We came across this chap in grass market walking during our Edinburgh vegan food trip. We had the blueberry cheesecake recommended by the other reviewer, totally agree with the sentiment, outstanding in flavour and texture. We also tried the brownie, tiffin and some cookie marshmallow sandwich creation (yeah we like vegan cakes!). Everything was handmade, the chap took pride in his work and was super friendly. 10 out of 10, if this business was nearer where I live, I would need to buy another wardrobe! Go visit!

También puede encontrarlos en varios mercados alrededor de Edimburgo, por ejemplo, Stockbridge y Grassmarket, el 'cheesecake' de arándanos es mi favorito

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the first class lunch served to us at the Wednesday Lunch Club in The Gift Tree Corstorphine. Started with a delicious Amuse Bouche. Followed with cheese and broccoli quiche. Served with baked potato and coleslaw. Pudding was a scrumptious berry crumble with custard. Together with a hot drink. Excellent value!

Popped into Picnics Takeaway for a quick lunch, chose their spicy chicken wrap, husband had spicy chicken on baguette. Both were stuffed with delicious chicken breast, chargrilled with spices, fresh salad, cheese, chilli sauce. Very filling, excellent value and friendly service.

This is a church cafe run by volunteers. It says it is an outreach cafe and an asset to the community - but this is hardly the case when the prices are off putting and more expensive than most cafes run as businesses. A very poor cappuccino cost £3.40 and my baked potato was nearly £8. It is set up in a church hall and the volunteers are pleasant but not exactly efficient (my baked potato was left on an adjacent table until I asked where it was). All the members of our table had their food delivered at different times so some were finished before others had started (we ordered together).
