Good system to avoid queing with tables allocated as you arrive. One person goes to order with distancing in the queue. Food, cutlery, condiments all brought to your tables. Tables cleared by staff & cleaned. All waiting staff wearing visors. Oder point behind screen. On top if that food very good. Well done!

Excellent food and lovely place to eat. Somewhat slow in serving food to the table but otherwise no problems

As always excellent food but service is always very slow. Shame as this lets the restaurant down. Suggest they employ more staff.

The food here is standard Morrison's menu which whilst being prepared in cafe it is standard quality and nothing special. Local staff are frindly and helpful making it above average

Called for breakfast today.. The staff were friendly and pleasant. There is little organisation, resulting in a long wait. The food was basic but reasonably priced, Unfortunately, after two attempts we gave up trying to get it right! My husband had requested a hard, well cooked egg which they didn't manage, "the fried bread was greasy and horrible and they forgot his baked beans. My egg was undercooked the first attempt, the egg white was still clear, yuk. Second attempt they forgot my sausages! They also gave us white instead of brown toast. Throughout the staff were smiling and cheerful but the result was such that I don't think we will be going back.

My friend and I were quite shocked when we turned into the car park as part of the spaces were taken up with travellers caravans. We both had tea with bacon roll and sausage roll. Staff were friendly as usual. Although some of the aprons they were wearing could have been cleaner. Service was ok and food arrived in good time.

I don’t actually know how they can be so slow for a kitchen so well staffed. You can expect to wait 30 minutes or more for just about anything, regardless of how busy they are. The food is adequate (but expect them to forget any sides or extras you order, even though they try hard to upsell) but nothing to write home about.I’m not even sure I’d call it cheap these days, £5.50 for Fish & Chips which is not far off what a decent takeaway f&c would cost in the local shops.

First choice of meal wasn't available but still very much enjoyed the salmon which was my second choice. Wasn't informed that children got a drink with meal so we brought one separately . All thoroughly enjoyed meals chosen .very clean. Very good value for money.

The cafe is open from 7am. Full English breakfast is not served until 8am but they do sausage and bacon sandwiches and rolls which are delicious. Big mugs of hot drinks too. Perfect after an overnight ferry crossing.

although the food was nice the service is always so slow, its not the staff fault they seem to be so overworked. apart from that the place was cleanish and had a good ambiance of people.

We often shop at Morrisons because its a large supermarket with a large car park and stocks everything we could want. The cafe is bigger than most supermarket cafes and offers a good range of breakfasts and full dinners (and delicious desserts) at a ridiculously low price. Its clean and spacious and the staff are all pleasant and efficient even though its so busy and being a supermarket the food is all ultra-fresh. Nice place.

We often stay at the Harwich PI which is close to Morrisons, and rather than risk a noisy and overpriced hotel breakfast we pop over to Morries. You get a good choice of food and pay for what you have (not a fixed rate), the food is freshly cooked and the service very good and helpful.

Good convenient store, big enough and close enough to find most things I want without having to travel miles to the next big store

Lovely lunch out with my sister and her baby (10 weeks old). Staff were quick to serve us. Plenty of seating. Didn't wait more than 10 minutes for our meal. Lovely meal and drinks. Will definitely be back

Went into the cafe for a meal before our ferry crossing. Good election of food on the menu and service was good, but the tables could have been cleared, had to find a clean table.

Whenever we are about to travel back to Holland on the Stena Line ferry, we go shopping in Morrisons Supermarket near to the Harwich International Port. After we have paid for our groceries we always eat a meal in the cafe / restaurant. It is never very busy and so it is a lovely quiet place to eat. There is plenty of choice on the menu and a few special offers. We are always happy with our meals there. The service is quick and the servers are friendly. We will be returning many times in the future.

We were in the area for just a couple of nights, and booked a meal here on the strength of Tripadvisor reviews, which proved to be correct. It was an excellent meal, and good value.
