I ordered a custom breakfast as the self order machine said it wasn't available, yet my dad who I came with was able to order one at the till fine, bare in mind this is after he ordered a chicken meal on the self order machine and was told then they had no chicken by a staff member, he asked for a burger as a replacement but then was told they had no burgers so went for a breakfast but was told they had no black pudding, when the breakfast arrived it came with black pudding, both meals were cold and greasy, the waitress practically threw my meal on the table and walked off in a huff, it's that bad it's actually funny. Please avoid this place if you value your time and money.

Whos in charge of the cafe. You need to have a walk around and speak to your customers, oh and put your big coat on its freezing, it's warmer in the chilled food area in the store. Ordered bacon sandwich and drink well its been that long we have had our drinks and still no sandwiches. Just looked into the back of the kitchen and we'll it needs a manager to sort out no urgency at all. The place is not even busy at all. Its arrived half cooked and full of grease. Good bye 👋

My wife had full Vegan & I had full breakfast, ordered sparkling water but none on servers and lady instantly went to get a cold bottle. All food was delicious and my wife was offered spread for her toast. Quick service, lovely food + a smile!

That’s it Morrison’s , we have been fans for years but have now said NO MORE Are there no supervisors ? Is there no staff training ? Only one coffee machine working , 5 people in a queue for a drink and that machines not working either. Turn to a young lady manning the till and ask for help , who then has the nerve to shrug her shoulders , turn the till off and walk away . No other assistants to be seen , which is a pity because most of the empty tables wanted clearing and wiping down so they wouldn’t have been bored . Wake up Morrison’s or it will be too late, you’re not the only game in town .

Worst service I've ever had at a Morrisons cafe. Used to eat here regularly while shopping but the prices are a joke, the service is atrocious and the manager has no customer service skills at all.

On entering you are met with a sign on the pre-order and pay machine telling you to find a table number before ordering. Instead of sticking to the number cards you take with you before on pre-paying. Try hunting for a table number when it's packed with a massive queue and then go to sit at it only to find another families kids sat there. A server pulled out a chair from the table I was sat at and stood on it to fill the top of the fridge with sandwiches and my friend is expected to sit on it after that?! Food was barely lukewarm after waiting forty minutes and the fried eggs were rock hard. Cutlery is dirty and so are the tables. Someone needs to get a firm grasp on this place, it's shocking.

Went here one morning for a breakfast before starting work. You have to find a clean table and then go and order at the till. Not really ideal if you’re on your own and having to leave stuff on your table whilst you order as anyone could take your stuff whilst trying to ‘reserve’ it. Ordered at 11:10. At 11:45 and not being able to wait any longer, asked where my food was as it still hadn’t arrived. Was told by the woman on the till to have more patience. Asked why, if there was a wait of over 30 minutes, why weren’t customers being informed. Was just stared at like I’d asked to kill her family. Asked for a refund, and got told no, as it was being cooked. Explained I had been waiting and needed to go to work after waiting so long. Got told should have come in earlier. Customer service desk said it was a cafe issue and to take it up with them. Ended up walking out after nearly an hour. It’s probably still being cooked.

Avoid at all costs. Sad to see this place allowed to advertise on takeaway apps. Awful standards and awful food. Has a 'Ghost Kitchen' in Romford and a few other scattered areas like near Gray's. Hope
