Late delivery, freezing cold on arrival. Kebab was inedible. Chili sauce was more like sweet and sour. Just horrendous. Waste of money!

When there today the food was nice bit it's in plastic clear tubs and they are only half full and it was not cheap over time the portion sizes have got less and less not good value for money think I will stop going there

The customer service was absolutely disgusting. I’ve ordered from here before and never had an issue. We get a balti pizza without green chillis on. I ordered the same tonight and when I got home I had them on. Called them and was told that a jalapeño isn’t a chilli. It is a green chilli pepper. I asked for a replacement and was told they could t do that and not to order it if I cannot handle it. The man on the phone was incredibly rude and was more than happy to lose a customer and a subsequent refund on just eat rather than make a new pizza the way I ordered it with specific instructions not to have green chillis on. Although the food is nice I would avoid at all costs due to the cheek of the lad on the phone and the unwillingness to help.

Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service from them. Honestly I’ve never in my life been called a liar by a restaurant before in my life. We drove to collect an order tonight, to arrive home with one curry and one rice missing. They have completely denied, would not let us speak on the phone, accused us of lying and hung up on us. They’ve ripped us off for the food and won’t give us a refund. Said they can’t. I would never recommend this place to anyone in my life, not because the food is bad but because the people who work there are horrible. I have better things to do on my Saturday night than ring up a takeaway and lie about our order. We have 6 people sat here waiting to be fed including two kids, I wouldn’t waste my time with it…. I’ve NEVER lied in my life about something like this because it’s not in my nature. Never again. Disgusting.

First order in nearly a year following a few bad meals at Miahs. Firstly we were surprised to find a free pizza in our order and all the food was fresh and excellent. We ordered our usuals and found they are exactly how they used to be a couple of years ago. Glad our old favourite takeaway in Cramlington is back to its former glory. The chicken chatt wrap was exceptional and I would highly recommend

We first tried this place around 2 weeks ago but did a collection and I have to say it was lovely. Fast forward to tonight and absolutely disgusting. 1hour 25 minutes for delivery and when it arrived the chips were still white and some of the bigger ones hard then the garlic bread was soggy and stuck to the box in places. Wish I took photos! Personally think the order had been forgotten about as I first called after 1 hour to see how much longer for delivery to be told it was out for delivery then called again 20 minutes later to be told it had just left and wasn’t out for delivery the first time. Would have rather had a little extra delay and a properly cooked meal!

First takeaway from here two weeks ago - 23/1/21. ' a week ago As Miah's provided FREE meals for many of Cramlington's pensioners at Christmas 2020, the least we could do is try one meal from them as my mum-in-law said her food was excellent. What a good move! Use the app for 15% off. The onion bhajis were huge and caramelised. Superb! Bhuna KP on puri was amazing. Garlic Tikka Chicken - huge, loads of meat and beautiful, along with the Garlic Naan. Meat Biryani had plenty of lamb, the veg curry was rustic and just the job. The ONLY minor 'fault' was that the Keema Naan could have had a touch more meat inside. I am being REALLY picky here. Can't wait for another go - my wife says it as she finds it and she has never had better, eat in or takeaway. Praise indeed!!' Second meal tonight. Broadly the same order, Stuffed Paratha replaced the Keema Naan. Once again, no issues with any of it - superb in quantity, quality and value. Superb.

Pre lockdown we were obsessed with Miahs and ordered a couple times a week as it was fresh and delicious. We ordered a couple of pizzas and Punjabi chips after lockdown and were really disappointed. The punjabi chips were stale like they had been cooked days before, the chicken chat pizza was a different colour to before and was greasy and awful and the normal pizza was sloppy and undercooked. I have not ordered since which is really disappointing as it used to be our favourite takeaway

Two deliveries and two mistakes Total wrong order on the first and items missing on the second. Veg pilau full of potato Lamb patia way too hot Kebab when it finally arrived was cold and salad was not your expected salad with a kebab Nan breads dry and tasteless

My usual Indian wasn’t answering their phone so dug a menu for Miahs Kitchen out of the drawer. Never tried them before but it was fantastic. One of the best Indians ever. Recommended.

Well, I couldn't wait to try Micah's for the first time and then I wished I hadn't. My plate was swamped with water from the meal, it looked like an Island. Also Check your change before you leave. I was over charged. To say I was disappointed is an understatement after looking forward to it.

Miahs is a staple of ours as it never disappoints. Tonight we ordered a meat feast pizza, a chicken chatt pizza and Punjabi chips. So fresh and delicious! Came after 40 minutes.

Ordered for the first time tonight and was really disappointed, part of the order was missing and the doner kebab was like nothing I had seen before, it was a soggy naan bread in a pizza box with the meat and salad piled on top and chilli sauce poured all over it. The kebab meat itself was very weird I'm not sure what it was! Don't they usually come wrapped separate? I rang the shop to check I had got the right order, first guy was helpful but then I think the manager came on who was dismissive, argumentative and very unhelpful. There are much better local take aways which I'll stick to in future. Give 2 stars as the pizza was edible, average but edible.

It seems nearly every time we order here we have a problem. For the second time now we have ordered via the app, they have taken our money and not delivered our food claiming they haven't received the order even though we have confirmations and proof money has left the bank. Thats not to mention the times they have delivered and its been wrong. More fool me for giving them so many chances. Disgusting....

First visit to this little gem of a place around a month ago. Ordered chicken korma, tikka masala, egg pilau, sweetcorn pilau and garlic naan. Everything was fully-flavoured , well cooked and delicious. The garlic naan was superb and had so much garlic on I was worried about work the next day lol. The take-away seems immaculate cleanliness wise, just be careful of one of the sofas in the waiting area, I nearly broke my back as you sink almost to the floor as the seat part seems to be broken - they really need to take it to the skip! Went back last week, hubby had chicken korma pizza of which I pinched a piece (as you do!). Wow, just wow. I’m having that next time! I had the butter chicken which was nice but maybe a tad bland. I have tasted better elsewhere. On the whole though a fab place which has just become my favourite go-to place for takeaway food!

What has happened? Used to be good. Last night was very disappointing. Tough lamb. Thin tarka dhal with raw garlic. Cashew nuts burnt in the pilau. Gave feedback and they didn’t have the courtesy to reply. Given that there are a dozen Indian takeaways close by, you’d think they’d try to keep regular customers. We’re done.

We have tried here a few times and always an issue. The pizzas where inedible and had disgusting cheese spread instead of mozzarella - we were told it "was a new supplier" and offered free ones another time. So next time we tried an Indian meal; when it finally arrived, some of the order was missing and we were promised a prompt delivery of the missing food. After 40 minutes we rang and we're told we couldn't have a refund but the food taken off our next order.

The worst excuse for salad with a kebab I have ever seen, simply iceberg lettuce thrown in a pizza box and covered with sickly sweet chilli sauce.

We have ordered Indian food from here and it's hit & miss quality. Typically it is hot and good quality yet occasionally it has been greasy.

We ordered a Indian meal for our family of 5. It was beyond delicious. Delivered on the time stated. Hot. Could not of asked for better service. Thank you

We ordered a pizza fish fingers and chips and a sea food balti. We were told it would be 45 mins. After an hour we called again to be told it was on its way. On its way from where we should have asked as it another 20 mins before it arrived. The pizza looked like it had been shaken in the box and it was freezing cold. The fish fingers and chips were also freezing cold and under cooked. The balti as it was in a tin foil container was ok.

Really bad sizzler kebab.Greasy and nasty.When ordered over phone I was asked whether I wanted garlic in tub or on meal.I asked for tub yet got a dirty greasy mess in a pizza box! I ordered chips separate but got about 6 chips (These were paid for separately) definitely not worth price of meal.I feel Miahs cut corners and have become greedy,ripping off customers to save money.To rub salt in wounds the delivery is £2 (Most expensive around by miles) I literally live across road from takeout but driver still short changed me.Counted out money knowing they were 5 pence short (I know it's not a lot!) but just walked away,could not believe the cheek!

Perfect takeaway as you can mix pizza with a curry so there's a bit of everything. We got a tikka balti pizza that was delicious! I've had this takeaway many times and it's always fresh and tasty would highly recommend

Tried the currys they wasn't all that but they pizzas are very good they and they sizzler kebabs are good too they could speed up on they sevice

A really welcome addition, Miah serves flatbreads etc as well as traditional food. Always delivered hot and people serving are always pleasant when you go to collect food. Lovely quick service.

made all our meals exactly the way we wanted, the chicken tikka pizza was unreal, great chunks of marinated chicken in a lovely tasting sauce, the two curries we had were spot on along with the naan breads and drinks

This is new to where I live food excellent so much to choose from fast delivery friendly very reasonable prices

We have used this takeaway twice and have really enjoyed the food. Wonderful flavours. For our second visit we chose the banquet for £12.95 and I doubt there is better value anywhere in town. The Indian staff are excellent, sadly the young English lad was not so efficient.

The only reason I rate this place 3 out of 5 is because I once came in for collection which was over £50 worth and they specifically said to come in 30 minutes once on the phone to them but I was waiting inside for 40 minutes which was ridiculous but the food is gorgeous so I will return

We visited to get a takeaway after a recommendation from a friend. We ordered a mixed kebab and salad on the side and chips. When we got home there was no salad either packed with our order or in the kebab. This wasn't a major problem

Absolutely amazing. Quick delivery Lovely customer service and the pizzas are the best in Cramlington I always order the same pizza and they always have a laugh on the phone because they remember me 😄

This is possibly the best if not the best Indian takeaway especially around Northumberland. I find it really hard to find an Indian takeaway that is full of flavour, friendly and good value for money. The kebabs are really good as are the pizzas, pizzas are superb however the main menu is full of choice we have been a few times and tried something different each time. Always piping hot and full of flavour. Please if you have not tried it yet you must

The first time using this takeaway we tried a Tharli it was very good, will definatly recommend and use again

We've tried Miah's out twice. On both occasions we were not disappointed. Good and varied selection of dishes on offer and the quality was very good.

Really enjoy the food from here, a good selection of kebabs and my son reckons the Indian pizzas are wonderful. Good value and nice guys that run it. Definitely worth a try
