Great food and service! Staying at the Westin London City for a couple of days and enjoying the food in the quiet of the lounge.

The Resturant “Mossaiq” is horrible! Service was terribly disgusting and the pizza we ordered was awful! We wasted it. Club:lounge was amazing though we don’t see the regular host anymore! His name was Adarsh is he on holiday?

Had a great service at the afternoon tea from Hammad. Very polite and efficient serving. He was always checking on us if we have everything we need.

Mr. Prateek has provided excellent service. Ensured a memorable experience, where the food was also too good. And great customer service.

Great spread so well done! The staff at club Adarsh was impeccable. I have multiple allergies, he suggested what I could have and stuff and also gave me a new menu from the restaurant and bar down stairs. We had to order from the menu as except for leaves and bread on request was not gluten free but he got me gluten free bread and also since I have dairy allergy got me a vegan mayo with the breads! Great service

Late lunch Mother’s Day surprise event. Suzanna was our excellent customer service host who was patient and explained items were were unsure of. Great meal and dessert that catered to our dietary needs. She even found out items used for vegan meal and told us where we could purchase it! Lovely atmosphere and the other staffs went above and beyond to make this a lovely experience. The Neighbouring rest room was above expectations and views and artwork in the main lobby area was stunning. The bar on the third floor has a great view of the river Thames and across at the Globe theatre but the meal had us stuffed and I feared I might fall asleep in the bar lol. Definitely worth more visits. An oasis in the business area of London.

My experience at Westin Mosiac was enjoyable overall. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cozy, and the service by prateek was FRIENDLY & EXCELLENT!!

Neel's recommendation for the cheesecake was spot on! The creamy texture and rich flavor made for an indulgent treat. I appreciate Neel's excellent taste in desserts.

I wanted to give two review. as our anniversary my wife and me went to London. The guest relations Assistant manager made our stay stunning!!! But nothing related with Mr. Christian Di Stephano. We thought he was the manager but he is just the assistant manager. He knew how to recognise what we liked and how with a small chat. This is so impressive and never found something like this. The hotel has very good staff going beyond the standards

Hammad Zafar was a fantastic server at breakfast - catering to all our needs and going above and beyond. I definitely felt at home! Thank you for serving us while we are staying at the favorite Westin London City Hotel as a home based in London as a second home from San Francisco. Thanks again for having Hammad’s hospitality out’s standing at his heart to make us feel special!

Great service staff, Shrijan was very helpful! Ambience was nice and good for both couples and families.

Food was great! We got the beetroot chickpea burger, gyoza, fried rice and the mango sorbet. All of which were amazing. Our server Ashish recommended everything and he was spot on with the dishes. He was friendly and made sure we had a great time.

Fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, and cooked food options. Consistent, quick, and friendly service, across multiple years and stays. Thanks to Shrijan and all the staff. Love staying at the hotel, due in part to a great breakfast.

Neel is an excellent bartender and provides excellent service. He even makes us beautiful animals out of fruit.

Clean and modern restaurant situated in the Westin hotel. Came here after my spa day for a drink and ended up staying longer than expected due to the lovely staff, Neel in particular was very attentive and friendly! I was a little hungry but didn’t want a big meal so Neel recommended the ‘Half Plates’ from the Menu. It’s half the size of a regular portion and half the price! I had the Stir Fry Prawn Rice with fried Egg and soy sauce which was delicious. Overall 10/10 experience, I will be back!

Westin staff are excellent, particularly Ashish who delighted us with his attention to detail during both Afternoon Tea, and dinner later. He managed to get all our bespoke requests right, resulting in a 5 star service. Food and drink was adequate, set within salubrious surroundings....

The Westin hotel and Mosaic restaurant are just adjacent to my building. My partner and I wanted for a while to try the restaurant as we’ve been to the bar many times and it’s quite nice for a quick drink, especially if you don’t want...

Fabulous surroundings and attentive team members for a quick and tasty business lunch… I will try again though for a relaxing dinner.
