Munchies Halifax Road in Sheffield

Good food when you eventually receive it. Slow service and it looks like they prioritise delivery orders, so maybe good for those that do. Been waiting 30 minutes plus for ice cream, cookies and shakes.

Only one place to go when ya got munchies

would have been 5 stars but fries not very hot

the food was cold when delivered and the chips tasted as if they were stale or pre cooked

Chips cold, not the 1st time thought would give them a 2nd chance

Love the wraps from here, love the new packaging too. The popcorn chicken is like no other. Had a peri wrap and it never disappoints

2 hours for delivery, when phoning to see where it was they put the phone down twice. Long hair in the burger to finish things off. 🤢🤢

Ordered food at 6.55pm, got text at 8pm stating it was on its way, at 8.45 still not arrived, so called the shop and was told after 10 mins it was nearly ready and on way. Food arrived at 9.10, it was all cold and missing garlic mayo, no napkins or folks.

My order was late by over a hour and came cold when i rang up to ask where my order was they took my information and put me on hold then ended the phone terrible customer service

Food never arrived and the restaurant was not picking up the phone. Which is a shame because the food is good but i feel like they've just taken my money and ran.

As usual, the smashed burger was scrumptious. Sadly, the chips were cold again. The garlic dip supplied is really tasty. I was so hungry, i ate the chips but i gave a lower score of 4* as they were cold. Hubby didnt complain about his cheesy chips - so - as they came in a box, im presuming his were kept warmer?? But the burgers are spot on

Food has not arrived app says it has been waiting over 15 mins already no update wondering if it'll ever come, called restaurant and advised it on its way, but given no ETA and only apologised for the notification being early not the late arrival.

Ordered food and ended up waiting over 2 hours for food. When it arrived the food was cold/lukewarm at best, cans of pop were warm so we couldn't have with food and milkshakes hardly tasted like they should. The service has been awful lately and normally fantastic but im now always chasing orders I've placed for delivery for been late. This place use to be fantastic to order from and a favourite of ours but it's gone downhill the last 3 orders have gone from bad to worse.

They made a mistake with my order they mixed it up with someone else’s. Phoned them up and they was really helpful and apologised for the mix up, an resent out our full order again which arrived super fast

Purchased a group order. 2 loaded fries, 3 burgers, 1 dessert. The order came half an hour late, 1 loaded fries missing, 1 burger was chicken instead of beef, ice cream for the dessert was missing. Everything was cold. Restaurant refused to acknowledge their mistake, wouldn't replace the food which was wrong, wouldn't even acknowledge, nevermind deliver the missing food. We had to make a separate order and pay for extra food we didn't want just to meet delivery because one of us got no food. They scammed us out of a loaded fries and didn't refund the wrong burger even though they took it back, we just had to put both into the new order which came another half hour later (2 hours after original order). Then a manager delivered the original order again another later 3 hours after original order but it was again missing 1 of the loaded fries, not that it mattered bevause of the second order we had to make. Had some of the fresh dessert since it was warm now but the rest came too late for it to matter. At least the second order was fine but we shouldn't have had to make it.

Chips were stale and burgers weren’t too there usual standered, usually pretty good but not great this time

ordered last night. never turnt up but I rang them up and 10 minutes later they acknowledged the issue. I had to wait till the next day due to the kitchen being closed. it is what it is I guess but woulda preferred some cookies thrown in. there wasn't any compensation for this...

they delivered me the wrong food the I ordered a Nashville burger they gave me a beer burger with cheese! I asked for Peri chips they gave me cheesy chips.The wings were burnt! I want a refund

the food was frozen like it had beem sat, the chips were that cold they were stuck together, burger was well what cam I say freezing n was awful, chicken wings were freezing agsin & rubbery n burnt on the bbq sauce. Then to top it off driver had no change for our cash. Never had issue many times before, but wow this has defentily put us of £30 down drain. rang & they offered us 20% off next time., doubt we will use it.

Got delivered cold and ontop of that I ordered a meal but was missing the chips i rang up and they said they would send out the missing chips and a free cookie but i never received my missing chips. Very disappointed in this as it was only a ordered one meal and it couldnt be fulfilled

Food quality was horrendous. We ordered a few days ago it was really lovely but tonight could tell the chips had been reheated and the burger was hardly cooked!!

Used to be 5 star loved the food. Somethings changed over last 3 week. Burgers aren't the same and wings aren't the same as before big difference shame really. Edited and now Munchies is back to how it was before 5 star👍🏻

Never had a bad takeaway from munchies. Would prefer to collect. Their Naga burger is amazing if you like spicy food. Cheese sauce hit and miss. Tenders are beautiful. Naga stir fry doner again, yummy. Always enjoy our munchies.

I come here sometimes and the atmosphere and vibes is something else ,I always feel comfortable and the manager is soooo friendly and funny

I order from munchies very often since how consistent they are, the burgers are always full of flavour and the right temperature I would recommend the chicken Sando the peri fries and chicken tenders are also perfect and full of flavour.

Better than YOH burger and almost half the price. Good potions. Chicken wings are beautiful too, and I like that you can get a potion for £1.99 to go with your meal. Everything I’ve had is top draw. If I had one criticism it’s that they don’t do coleslaw, but that’s just my personal preference as I like it with my burger and chips.

Had a slight problem. The milkshake was missing and I rang up. A fresh milkshake 10 minutes later at my door. The food is always bang on from here. Great customer service too

I was impressed by the speedy delivery; my food arrived right on schedule. The burger was piping hot and fresh, and even the chips were surprisingly warm. Overall, a great experience!
