An imaginative cocktail menu, and knowledgeable and skilful staff who are happy to talk through the menu and help you choose. We loved the cocktails here and the ambience too. Well worth a visit when in Liverpool

A lovely dimly lit cocktail bar, perfect for a nightcap. The waiter was very attentive and friendly gave us great recommendations; the jungle bird was by far the standout!!

Impeccable! So good i didn’t want to write this review as would love this place to remain as a chilled hidden gem but it deserves every bit of attention . . . Table service! Excellent selection of wines and as for the cocktail selection = sublime! A bit of class on castle street in Liverpool city centre!

Such a great venue. Nothing too much trouble, wine / olive section to die for. Friendly and knowledgeable, not to be passed by!

Came here a month ago with my boyfriend and came back the first opportunity I could with my mum again yesterday. I’ve now tried at least 6 cocktails here and every single one has been absolutely lovely - with the rhubarb negroni being a dangerously good recommendation. The atmosphere is super cosy and the staff are really knowledgeable and attentive. Love this place, it’s awesome.

Brilliant time spent at Mito. Rhubarb negroni was a revelation. 5 star service from our server Adam.

I'm careful to avoid negative reviews, as they can be damaging. Sometimes we have an off day. While in Liverpool a couple of weeks ago, we stopped by MITO to have a drink. Aside from taking a while, the most disappointing aspect was the nearly full glass of ice for my G&T. After a few sips, it was gone. I approached the barmen to share my disappointment - his response was, "That's the way we serve them here" There was No contrition or fair play - just simply rude. It's not the place for a fair-value drink.

Came here the other day with my friend. Cocktails were amazing served by Harriet. A lot of knowledge about the menu I would recommend.

Very disappointed last night played heavy wrap music in what is usually Italian style music fitting with the venue - staff looked like they didn't want to be there - not as enjoyable as usual especially being new year

Absolutely amazing little gem of a place. Atmosphere so chilled and we were served by Iris who was so helpful and very knowledgeable on cocktails. We tried the old fashioned, house martini and house espresso martini. All fabulous. we are definitely going again as we had a lovely evening.

Mixologists very knowledgeable so we gave them free reign and honestly loved every one of the 6 cocktails we had. Cool interior and a really cosy but chic vibe. Very well priced for top grade ingredients. Will absolutely be returning and I wish them all the success

Good cocktail bars with knowledgeable and helpful staff are hard to find. This recently open bar in Liverpool is a real gem and deserves to be a great success. The owner is the mixologist and he knows his cocktails and ingredients very well. Not only that but he was happy to share his knowledge with us and we had a very enjoyable hour tasting a couple of very special drinks. I would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting a cocktail or two in a lovely intimate bar.

A very friendly, new cocktail bar on Castle Street, Italian-run, with all the flair and attention to detail that implies. I can positively say that they do the best (and I mean BEST) Martini Cocktail in Liverpool.
