Staff are not good at understanding when u ask for things

Ordered through Deliveroo tonight so cant comment on the store i see a few bad reviews from a few months ago so i hope my experience and others stays consistent. Food i had today was hot, fresh and very tasty with plenty of flavour Peri wings had a nice char to them, ribs plenty of sauce, fries hot not soggy at all and the southern fried chicken was excellent too. I hope this will continue as will definitely order from again.

Very rude staff, un professional

I have been there couple of time. staff are very rude and unprofessional and very un-experienced. They took 45 minutes to make just £10 order. Restaurant doesn't have sense and time frame and totally sense less

Taste is fresh & delicious, ambience is very nice They never fail to impress with their outstanding customer service, leaving customers with a smile on their face staff are polite & friendly , highly recommend try it.

I use to love this place now gone down hi tried ringing up for collection don’t answer the young boy is declining calls, I saw him doing it when I was in the store he said there was no Peri Peri salt, and then they ended up being some on the side he was being very lazy and not bothered about his customers The food is not all that anymore avoid it all cost

What ever you do don't order a cheeseburger. Super disappointed as it was basically a child size and they don't state that on there menu. What grown person what's a burger 2 inches wide and 1 cm deep the fact they usually add on £1 for chips means I paid £4 . Better of getting a cheeseburger from McDonald's for £2 and it would be bigger 😭😭

Good fries good people and chicken seems cooked well

I placed an order over Ubereats. Over 1 hour later my meal still did not arrive. I gave them a call and he told me he would leave to deliver the meal in 12 minutes. The journey would also take him 8 minutes... I would not recommend from ordering here ever.

Blonde lady is so rude because there alarm was going off on its own then said she will call police on us then said we have 3 minutes to order when we we’re looking and we have 5 minutes to eat so rude

Don’t go absolutely shocking for the money, 1 hour late and the delivery was rude as.. not just saying it as they was late but the food was overpriced and awful!

They slice the chicken in half to double their profit.. paper thin chicken burgers

Order took over an hour and half to be delivered numerous calls to restaurant to be told food left 5 minutes ago. When food arrived it was stone cold. Not the first time this has happened but had hoped they would have improved obviously not though.x

Shockingly bad! Here's goes..... Delivery was 15 minutes late, no big deal. Cheese burger- cold and greasy in a soaking wet bun with scraggly bits of lettuce, no other salad, and watery ketchup. Chicken- all wings and legs no breast or side breast, 2 things that looked like chicken burger but we're very chewy. The ribs may as well have been strips of wood. Smothered in a cheap bbq sauce to disguise the unappetizing look of them. The chips were spongy, cold, and undercooked. The spicy wings were the only good bit, the rest went in the bin. NEVER AGAIN!

Have I had a better fried chicken sandwich in my life? Sure, but it certainly wasn't this fast or this cheap. £5.19 for a warm lunch with chips and a drink is a bargain.

Food is always delicious and the salad is superb!! The chilli sauce is hot enough to blow steam out of your ears just the way I like it. Will always come back here for a fast food fix 🌟 delivery drivers are also always friendly!

Lovely fresh fast food ! Chicken was tender and succulent...I asked for a salad to accompany the family meal ....was huge Freshly made and includes Dip ...will definitely be ordering from here again . 🙌👍

Absolutely shocking! Over 2 hours for order to arrive. Food was cold. Pizza was uncut, order was wrong. After calling several times we received no answer! Poor customer service skills

Always nervous when trying new food places due to allergies. Whenever we go in, the woman is fantastic with helping and info and knows our order... Today we arranged for a delivery and the guy was so polite and helpful and food was fantastic as always. Thank you so much

Great food is excellent but the service is terrible, disorganised and slow.

Food is always fresh but have to wait. Seems to be getting worse not better always a long wait. Normally about 20mins for something that should only take 5 mins.

Started ordering through Just Eat because the service in the shop is so bad! Never had a problem with the food until last night. 2x chicken fillet burgers delivered stone cold. This wasn't even a case of it going cold while being delivered, they were put IN THE BUNS STONE COLD!! How long had they been sitting in the shop? They had been cooked HOURS before. Disgusting. Will never order from here again.

Whenever we go for outing, mostly we go to KFC or McDonald's, but one of our friends recommended us to this place. It is very worth for the money and specially the taste and the quality. The staffs are very pleasant and helpful. After the first visit we decided to come back again because of the taste of the food. Highly recommend to everyone to use Morley's fried chicken. Thank you.
