We’ve been ordering from this takeaway for years as we love a balti.we decided to try different dishes on bank holiday and were not disappointed. We ordered chicken tikka stir fry ad chicken tikka biryani and it was amazing. Food is always full of flavour and not greasy like some other takeaways. Service very efficient and would always recommend. Thank you!

My mother has been ordering takeaway food from here for months and everytime she orders the delivery guy tries to charge her more everytime she pays cash. Most of the time they are late arriving and there has been occasions where some of the things she's ordered have been missing but she's not one to speak up about issues so I have decided to let other customers know about exactly what they are doing.

First time ordering. We used to order from Jolly Bengali in the past, but they have closed now unfortunately. So had to try something new, and I'm so glad we ended up ordering from this place. Cannot fault the food, was super delicious, hot, you can't go wrong. Also appreciate the freebies for a larger order, it's lovely to see! I am now settled as we don't have to look any further for delicious curry in the future! Recommended!

I ordered food for 6 people on a Saturday night and it arrived within the expected time of 45 minutes. All the food was piping hot and all my family member's said how lovely the food was. One of them ordered the chilli garlic chicken which they said was absolutely lovely and was definitely a 5 star rating. I'd definitely recommend this takeaway to anyone and for our future meals too.

Ordered at 6pm the woman on the didn't understand anything, half an hour later the company phoned back to confirm thr order which was frustrating. The order came at 9pm, we still had to pay full price, was missing items food was lovely but wouldn't order from here again.

The chicken vindaloo is amazing. Looking forward to trying some other dishes.

Apparently ‘New ownership’ guy on the phone did not understand anything I said and when I asked him to repeat my order every question I asked was responded with ‘Yes’ …. Came after an hour and 10 minutes after them re-ringing me asking for my address again. Curry was wrong, rice was wrong and naan was missing and obviously the order was barely warm. Awful won’t be using you again

Used to be my favourite Indian but I don’t know what happened. Last few orders have been dismal.

I have been using this place for over 20 years . Me and my partner orders from here weakly and prices went from 18 pounds last order to 25 pounds in less than a week such a shame food is great we order the same food every time too

Después de recibir mi pedido dijeron que pagar extra de £2 libras después de pasar 16 libras de me dijeron que era de más de 5 km del conductor. Entonces fueron más de 4 millas. Luego de la comida. Probé este lugar. Era un típico de Bangladesh para llevar. El llevar bien lleno, pero, desafortunadamente, el pollo al curry no estaba lleno con suficiente pollo. Demasiado y casi ningún pollo con salsa. La parrilla de arranque mixto - bien la carne era frío y duro. Ir y probar, si no tienen otra opción localmente. Su mejor ir a ladypool road si quieres un buen currymuy decepcionante para Birmingham! ! ! ! Nunca se come por allí.

Parecía en una comida rápida para llevar un rápido app para mi costumbre picante dijo que sería más de una hora, ya que estaban tan ocupados (el Ramadán? Así que pedí de) aquí. No podía siquiera imagen donde estaba en mi cabeza. Ahora sé que me sorprende. Nunca me había dado cuenta de que o oído hablar de antes. Sí, como otros han dicho, el exterior no es particularmente notable cuando pase. Mi casa regular curry y llevar tienen nueva competencia porque la comida era deliciosa. La entrega fue rápida. Sin duda ordenar en el futuro. También me dieron una botella de coca-cola que no esperaba. Un buen toque!

Always tasty, I'm fussy about hygiene ratings and this has 5*. Had the odd item missing in the past but can't fault the quality. They also give free food Depending on how much you spend.

Delivery driver arrived an hour after ordering with the wrong order, didn't give us the food just told us our order was 'messed up', they were busy and the other driver was bringing it. 20 mins later, still no food so rang to find out where it was. No one seemed to know anything about it. A man, assuming it was the manager came on the phone, didn't seem to know what was going on but said a driver was on the way. I commented that it was poor customer service as it was the first time we had ordered from them and so far we were unimpressed at which point he hung up on me. Another 15 mins later food arrived. Wouldn't matter if it was the best food i had ever eaten, I wouldn't order from there again due to the poor attitude of the staff. Not even an apology from the delivery driver.

I want to say the delivery driver was a gentleman. Poite and friendly. The food is nice and so is the portions. Not a bad word to say in truth. I would order from her again. P.S. i livee in a block and they deliver to the door ( little added bonus)

Ordered takeaway. Half hour later after sitting there like lemons. We get our food. Get home. Got half the order wrong.

Everytime i have the curry there is only 4 small pieces of chicken. The naan bread was hard. But other than that it was nice

When the driver arrived he suggested not to use just eat in the future due to the charge to the restaurant. Part of the food was partially warm and the curry had a thick layer of grease on top. Drink was also missing from the order. I regularly use this takeaway however wont order again

A decent takeaway curry. Been here on a number of occasions and genuinely it is not too bad. It just suffers from mass (and better) competition in the area.

Once again had the wrong food delivered. Litterally sat sweating eating what was supposed to be a balti. Dont know what it was but it was hot!

Seriously fantastic. Ordered a fish Naga jalfrezi and I can honestly say its the best I've ever had. Nice and hot but you could taste every flavour inside it. Fantastic. Can't believe I've never used this place before. Will be using allll the time Well done

Ordered from here a few times. Never been delivered when they said it would. Foods been wrong on more than one occasion. Just left my girlfriend waiting 25 minutes to eat because they messed it up and as an apology they sent a popadom... Wont be ordering again!

The food from here is always late, whether it be 10 minutes or an hour. No apology or even a spoken word from the delivery driver. The food is OK but got the wrong order! Ordered tandoori chicken main (2 pieces) and ended up with several mini chicken tikka pieces. Couldn't be bothered to complain because it was late anyway. Won't be ordering from here for a long time!! Too much hassle and plenty other great indian takeaways to choose from!

Only had curries from here before and always been good. Tried the massala fish tonight and it was very dry so wont bother again

We were a little bit annoyed by the lateness(25 minutes). Had a starving pregnant girlfriend made it seem a lot longer. However, when the driver arrived he was lovely and apologetic and told us they were extremely busy. They gave us a free potato curry and oh my gosh, the food was superb. We will definitely try them again.

The meal was okay but think i felt it was nicer than it actually was because we were so hingry after the hour & a half wait even though when they accepted the order they gave us an hour. I called after an hour & 10 minites to see where it was and he just said "they were very busy" with no apology and said it would be another 10-15 monites. Still no apology when it actually came. The chicken pakora was tasteless and the curry was very average. Disappointed.

First time using this Balti Herbs & Spices on Just Eat. Given my delivery time and over 30 minutes after the specified delivery time, no food and app showing 'order complete'. I contacted the takeaway. Just said 'it's busy tonight'. No apology just saying it will be another 20 minutes. When the order eventually arrived 45 minutes late the order was wrong. Couldn't be bothered to complain as how much longer would it have taken to sort the correct order, and how much notice are they going to take of a phone call on the evidence of my last conversation. Much better takeaways else where.

The first time I ordered from here was amazing the chicken was so tender and yeah overall was gorgeous but the last two accounts I was very disappointed the chicken has had no flavour and chewy and sauce kept getting worse and worse love their poppadoms though!

Took two hours to get my food and when I phoned to ask where it was the staff were unbelievably rude to me before hanging up. Food was cold and didn't taste right anyway.

Chicken tikka masala was absolutely disgusting asked for a refund which they said no asked for a fresh curry they said 25 mins in which time the rest of the food would be cold then said he cudnt refund as was against his policy once i mentioned the papers then said he wud refund the masala but if i go and collect it .an absolute disgrace

Me and my partner was enjoyin the meal untill he found a very thin peice ov plastic in is curry and i found a hair in mine both of us are not happy wont be ordering again!!!

We order chicken tikka jalferezi and chicken tikka masala with chips and rice. Food is always excellent. Usually we have issues with the quality of the chicken from take aways but we enjoy the food from here. Delivery is always within the 40mins. Never had any issues. Will continue to order from here :-)

Agradable, comida fresca, no grasa como algunos comida para llevar. Siempre tengo un plato de verduras, lo que me pareció mushing más sabroso que comida para llevar similares. La familia tiene varios platos de carne que están bien. El agradable y entrega que volvimos a coger mi hija una Coca-Cola Light!

Hardly any lamb meat, very small amount of prawns, just lots of sauce which is useless without meat. Asked for free onion bhaji,they gave me few potatoes in more sauce. Basically this place is just giving sauce...

The food itself was reasonably priced and tasty but arrived after 75 minutes and the food was stone cold. I was also repeatedly asked if I was sure i had paid online. I'm sure this was a one off as it was New Year's Eve but really wasn't impressed.

the food I was delivered in a speedy manor however I was unable to eat my chicken tikka bhuna as it was so hot. This was unusual as I have otdered this many times previously and found it mild.
