Called in today first time here,seemed unorganised and slow table service,tables uncleared and tea machine needed looking at,it was cold in there and uninviting,ordered turkey roll gravy and chips, it looked nothing like the picture also no stuffing for turkey and too much gravy and not enough chips and for £5.99 each .it must be one of the worse cafes in area from this supermarket,we wont rush back .overall average lots of room for improvement.

We called in this cafe for a breakfast, what an experience, the food was disgusting sausages we're pure fat the bacon was tasteless and I can't even describe the egg, bork, one of the staff members was rude and stunk of alcohol (Mel they called her) children were in and out running a mock going behind the counter and helping themselves to whatever the fancied so not very hygienic, safe to say we will not return.

Not one customer in store drive through drink machine broke but if we want a drink we would have to come in store to pour ourselves a drink. I’d understand if the were busy ! But not one customer. Rubbish. Customer service

Portrack LaneWent to order food and the lad looked over at his colleague and rolled his eyes, shocking customer service skills, after doing our order he sighed he was so rude. Called Bailey. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

102 High StreetThe worst food we have ever had served to us truly awful very cheap quality. We ordered a Burger and a Steak the burger was full of hard bits and didn't smell very good. The Steak was full of fat and clearly of cheap quality. We didn't eat them we couldn't I now know why the owner eats in Macdonald's every day. The pub needs a deep clean and a chef who knows how to cook . Save your money and eat somewhere else.
