I ordered a margarita pizza for the kids yesterday. It was impossible to eat it. It was spicy, either with chili sauce or spices. I couldn't eat it even though I like spicy food. Something horrible. A month ago we ordered a 4 cheese pizza and received a margarita. Service over the phone was very unpleasant. The guy argued with us that he knew what he was sending and that 4 cheeses could not be confused with a Margarita. After arriving at the place and showing the pizza, we had a big problem getting our money back. We are very disappointed because we have been buying from you for 2 years and everything was fine. Now it's getting worse with each order.

Literally just had to pull a hair out my mouth that was in a piece of chicken wouldn't recommend. Literally responded to my review and told me to ring them done that and got this rude guy over the phone saying I can't refund you if you ordered through Uber even though Uber won't refund me and the response to the review was to ring them there's no point in saying that if they weren't going to refund me definitely wouldn't recommend. Rang them as recommended by the owner and just got a guy with a bad attitude that wouldn't refund me because I'd ordered through Uber eats and didn't care less that I'd paid for food that I couldn't eat wouldn't recommend at all.

Ordered 2 peri peri whole chickens. Meat was smelly and bad tasting like it had gone off and the marinade was sickly sweet and plasticky… not a fan..after a couple bites had to leave it. Feel sick now so I had to leave a review sorry!

absolutely shocking take away 2hrs from ordering to actually getting the food called 3 times told 15mins,then on way, then few mins then after 2 hrs we call again they hung up soon as mentioned address 3 times.food finally arrive but barely warm absolutely shocking service

Usually the orders turn up with no problems. However this time my order didn’t arrive, to top it off the last two times they phone me up asking if the delivery address is correct when I have only been using the same address. No missed calls to my phone. No one rang my doorbell. Went outside to check but nothing there. Wont order angain and seeking a refund.

Food and service surprisingly brilliant. We had the chicken yikka pasta and chips..they were freshly made and every bite was as good as the last. Washed down with a not too sweet karrak chai . Perfect. Ok so the cafe surroundings leave a lot to be desired. But the service was excellent 👌

Been waiting over 2 hours for food. It never arrived after paying over £22 for it all and delivery. Tried to ring restaurant back 10 times and they won’t pick up the phone, absolute joke. They take your money but don’t deliver what u paid for, then ignore you afterwards. Scams

The staff are lovely & I regularly order from here. The desserts and milkshakes are always unbelievable and I usually get a parmo wrap which is nice but last night I was literally gagging and spitting it out it honestly tasted like a mouldy corpse. Chips have always been nice but the chicken tasted like ashes & the cheese or bech was sour it was the worst thing I’ve ever tasted in my life I felt like I was being tortured without consent. Had one slice and left it as it is, the Calzone had an awful smell to the donner meat, the chicken Parmasan was nice but definitely wouldn’t order donner meat from here

Ever since I moved to Leeds these guys have been great and I've always been a returning customer but tonight was a big red flag. Ordered through just eat and my order came incorrect and an item missing as proven by the receipt. I understand mistakes happen but it's there for you to read so it's a bit unforgivable from a customers point of view. I can't trust that won't happen again. Food quality has definitely dropped from a 9 to a 0. The highlight was the "garlic bread"... 😂 Is someone sabotaging? Shame

They have not good service and bad food

Chips ok, salad ok, spicey rice was just brown rice and the meat in the kebab wasn't anything I've ever eaten before, unsure what meat it was , tried abit but left most of it.

This is my brother in laws go to in leeds. I’m personally not a massive fan of the burgers, but the milkshakes are great! I also ordered Gelato which tasted good too. If you want a takeaway that does the job the this place is decent.

Called up to place an order, My family have ordered here before. When I called up, they told me that there was a computer system issue, and put phone down. A family member whose a regular called up, and was able to book food immediately. Poor customer service…

Food was literally disgusting, i ordered a chicken pasta dish with chips. They didn't think twice to put the chips in a different box but instead they put those soggy chips together with the pasta and even put ketchup and whatever that white stuff was because it definitely wasn’t mayo, on top of it. Literally made the dish worse when i didn't think it could get any worse.

Ordered at 12:30 am on Uber eats. Said it would be 35-55 mins. Waited for 90 mins and they didn’t answer the phone so went to bed. Finally arrived after 2 hours completely cold. Threw it in the bin. Ridiculous service. Do not order from here.

Hi people just want to let everyone know never ever order from OZMOZ also known as JESSIES BURGERS on Chapeltown Road. It is the WORST takeaway in Ls7 area they are very stingy with their food especially when you order by phone or app. Down below I have uploaded a picture of what they sent, it looks like it's been eaten once they made it in the shop. I basically ordered two chicken tikka and chips... they gave like 4 pieces of chicken tikka and the whole thing looks like it's just been thrown in there by hand. See for yourself people Check the pic out and I also heard they don't wear gloves when making peoples food. Disgusting people and place. By the way the shop has a second name which is "Jessie's burgers" but online on justeat and other apps for example uber eats it comes out as ozmos or jessies burgers.

Burgers old & not even cooked properly, same for the chips, quality of the food & the way it was all cooked & presented- absolutely abysmal!! Not even edible!! Spent over £20. Burgers were over £8 yet they're what you expect from a cheap £3 burger not a brioche bun nor a proper burger just so cheap & absolutely disgusting. As I said not even edible. Plus missing rest of my order- don't know if I am glad of that or not tbh lol. Do not spend your money here! Absolutely disgusted.

We had Some food and really disgusting the guy behind Teal hi did two times wrong order and he should say apologize for the wrong order but he didn’t say anything .

I placed my order on Uber eats at 11:30, the estimated time was 12:20, it was past this time so I decided to ring the restaurant, he then said to me it will be another 10 minutes, I rang again 30 minutes later and he said another 10 minutes, it got to 1:30am and I still hadn’t i received my order so I requested to speak with manager, the manager said that they hadn’t received a slip, then questioned me into why I haven’t rang them when I rang them twice, he said my order would be out straight away, I waited another 45 minutes and the person that answered the phone was very rude towards me and said “my order will be 5 minutes, bye”, the delivery driver couldn’t find the house so he said to me “start wondering around your house so I can see you” which I thought was unpleasant when it’s nearly 2am overall a terrible experience and poor customer service, wouldn’t recommend to order from here.

Best burger I’ve had in a longtime. Quality

I ordered a kebab and some chips from here. Worst mistake ever. Guys, read the reviews because there’s a reason why they have so many negative ones. I received the food. First of all, the chips were soggy and old. The kebab wasn’t put together. The salad was on top of the paper and under it there was the meat and some soggy bread. The sauce was in the plastic bag and it spilled all over it. I’ve never seen nothing like that!! Am I making my own kebab or maybe I’m expecting a ready kebab when I pay 15£ ? I called the restaurant to explain and asked for a refund. The manager was sooo rude. He was very defensive from the beginning and just told me that’s the way they do kebabs and never had complaints ( Google reviews say differently) and quickly dismissed me and said “you can talk but the conversation isn’t going nowhere” or “no chance for a refund”, being desperate for the money but not able to provide a good service. How are you gonna dismiss and be rude to a customer that spent money in your restaurant instead of listening and UNDERSTANDING what is the issue? You say that’s your style of doing kebab but the quality of the food was horrible, soggy, just bad. Seriously, DO BETTER.

Just ordered from here this evening for me and my sister - saw the reviews on Google and instantly got worried... Turns out I was worried for nothing! Food arrived within the time stated, I rang the restaurant and gave them my mobile directly just in case Just Eat was playing up, customer service was good, helpful and friendly from the restaurant and delivery driver. The food was lovely!!! Got a couple of jerk chicken pittas, hummus starter, jalapeno bites and couple of cakes. Scranned the lot! Will be ordering from here again and definitely recommend :)

I will definitely be eating here again. It didn't have good feedback on Google mainly due to longer delivery times. We ate in and we absolutely loved what we ate. Staff were very friendly, came to check several times if food was OK or if we need anything else etc. I ordered full peri chicken which was cooked to perfection and pizzas too. I also ordered peri burgers they were very moist however they were slightly on the smaller side. Apart from that, I can't think about anything negative. Will be back again in shaa Allah when we visit Leeds again.

Upset stomach after donner and chips

Over an hour and 15 mins late called them 3 times kept saying driver on way and last time i called i asked for discount on total the least i deserved but the manager said no and cancelled my order . Now I've got kids waiting for for food for over an hour and now have to place order else where. Rude manager definitely wouldn't recommend

Ordered on Deliveroo. Ozmos marked my order as “in-transit” - on its way to me. Waited 2.5 hours, food never turned up. Eventually got a refund from Deliveroo. Ridiculous how a takeaway accepts an order, never sends food out and never tells you they’ve cancelled your order for no reason. Avoid like the plague if you’re ordering online.

Just had a Chicken Parmesan from Ozmo on Chapeltown Road in Leeds I went to pick it up and realised half the box was hot and the other half wasn't. I checked it to find they had given me cold chips ( changed and fresh chips received) I then got home and thought looks strange and very orange/red (turns out they had used a different coloured cheese instead of the normal pizza topping cheese. I then cut into it and discovered that they hadn't put any bechilmin sauce on. When I called and spoke to the manager I was told that is impossible. And when I asked if he wants to see the evidence I got the reply " I'm telling you that's impossible" and off he went My taste buds and my eyes can't be working then as I couldn't taste or see any bechilmin sauce. And let's not talk about the very poor customer service I experienced from the manager It's not the first time I have heard about the poor customer service some people have received there but I always thought I haven't experienced it so I kept going. Maybe if we unite and boycott Ozmo they may realise that they need to stop treating their customers which such contempt and be more respectful of their paying customers I for one will never be using him again

Having trawled the whole of Deliveroo looking for a simple half chicken we discovered Ozmo's. Fantastic menu with some really special stuff on there like coconut jam sponge. Food was amazing, I had the Jerk 1/2 Chicken, wife had 1/2 Peri Peri Chicken, son had Chicken Nuggets. We also tried the aforementioned sponge, Peanut Butter Stack and Chocolate Fudge Cake. Everything was spot on including the price. Very happy customers.

high quality food. astounding fresh clean meat, the donner is cut thinly to precision. chicken is succulent would definitely recommend the naan. ordered multiple times, delivery time is rapid, however food is not always warm enough. they're always open to comments on the uber eats comment section. pizzas are also made to a high standard.

Ordered kebabs from here. Arrived very fast considering the time. However the kebabs were the worst. There was no sauce of any kind, just a pita, lettuce, onion and meat. Also I requested cutlery which was omitted from the order.

The food was cold and also gave the wrong order. I read the reviews and thought let's try it out but it was a big fail. I won't be ordering from here again. I have ordered from here various times. Until today they were rather rude. My pizza had no tomato base, disputed it on the phone. I was rather polite in my humblest option. The fella on the phone was coming across as passive aggressive and rather rude. They sent me another pizza which was nice of them. But the delivery bloke came across as condescending and rude. The second pizza comeback slightly the same. From my observations they were just skimping on the sauce. I understand how stressful it is for the staff but it’s no need to be rude to the customers.

Terrible service. They don’t give you what you order! I ordered a chicken burger - specifically specified just mayo and lettuce - my friend even confirmed the order with him over the phone. Went to collect my chicken burger, got home opened it up - had no lettuce but red onion instead?? Called them to enquire they said they ran out of lettuce but my friend got lettuce in her salad?? So they substituted the lettuce with red onion even tho we specified only lettuce... they then delivered my burger with the correct filling 40 mins later... if you do order from here check your food before you leave

We tried the ice cream and milkshake, which tasted nothing special. Main reason of our visit was to have faluda which not available. Also Whole store staff was busy with delivery orders.

When we received our order of two cookie doughs we noticed a hair in it so called the company as we were disgusted. They came back to collect the order which was half eaten however of course we stopped eating it as soon as we realised it had a hair in. They then took the order and we were told they were coming back with a refund as they were 'so shocked and it needed dealing with' half an hour later of waiting we called them back and they claimed that we couldn't have a refund because 'we had eaten the whole order' this was not true as we stopped as soon as we found the hair in our food. The service was disgusting we had the phone put down on is several times,we were also shouted at down the phone by multiple different men and never Given the refund.
