Great service, always nice ladies

I'm not polish but I come in here often to buy polish groceries that I can't find elsewhere. Their cakes are brilliant too.

While the shop is fine, today I had one lady serving me that didn’t speak a word to me. Put my items through, looked at me as if to say the price and then looked away. I said to her you don’t speak? And another say no we only speak Polish. Yes this is a polish shop but this is LONDON! an English speaking country. At least know the basics, this reflects on the management. Items are good, very small tight store.

It’s a small store so don’t expect much but it has a lot of Polish food like cottage cheese and sour cream, dumplings etc and they even have frozen mushrooms. They also have a reasonably large section with Polish meat products too

Great staff, helpful. Tight aisles, almost impossible to get through & bread products are stale by the early afternoon. Was disappointed with their sliced bread loaf & full loaves, bread rolls, poppyseed pastry. Also found some of their products more expensive than buying at Tesco (eg Polish honey).

Smaller shop than the others. Excellent deli...smoked sausages, pork loin so good! Terrific fresh bread. Love the pierogi, golambki, cole slaw and selection of sauces.

I went to buy some products on Monday and picked up 2 pieces of apples. I checked my bill in the evening and was charged for 2 kg of apples - £ 3.96. I used to buy beetroot and cabbage salads but they were off a few times so I stopped buying those. It’s shame that you need to rip off people.

This local gem is always well-stocked with everything you need. The staff are super friendly and helpful, even when it gets busy (which it does!). Definitely worth popping in.

This is the best of the local Polish shops by a margin. The staff are friendly and knowledgable, and there is a really good range of products, including a chilled section. Also a very good selection of alcohol. And all (it seems) at pretty reasonable prices!

Smaller than I thought it was. I hope they will find a bigger place nearby as big as the Hanwell one, that would be nice.

Store is nice but your staff is extremly slow talking between themselfs and chatting to much with the customers. Very often there are large queues and they are chatting instead of speeding up the queue...some of them only speak Polish...i understand most of your customers are Polish but we are in London and everytime I go they talk to me in Polish.

Średnia jakość sklepu. Zaglądam coraz rzadziej. Obsługa miła ale niestety niektóre towary nie nadają się do sprzedaży, warzywa często z pleśnią, mięso śmierdzi, mimo że Pani obsługująca twierdzi że jest świeże, podkreśliłam że mięso będzie jadło dziecko. Smród w całym domu! Jajka popękane, pani na kasie nie widzi problemu żeby wymienić, ale te mam na półkę z powrotem odłożyć. Głośnik z muzyka przy samej kasie, czy też przy stoisku mięsnym często jest tak głośno, że nie słychać co pani zza kasy mówi.

I love their products because they are like ours.I've been a regular customer for 4 years. The sellers tricked me several times. There were 2 butter sold for £ 5, the regular price was £ 1.40! There is a young man who charged for products I didn't even buy! It doesn’t feel good that leaving the shop and is my first thing to look at the bills is how much they cheated on. They charged more money than I bought! That's how it happened yesterday, unfortunately I can't go back because I live 30 miles from the store! I went back several times and apologized, they gave me the money back! I also got a loyalty card because I tend to leave a lot of money in the store, I am very disappointed, I tried to contact the store but despite calling me on the phone they were not picked up.

Very lovely selection of deli meats, cheeses, smoked fishz freshly baked pies and sweet pastries, and raw meet such as chicken liver, hearts, gizzards, pork, etc. It also has big fridge area with traditional Polish food, good bread selection. Outside, you can get seasonal vegetables. Mleczko offers its customers loyalty card so be sure to enquire about it in the shop.
