Food arrived literally within 20 minutes of ordering, piping hot and very delicious. Ordered from here a few times now and it’s consistently good. The Chicken Souvlaki is really good and the feta dip as an extra treat!

Best lamb al greko I've ever had. Lamb is so soft that don't need to be chewed. Staff is friendly and always smiling. Definitely recommend

This is a very unassuming wee place . Simple and not much to look at from the street . The food however , is FANTASTIC ! Fresh , delicious , authentic, made to order and it out does all the other places on every level ! 11/10 5 star !!

This place is amazing, was up from London to see family and have to say this is one of the best Mediterranean resturant I have been to, this food was just amazing and very friendly customer service. I have been to some of the best in London. Will defo be going back next time I am in Accrington.

The garlic mushrooms tasted like a salt pot had been dropped into the sauce and was inedible. The Brie didn’t travel well and the cheese was stuck and non existent. The chicken stroganoff was sickly. We wouldn’t want a refund as it would mean we’d have to go back.

Disgusting food and terrible service. Why are they so angry at the customers? How inconvenient for them they got customers who bought there terrible food. All the other reviews must be there friends and family. The food is not edible and the owners are rude.

The food was really greasy. The oil literally dripped before we open opened the bag. The grease made the wrap/naan chewy and the chips where that greasy the bag they came was stuck to the chips so they couldnt be eaten. The side salad I ordered was the only good thing.

Don't be put off when you first view the front. Food and staff are amazing

Amazing food, loads of different dishes were ordered by a group of friends and everyone commented how good everything was!

The moussaka was not the traditional Greek moussaka I was promised. I am a regular visitor to Greece and this dish is a favourite of mine so I was hugely disappointed in this less than satisfactory‘version’ of the traditional dish.

A very friendly Mediterranean cafe / takeaway. The service is so friendly and the food is given in large portions with a smile. We will be going back to this little gem.

Went today with my husband for a takeaway, but the atmosphere and the restaurant were so nice that we changed our minds and ate there. we ordered mixed grill for my husband spicy it was very tasty and fresh I ate greek souvlaki it was really perfect.. I felt like I was in my home country we will definitely go again 👏🏻👏🏻

If you live around this takeaway, then like me you won’t want to be eating any other takeaway. I saw the very few negative reviews and one in particular is a joke. Ate here today for the first time. The food was very very good. Had sea bass with creamy tomato sauce and baby prawns. It was cooked perfectly and was delicious. I'm not one for leaving reviews, but the food was so good and such good value and the people so nice I had to do it.

The food is amazing, I’ve ordered for delivery a few times and the quality is just as if I was sat down in the restaurant. It’s a lovely change from the greasy take always around. I know it sounds cliche but you can taste the care and love in the food. The pastry’s are to die for, would highly recommend the ones with feta. Staff is super lovely too.

Always spot on - food great, portions great, delivery always early, great value for money. Also love that they keep wrappers on the straws for the milkshakes so you know it’s clean and hygienic. One of the best takeaways nearby!

Ordered food and our chicken was raw. As soon as my husband cut into it you could see how pink it was. I am also three months pregnant so extremely dangerous. Had to get a refund through Just Eat. All went in the bin. Disgusting

I don't like posting bad reviews, especially as we have had lovely food from here in the past but we paid £36 tonight for food which we all thought was poor. It was quite late too but the driver was very apologetic. The food wasn't good though. Firstly our free chips didn't come but the chips on everyone's meal were soggy, pretty stale and pretty cold. We had 2 Mediterranean chicken dishes, which we have had before, which the sauce was nice but the chicken didn't taste nice. It was very tough too. The food we had last time wasn't to their previously great standard but tonight's food was very poor. We won't be ordering from there again unfortunately.

Me & my partner always order two greek souvlakis and when I tell you they are amazing, they are. If you have ever been to one of the Greek Gyros stands at a festival where one chicken pitta costs £14 and you hack the price because they are so good. Don’t bother. These souvlakis are the exact same, if not better, at over half the price. The people which work at the Mediterranean Kitchen are absolutely lovely. For a small little shop, the decor and overall atmosphere is beautiful and just topped off by the amazing food. This takeaway is so underrated it is unreal. Even when delivered, the food is piping hot on delivery and everything is top quality. This has officially became one of our go to takeaway places.

First time ordering here and it didn’t disappoint,will be going back that’s for sure. Great quality and value for money! Meat Samosas - big and tasty,not greasy. Pollo Picante - Huge chicken breast in a spicy (not too spicy) sauce. Mix Grill thrill - enough to feed 2 people and a Chicken Shish kebab with naan bread - once again really tasty. They all came with chips included and what I liked was each chip bag was sealed with a label. Free 1.5l bottle of fizzy drink. Menu was slightly different

A little piece of Greece!! We had been coaching on a boxing competition all night and wanted some lovely fresh food - so naturally, we came here! We shared the halloumi, the beetroot salad and the souvlaki platter and it was delicious, just what we needed! Honestly, it reminded us of being in Greece - right down to the cute tablecloths and the traditional music quietly humming in the background; just lovely. You don't feel as if you're in Accrington! Very reasonable prices and the loveliest, most friendly staff you could hope for. My husband said 'could be a monthly treat'.....let's see!

Ordered from here a few times and always been amazing food. Today was the first time which they forgot something (only tzatziki) which they promptly delivered with a cheesecake to say sorry which was a lovely gesture. Never had any other problems. Amazing prices, amazing food.
