Mikos in Lambeth

I’ve previously ordered from this restaurant and found the food fantastic. However for some reason I’ve found the portions were far from acceptable. My CHICKEN GYROS PITA consisted of a few small pieces of chicken three chips. The sauces I requested were minimal and were lost in the Pitta wrap. I was extremely disappointed with what I received and will look to order elsewhere.

Stopped off for a chicken gyros as we both fancied something Greek. Staff were friendly, the brought food over to our table, everything was hot and tasty and the salad was fresh.

had an uber delivery burnt and cold UBER DRIVER HAD 2 DELIVERYS AND TOOK 13 MIN BY THIS TIME WAS AWFUL AND LOTS OF BURNT BITS AND ON THE VERGE OF DEATH TOMATOES SOFT AND SLUDGY

Ordered online and after waiting for over an hour the restaurant cancelled my order. Status was stuck in “preparing”. A joke

I was SO appalled when I found several BLONDE hairs in my food! Imagine if I didn’t look carefully. I definitely accidentally ate some without knowing! Disgusting. I felt sick to my stomach.

The worst I have eaten in my life Sorry but this is not Souvlaki but not even food I really am never going to go again

I love this place - particularly the vegan gyros and halloumi options. The gyro sauce is fantastic, the pitas are really solid, the portions really tasty. I could honestly eat this all day. The snack pack is also a solid favourite

Just like the late night gyros shops in Greece. Delicious pork, crispy chips, lovely sauce. Perfect for a quick. lunch

When Mikos first opened on Acre Lane is was great- really nice Greek wraps made with love by the owners. They have now closed that branch and relocated to Coldharbour Lane, and i also found out have expanded to locations such as Peckham, Shoreditch, Wandsworth, Croydon etc. With expansion, comes a drop in quality and customer care. The chicken has changed from high quality cubes of chicken breast grilled individually on a grill, to a cheap elephant leg doner spit, like a late night kebab shop. This particular branch has so many delivery drivers in crash helmets trying to force their way into the restaurant the place has to have a bouncer on the door! Anyway, if i were you i'd give it a miss- its nothing like its previous incarnation which was really good. Not that they'll really care, they are probably laughing all the way to the bank now.

I was really looking for to my food from Mikos Greek grill on coldharbour lane Brixton!! Very disappointing experience! The service was good, but the food awful. The wrap was drenched in sauce and there was hardly no salad or chicken in the wrap!! As for the coriander chips! Let’s say ketchup couldn’t help them!! Driest chips ever!! Soooo disappointed and will go back to pop up Brixton for a better experience!

i was extremely shocked to bite into my "fresh" wrap only to find out it was cold, the men serving were very rude when I first entered, will not be returning to coldhabour lane!

Visited here for a quick snack while on a trip to Brixton. Great little find. Super efficient service and great value for money. A real good find. Also sells Greek beer.

Sorry to say very disappointed about your reheat food . I was expected for something fresh and quality ... chips reheat. ? Pork and chicken dry very dry ... I will never reorder again !

This place is an amazing little find. We had the Greek box and it was so delicious , the gyros and grilled chicken are both so tasty but tziki and breads were the best this side of Greece. Also had a wonderful atmosphere and great team of staff.

Lovely food, good atmosphere good music and nice staff. Well worth a visit. In a nice place near Brixton station
