Wonderful staff, 10/10 food. We’ve ordered takeaway from Mittee several times and it never misses!! However, this was our first time attending the restaurant in-person. The meat in the curries just melts in your mouth, the onion bhajis are amazing and the service is brilliant. We will definitely be back!

Just ordered a king prawn biriyani and 2 prawn puri. I have never had such poor quality food in my life! The paratha was stale, the prawns were kind okay but the biriyani was awful.

Thank you for the delicious food as always, and the service was 10/10 from Elina. We will be back soon with the family. 😊

I had the Chicken Tikka Masala, which was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced. Paired with a sweet Peshwari Naan, it was an absolute delight. The poppadoms were crispy and fresh, a great start to the meal. It was our first time visiting this hidden gem, The service was top-notch. The warm and inviting atmosphere added to a fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back soon! Highly recommend.

Nice food, we usually have take-away food from there but sat in once or twice and enjoyed the atmosphere and the service too.

Food poisoning. Ordered as a takeaway. I had the lamb bhuna with mushroom rice and keema naan. Woke up the next day feeling awful, vomiting and with diarrhea. Only reason for not giving 1 star is because the food did taste nice and lamb was very tender.

The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome that immediately set the tone for the evening. The decor is stylish and contemporary, yet it maintains a cozy and inviting feel. The hospitality is impeccable. The staff are very kind, incredibly attentive and accommodating, always ensuring that guests have everything they need. We visited Mittee based on a recommendation and thoroughly enjoyed everything about our visit. The various dishes that we tried were full of flavour, well presented and plentiful. Last night was our third visit to Mittee. We absolutely love it! The food is fabulous, the service is great and last night we were lucky enough to see Gary Goodmaze as Freddie Mercury who was just amazing. We had such a fun evening. Great Indian food with drinks and dancing- what's not to love!

Best authentic Indian cuisine I've tasted in South London. And even better was that they were meticulous in dealing with my children's allergies. The atmosphere was amazing there when they have their live singer nights!!

It has been a long while since I had such good service anywhere but my first experience dining at Mittee was brilliant. All of the staff are attentive and appear to genuinely care about your experience being a good one. On top of that the regulars also took it upon themselves to check we were having a good time. This is all before the evening entertainment which in our time there was by Ian Gallagher aka Sinatra. Most of the people in the restaurant were dancing to his tunes. The whole evening was truly wonderful so a big big thank you and bloody great effort by all of the staff…oh, and by the way, the food was wonderful. It is fair to say we will be there again. Thank you all.

Nice meal, but make sure you reconfirm your order and check your bill because they got confused with the order and then what was presented on the first bill. However, once questioned, it was quickly resolved, and a refund was issued.

I have visited this Nepalese restaurant on several occasions and have enjoyed every visit. The menu is varied, and the food is excellent and well presented. Break away from 'high street indian' cuisine and explore the Nepalese menu as there are some interesting flavours to be enjoyed. The team of staff is very polite, cheerful, attentive, and willing to assist. On occasions they have live music with a good singer. Those evenings are very enjoyable and entertaining. Will I visit again? Yes, it is the best in the area! Highly recommended.

I visited Mittee on Saturday with a friend and we were served by Alina who was wonderfully attentive, with a warm kind personality, she made our experience very enjoyable. The food was rich and full of flavour, I have ordered many times before and have not been disappointed. I would personally recommend trying the tarka dhal. Looking forward to visiting again.

For years I’ve been ordering takeaway from an Indian restaurant in Bromley every Friday because the food was usually really good but just recently the prices keep going up, the portions are getting smaller and they never give you complimentary poppadoms so I decided to try finding somewhere else, after a couple of mediocre local experiences I tried Mitee. All I can say is absolutely brilliant!! Every dish was beautiful, the price was roughly the same but the portions are bigger and the poppadoms were complimentary! (It’s the little things that count) I’m happy I’ve found my new Friday night takeaway and I can’t wait for next Fridays delivery! Well done Mitee!! Thank you.

Have eaten here twice now - the food itself is absolutely delicious! Only issue was the wait was far too long on both occasions. We waited well over an hour between the starters and the mains, which makes me hesitant to return. It’s a shame as if it wasn’t for the lengthy waits, this could easily be one of the best restaurants in the area as the food is superb.

Had a really fantastic meal at Mittee Indian Restaurant today. The decor is refined and comfortable and the service was so friendly and professional. All of the food I ate was gorgeous: from the papadams, to the veggie momo to the paneer butter masala and chilli naan. The pina colada was delicious too. Great value - will be back soon!

A great restaurant, the staff are always so friendly and helpful, they always go to great efforts decorating the venue for special occasions such as mother's day, valentine's day etc. Great selection of food as well with a good range of dishes from different regions.

An excellent place for Indian Food .. just loved it and we ate so much !!!

Came here for dinner - food was very good but the service let us down. We were often left on our own and waited over an hour for our food. Staff were friendly and appreciate it was busy due to it being mother's day but don't think we will return any time soon. A shame as we were looking forward to coming here!

We decided to order curry after a long working day. Food arrived 2h after we ordered it. No response to our phone calls. It was 10pm when food was here and we were starving. Not to mentioned that food was cold, one of the starter was missing, and curry was average. Very disappointed with my order, never again!!!

5 out of 5 for Mittee! I visited Mittee on 27th January for dinner with my fiancée and everything from the service to the food was excellent. The waiter and waitresses we dealt with during our visit were very professional and courteous and made sure that we were looked after during our visit, which was a lovely touch. The food was delicious, had the right amount of spices in each meal we had and came out piping hot, the portion sizes are spot on and are excellent for the price you pay. I would definitely recommend the Punjabi Rogan Josh. This isn’t our first visit, we often use Mittee both eating in and for takeaways and would recommend Mittee to anyone looking for an Indian.

Booked a table for 6, to celebrate a birthday. The food was delicious, the service was great, an overwhelming positive.

So we ordered a takeaway and I thought it was unfortunately very average. The food was freshly cooked and hot on arrival the jalfrazi was ridiculously spicy almost too hot 🥵 to eat.The butter chicken didn’t have loads of flavour and the chicken was pretty dry. I would not rush back but I do understand that takeaway is never as good as when you eat in the actual restaurant.

Placed an order on deliveroo, called the restaurant to ask if poppadoms come with all the dips. It was extremely noisy and difficult to hear. The man said I would receive 3 complimentary poppadoms with an order. However I have ordered 4 which was £5. I also asked if all curry’s could be garnished with coriander. I called the restaurant asking where my delivery is. My delivery arrived 1hr and half after placing order, and only received 2 poppadoms! The curries were nice but Luke warm and not garnished. I called the restaurant and told them that they had got my order wrong, even after calling and confirming my order. They said it would be another 15 mins, it is now 21:45 so I asked for a refund and was told you call back the next day to speak to the manager. I understand they are busy but when someone is calling, there needs to be a clear phone line, it was extremely difficult to hear!!!

I ordered directly from their website for delivery on New Years Eve. The food arrived on time with great communication from the restaurant. One of the best indian restaurants in bromley.

I’m been coming to Mittee for some time now and the cuisine is excellent. The service from the team is second to none and the manager is excellent. I would say the quality of the food is as good as any of the top restaurants on Brick Lane. I highly recommend paying a visit, plus they do an early bird meal deal before 7pm which is amazing!

I recently held a party for my son at Mittee Indian restaurant and everyone had a fantastic time! Prachandra (the owner) helped from the beginning and his staff even helped to set up decorations beforehand. The food was DELICIOUS - myself and my guests thoroughly enjoyed each meal and the service was superb. Prachandra and his staff really took care of us and I will definitely be back again!

The service was pathetic. The whole experience of dining here made me feel very unwelcome and unwanted. It started from a young girl who came to us and said "yes" as we waited to be sat. There was no smile , no greetings. All throughout no attention was paid to us and we had to remind them to give us serviettes, cutlery , plates etc. the two young girls who were the waitresse completely ignored us all the way through whilst they made several visits to a white gentleman who sat opposite us. The place is well focussed on its white clientele and they were clearly uncomfortable by seeing an Indian couple in an Indian restaurant and they made sure that we came to that realization by their non existent and unfriendly(I'm being polite) "service". Me and my wife have not felt so neglected, unwelcome and unwanted. Even in wetherspoon the waitresses have the general decency to ask how is the food, do you need anything etc. Despite this terrible and hostile service they shamelessly added 10% SC which I felt like asking them to remove ( it is our legal right) but I chose not to as I wanted to leave as soon as possible. We got our food packed and left. Not recommended at all.When it was Madhuwan it was a different level restaurant but now it is not

My sister, niece, nephew and I took my dad here for his 80th birthday meal. From first impressions of welcoming, clean and warm to leaving I cannot fault this place. The food was amazing, we all had different dishes and enjoyed them so much. The desserts were divine. The waitresses were so lovely and didn't pester us but were spot on with dealing with our requests. As we finished our meal a waitress brought out a small brownie dessert with candles and played happy birthday in the background...they'd heard us say it was dad's birthday. 10/10 for everything. Will definitely recommend and definitely return.

Food took over a hour to arrive as they decided to do the whole table at once instead of cooking for those that had ordered instead waited for all the orders to come in, Chicken Korma was to Sweet, biryani rice was to wet, My son would not eat his chicken Madras as the sauce was too watery, tho they offered to make him something in 5 mins but if it took over one hour to make a watery curry what are you going to do in 5mins Prices were reasonable Staff slow Thank you for your reply as for not being charge the said Dish was still on the bill when going to pay We had to repeatedly say what was sent back and what wasn't even brought out on time only then it was taken off the bill, even the waitress said she was new And it was very confusing to her

I held my mum's surprise 60th birthday celebration here and we all loved it! The staff are so friendly and you get the feel that they genuinely enjoy what they do, so you feel at ease and comfortable. They're also very willing to help; they helped with putting up the decorations happily. Absolutely amazing food! even down to the deserts- they are to die for! The manager as well caters to your needs and also gives off a warm and genuine air. I would recommend anyone to have their birthday celebration here.

I don’t think this place gets enough recognition than it should. The food is great so I don’t understand why it doesn’t get as many customers as it should, could be location. We order a takeaway from here loads, so thought we would check out the restaurant. The food was really delicious, although the restaurant was very warm - I don't think the Airton worked.

Very friendly staff and interior is very nice inside. Food was amazing I would recommend for starters the Papri chaat, Paneer tikka shashlik, and chicken tikka. For mains I would recommend Chicken korma, Jhaneko masu and Murgh makhani with Peshwari naan. Poppadoms we’re very nice but I do prefer sweet mango chutney as this is spiced version. Would definitely recommend. The staff were so kind and friendly and very attentive. A must try!

Usually get takeaway from here so decided to bring my dad for Father’s Day. Food was super good, drinks were super good. Service was quite slow in between orders, but I can forgive it. The thing that really made me miserable was finding out that the service charge placed on the bill by default doesn’t actually go to the staff working that evening. Really disappointing and should be amended by owners immediately,

Amazing customer service for my Mother and I after we arrived to the area late at night, on the eve of collecting her brother's ashes to scatter them. Best Indian food we've had in years. My Mother is from Myanmar (formerly known as Burma) so we both wanted comfort food that reminded us of curries we ate as a family. Incredible. Everything from the naan to the tender-chicken and curries were perfect. They didn't rush us or anything, despite us arriving 45 minutes before they close.
