Tried for the first time and the food is so good will be back definitely so often, ordered online went 20mins later food ready hot and taste amazing.

My pensioner parents Ordered food from here and been customers for years both there curries were really salty and had to throw away so they phoned up and was told they will get there next one free which is correct in our eyes So ordered there next meal today to be told on the phone they will get 10% of really are you serious your food was wrong and was not eatable and you give £1.40 off there order when the original was £20 and threw In the bin Shocking treatment of a loyal customer for years Also Embarrassing you should be proud of your treatment to pensioners 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Thought I would try a new place and wish I hadn't. Prawn toast was missing 2 pieces,not that it maters that much as it was basically just sesame toast,couldn't find any prawn any where. Chips weren't cooked properly, chicken balls were mainly batter which wasn't cooked either (raw batter on inside) very disappointing

Worst takeaway ever, kids answering phone which then leads to items being missing from order. Chips where rock hard, sweet and sour sauce was like glue and food was cold.

Chow mein dishes not bad from here and Currys are ok too.

2 hour wait just to have the order cancelled without telling us. They only have 1 delivery driver working. The manager was meant to deliver our food after already waiting for an hour, and then decided to cancel the order while failing to mention that to us. This is the most pathetic example of customer service I've ever experienced and I will not be giving them another chance. They couldn't even offer a decent apology, instead saying that their owner gave the orders and then cancelled when they couldn't be bothered.

The lady is so kindhearted and very helpful too me her family is very polite. And I’ve never been let down with my orders and I’ve enjoyed every bite 🌸👍excellent..

I was appalled to hear that my order was over an hour later than predicted (on top of the long delivery time) as a result of the police officers who work opposite getting their orders first. Not a fair service.

Best Chinese I've ever tasted 5 years of pure tastefulness

Extremely RUDE driver .. I live in an apartment building, because the owners don't speak English, the only person you can communicate with is THE DRIVER! ..Firstly he said my number wasn't on my building! Despite me ordering previously and obviously my address exists! Then he said he never comes in the apartment and customers come down to him. So basically he just didn't deliver because he couldn't be bothered to come to the door .. He was very rude, threatening and aggressive .. Ordered Via Just Eat! Took they money, then when I called to follow up my order they cancelled it, after a very aggressive exchange with the driver. I would not recommend this take away at all. Didn't get a chance to taste the food! But when the customer service is this poor, its really not worth taking the risk. You will not get a satisfactory resolution.

Driver “forgot” our 1.5L of coca-cola that we ordered with the food and had to be called up by the restaurant in order for him to bring it back. The restaurant dealt with it very well but the driver thought it was funny. Considering we paid £2.50 for the drink. Overall, great customer service from the restaurant but the drivers’ customer service was poor.

The spare ribs were the tiniest ribs I have ever seen, they were meant to be in Bbq sauce there was only a little bit in the tray and the ribs were dry and tough. We also ordered 1 Singapore chow mein and 1 chicken chow mein apart from the colour difference they both tatsed the same. The Singapore had plenty of meat in but no shrimps and definitely no heat in it. Havnt had a Chinese in ages and I won't be having one again any time soon. I rang the restaurant and they said next time I order they will add more shrimps. I won't be ordering again from here.

Amazing value. Had salt and pepper munchie box. You get a bit of everything. Ribs could do with a bit more meat on them.

Food very hot and lovely but had to wait 1hr and 10mins for delivery slot then another 15mins on top. We ordered at 5.10pm.

First time ordering. Without doubt the worse chicken batter balls ive ever had the inner batter was far too stodgy and bland, sweet and sour sauce was water not a sauce, fried rice was oily, beef green peppers in black bean was ok but too hot and the chips was ok, overall quite poor wont be ordering again.

Don't take me wrong, food is okay, but I've ordered face to face with sauce got food without, and portions are way too small for that price. Couple of more disappointments not worth to mention.

Never again will I order from here 2 hours I waited for food yes I know it’s New Year’s Eve if you knew you were gonna be busy you should of stopped taking orders simple. And then you forget my drink which I had to tell you about my drink finally turned up after I ate my food and to be honest the taste of the food wasn’t very nice and wasn’t worth the wait.

I ordered at 6.25 and was told it would be here by 7.40pm I rung at 7.55 to be told 20 minutes, rung again at 8.35 to be told sorry another 20-25 minutes it’s now 9.15pm and I’ve just rung to be told it’ll be 10 minutes as the driver has to drop of other delivery’s first so expecting it to also be cold aswell so really not happy considering this was £42 worth of food by the time it gets here it will of been atleast 3 hours.

Ordered food at 7.35 told delivery 9pm. Called at 9.20 and told at least another half hour! No notice and now too late to order elsewhere. Appalling service and no NYE dinner. Disgusted.

Food was nice as always but may be good to jump onto Uber eats if you haven’t got enough drivers to deliver. Really like the food but better to collect than wait 2 hours for delivery.

Nice food, usually ok service but tonight my order took over two hours to arrive. I rang the takeaway after 1.30hr and they hadn’t even started cooking it yet. They apologised and I was told it would be with me in 15 minutes, another 35 minutes later it arrived! We’ve been offered no refund and they didn’t even put a free bit of food in, not even a spring roll and the delivery driver didn’t even apologise either. Not good enough.

Ordered at 7.40 and was told food would arrive by 9pm. Called at 9.10 for an update and was told they were going to start cooking my food now and it would be 15-20 minutes. The food eventually arrived at 9.45pm. By this time everybody in the house has been snacking on other things because of the long wait and are no longer hungry. Food is average. Not worth the 2 hour wait at all.

75 minutes, uncooked batter on chicken balls, sweet and sour sauce very thin, shame you have to order first before they give you a delivery time but thats justeat not this takeaway, chips were lovely, sausages cooked but not browned?, chow mein was good too, expected better

Chips, crispy duck and sweer and sour chicken balls all soft rather than crispy, as if reheated. Chicken was rubbery and horrible. Curry sauce ok. Disappointing and actually expensive for a takeaway.
