huge range of toppings. Staff are friendly and helpful. Today's praline froyo was particularly tasty 😘👌🏻

Good place, nice flavour choices but could have some improvements. 1. The customer service, some of the staff working there seem unapproachable as they are on their phones or the customer has to ask them a question to get their attention. Last time it had taken 20-25 minutes to make their new shake drink which is quite a long time when there were 2 members of staff. Ended up leaving the place feeling unwelcomed. 2. Uniform. I think it would be beneficial for the staff to have a certain uniform in which they can stand out from the customers. Customers can get confused who to approach. Maybe some pink tops to make the staff significantly stand out would be a good start. Otherwise the froyo itself is a treat and tastes great.

Fun, vibrant place, with a decent variety of FroYo flavours. Slightly pricey for what it is (be careful not to over indulge, as they weigh your creation, like a pic 'n' mix, so it can easily add up!) & some of the toppings had been out for so long they'd gone slightly stale (hence my 4* & not 5*) Otherwise, I can definitely recommend a visit here and I will certainly be returning.

I have been here a few times and I'm always surprised how tasty the flavours are. When I think of frozen yoghurt, I don't expect it to be so delicious! The staff are so helpful and friendly, it's always a lovely atmosphere and I look forward to my next visit!

Never had frozen yogurt before and was deliciously surprised and actually think I prefer it to ice cream. Its dog friendly which is lovely and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Absolutely lovely shop and will be returning for sure.!

Variety of yogurts , syrups and toppings . Staff is very kind keeps everything clean and the seating is good with books for kids and air hockey
