Stopped for lunch after visiting Bonsai shop and garden centre. Impressed with the cleanliness and welcome. Sandwiches were beautifully prepared with fresh bread, ham and mustard particularly good. Brie and cranberry toastie excellent too. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loos spotless. This would be such a nice place to stop instead of a motorway service station as it is very close to the motorway in a small garden centre.

Fabulous food and great service an unexpected surprise .Called in after visiting 'All Things Bonsai' both situated within Godfreys Garden Centre just 2 minutes from the M1 Worksop turnoff. The café or bonsai shop are both worth making detour for if traveling on the M1 near Sheffield. We will detour whenever we are near.

Visited Mollys tea room today, an absolute pleasurable experience. Lovely food and desserts. Staff are very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us! Does get busy but worth a visit! Has outside tables too so you can dine outside. Definitely will be revisiting and what a gem to find right on our doorstep.

Molly's have just hosted us for my friends baby shower. We weren't the easiest bunch and they did a brilliant job catering for us. The food was gorgeous and brilliant value for money. £15.95 for an afternoon tea that consisted of a selection of sandwiches, salad, coleslaw, savoury tart, a choice of cake and a massive scone with cream and jam. The cakes are amazing. People that chose off the 'normal' menu had a selection of toasties (which looked delicious) all enjoyed theirs, including my daughter - who's wedge of chocolate cake put Brucey off Matilda to shame. Great service, the staff also obliged setting up some decorations and other bits i had brought in ahead of time, nothing was too much trouble. Will be recommending. Thanks so much guys.

Ate at the Alder Tree tonight for the first time, and what a great meal. Had the nachos to share for starter, this was plenty, then the steak with scampi and the mixed grill and wine, plus a couple of drinks to start with all for under £50.00. Beautiful meal well served, so couldn't fault. Will definitely be regulars in the future. Well done all the staff, you deserve it.

I went to this cafe yesterday with friends for afternoon tea. What a great place!! Atmosphere is great, staff very friendly & efficient. The afternoon tea was excellent, variety of fresh sandwiches & savories. Scones & cakes were very good and a very reasonable price. I will be back without a doubt.

Great for coeliacs! I’m gluten free and traveled an hour for the food and well worth it. Order a munchie box, would recommend

This is our second visit - originally found it when we were sent to the doctors practice next door and today had a Birthday breakfast. Great soft poached eggs on toast. Creamy coffee latte too. Friendly team. Will definitely call again. Appears to be a busy cafe.
