Excellent value accommodation and food. Friendly staff. Very impressed. But very slow table service particularly for drinks.

Very friendly bar and hotel staff. Incredibly comfortable beds, and a lovely shower. A lovely pub joined to the hotel and the food and drinks are great. We'll be coming back when we're passing through to Worcester.

Basic accommodation but all that was needed for a quick stop over. There was no TV remote but it was found by a staff member in the office. Very apologetic. Easy check in and check out and cleaners friendly. What let it down was the noise of other guests - outside on the benches, in the rooms and the corridors. Late at night and through 'till the morning. It ruined our sleep. Maybe not something you can control but a few signs might help. The breakfast was OK. But two main complaints: first was the pricing on the menu. I was told what was included but when paying it was not and although not a lot of money I was disappointed. Second and more important was the cleanliness. Sticky tables, dirty floor, cobwebs and dust and have a look on top of the coffee machine. - if it hasn't been cleaned you will find years of grimy sticky dust. All that I have said would be confirmed by several other guests (staying for the same wedding) as this was there experience too.

Meadow farm by Marston’s Inns is located in a calm, quiet and beautiful environment surrounded by a Greenery Village, Boeley. When we visited, there was a warm welcome and the food served was delicious. Plenty of parking there outside. It was a mid afternoon in a weekday. So, we could choose our comfortable seats near the windows to enjoy the view of Brockhill. Outdoor seating is also there to enjoy the weather. Worth waiting for the food. It was so appetising and tasty. Especially the pudding and Ice cream. The staff were so kind. They make the environment so relaxed. I’ll be sure to visit again.

Good food, good service, a small coke is dearer then beer, I stayed on low alcohol beer, lovely.

Good value food drink prices were good

I arrived on a very hot day. Despite the windows being behind the desk, they still were restricted. I don’t understand why this is. Mind you, it’s not as though there was a fan I could use to pull in cooler air from outside anyway. Secondly, I’m 5 foot 8. I’m not tall by any means. To use the shower, you would need to be 5 foot 2 at the most. Even then, the top of your head would be brushing the shower head. I’m astounded! I’ve still got another night here. I can’t say I’m overly thrilled!

Very handy for fabulous golf clubs. Easy to get to from the motorway. Staff very helpful. I expect we will be back in the future.

Excellent experience at Meadow Fam Redditch. Comfortable and quiet rooms with simple check in and adjacent to the associated pub for lunch prior and breakfast the morning after an event. Very highly recommended!

This is the second time I've stopped here big rooms .free parking quiet location and close to local amenities. Great food at the pub (30 seconds walk away) Would highly recommend .staff are super helpful and friendly

We received a warm welcome on check-in. Room was lovely and clean. Bed was very comfy. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Chelle and Macey were absolutely fabulous, taking care of all our needs, through the course of our evening meal and drinks 🙂

Great value for the money. Staff very obliging . There is an extensive menu priced reasonably.

Staff were polite and efficient at the reception and restaurant bar area. I had a comfortable and pleasant visit and Redditch centre and stadium only a 25 minutes brisk walk or 6 minutes car journey away. I will most certainly be looking to book again when I have business or Leisure in Redditch again.

Quiet comfortable plenty of parking

Rooms need 2 comfy chairs to sit on not a room chair. Lighting in room could be brighter.

Room was comfortable, warm and quiet. Plenty of linen / towels, tea, coffee, etc. A good night's sleep as usual. However the service was slow in the restaurant as it often is, with the waiting staff few in number. Dan was particularly attentive on this visit, and they need more staff with his enthusiasm. The breakfast area was better stocked than our last visit, with the milk fresher and more palatable, but the bacon & egg sandwich was skimpy. I know the hotel has undergone some refurbishment recently, but I do wish they would refurb the restaurant seating, which are all badly stained and some tables also could do with improvement. We will still stay again, but will be interested to see some improvements hopefully throughout the rest of the year.

We have stayed on a regular basis, travelling DOWN then on our return journey UP country over several years. We are Marston shareholders. We miss the Privilege benifits! However, we always look foreward to our visits.

Lovely welcome from Julie, room was very clean and the hotel is a nice complex next to the pub. I ate in the pub in the evening. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was ok. Was disappointed with breakfast which was cheap food and the buffet was decidedly average.

Very poor service today. Considering only 8 customers in the pub, it took them 40 mins to serve our mains. Then we waited 55 minutes for our desserts. They've changed from table service to order at the bar, which obviously doesn't work. As no member of staff present!!

Arrival fine. Condition was clean. Good space and shower worked well. Whilst it's great to see the place had been recently decorated it would be better still to not wake up with a pounding headache due the very high VOC content or the paints used. Therefore I believe rooms shouldn't be used until that has dissipated.

The place was nice room ok for the price. But had fish and chips of the menue was up for ages being sick grease was vile only eat the fish not all the batter so be careful with fish and chips

This is a fabulous place to go for a meal. The food and service are excellent and the staff are so friendly. It's a beautiful setting, too. I would highly recommend a visit.

Friendly staff, good value for money! We've eaten here a few times now and it's a bit hit and miss, but generally have a great service. The food is good value, fresh and tasty. It doesn't take too long to come out either, even when busy. The burgers hit the spot, the Hunters Chicken and the pie was a winner, too. The serving team are all welcoming and friendly.

Poor menu. Food not presented well. My meal was overcooked. Toilet without toilet paper at the start of our meal and also at the end of out meal dispite advising the waiter of the situation. We were early diners so there is no excuse. I used to enjoy going to The Meadows but won't be rushing back.

Lovely comfortable room, nice shower. Could do with a socket near the bed, my wife has a CPAP machine for sleep apnea, but reception were able to provide an extension lead. Staff friendly and helpful, would gladly stay here again.

My wife and I regularly stay at Meadow Farm. The rooms are always warm clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Hotel receptionist was friendly efficent and courteous. Room was clean and warm. I'm not a fan of no lock on the bathroom door. TV remote control had the underneath missing and the batteries kept falling out. The restaurant felt like there was insufficient staff, I waited 20 minutes for my main plate to be cleared. I was going to have a dessert but couldn't wait any longer so left after paying the bill. And my fork was filthy with old food stuck to it, clearly hadn't been washed properly. The young server was very apologetic over it. The breakfast was not brilliant either. All in all, the room was fine, not overly impressed with the restaurant.

We have been here before. The rooms we got were properly sized. The bed and the shower were great. Accessible price with usual amenities but better to bring your own stuff to use in the bathroom. Rooms were clean and not very noisy. We would come back as it covers our needs to stay close by our family when we visit. There is good parking and there is a pub that serves average food by a friendly staff. Very easy access to Redditch and surrounding areas.

Always a great experience, I'm a regular traveller to Redditch and Meadow Farm offers amazing value and quality. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Nice, comfortable big venue with great bar and restaurant separate to the main hotel. Niggles.....(1) no one on reception when I arrived ("Phone this number for service" - not acceptable!). (2) Room was big and well equipped, yet I found a large spider on the bed pillow, and the two bedside lampshades looked like they'd been taken out of a skip. Apart from that, very good value for money, and the curry was excellent.

We stayed here due to a burst pipe at our home. We are a family of 5 and booked 2 rooms. The rooms were warm and very comfortable. Staff configured the bedrooms to ensure the children felt settled and all slept where they wanted. It was a very enjoyable stay after a stressful event.

We couldn’t fault anything with our stay. The hotel was very clean & comfortable & any colleague’s that we interacted with were polite & helpful. Would definitely be happy to stay again.

The location was good being screened from road noise and the room looked onto trees and grass. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was good, and the service of all staff was good. In particular we enjoyed excellent service from Kayleigh when we could not find Dagnell End Lane. She took our call and immediately came out to the main road to wave us into the turning to the hotel. She also rescued us when we were trying to order our evening meal. We would choose to stay at the Meadow Farm Hotel if we come that way again.

Stay here regularly when visiting family. Hotel is always brilliantly clean and rooms are spacious, hotel staff always happy to help. Food in the pub is good too. Most recent visit breakfast times were very busy service from Wendy was still great.

A great find when attending a function in the local area. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast, rooms not 5 stars as family room includes one mattress on the floor, shout out to Jane and Trudy for their service whilst staying - exceptional

Wir mochten die Bar und die Musik am Abend und das freundliche Personal. Das Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber, es gab einen Haufen Spinnweben und meine Tochter schlief auf einer Matratze auf dem Boden. Die Frühstücksbestellung dauerte recht lang, da das Personal unterbesetzt war, dafür war das Frühstück aber ganz ok.

Had a lovely evening with family tonight, service was great, food was really good and tasty, price not to bad, had drinks, mains, sweets + extra drinks lovely evening.

If you're on benefits and can't be bothered to cook for your 5 children I guess it would be ideal but years ago this was a lovely country style pub which would have been ideal for the celebratory meal that I booked it for. Through no fault of the overworked petit lady who seated us, my heavily pregnant partner and I stood waiting for 10 minutes before we were seated (for a pre-booked table) then we were greeted by our waitress who looked like she wanted to be anywhere else and asked us for drinks orders twice in less than 5 minutes when we didn't even have a drinks menu. We went to Alvechurch for a lovely meal after that

Starter had chips out of the metal bowls. Presentation poor. I had the garlic mushrooms. Main was good but broccoli over cooked and Turkey cold. Rocky Road was nothing like the menu. Very disappointing. No wonder the pub is empty for a Sunday evening. Coffee was only filled 3/4. Redditch needs its standards looking at.

It is a lovely pub and the staff are very friendly and lovely. The food was perfect and we didn’t have to wait for very long for it. There’s a good selection of drinks on the menu too. The food was done perfectly and wasn’t greasy or anything like that. We will be coming back to the pub and look forward to our next visit.

I booked the function area for my daughter's christening. We had the hot buffet and the food was brilliant. Everyone was really pleased with it. The pub itself is lovely and the kids loved the outdoor area. The staff - Wendy, Kay, and Trudy - were really accommodating, super friendly, and were so efficient we never had to ask for anything. Fantastic service, lovely food, and such a nice pub. Couldn't be happier.

The food came quickly and staff were lovely - However the venue was dirty, the table was sticky and the window was open with wasps flying in. Also the food came very fast however was luke warm. When we asked for more gravy, it took 5 mins to come, which meant our food was colder.

Very quiet place to stay. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. It feels like visiting family. Love it! If you call for a taxi, ask for Nash.

Room spacious and clean. Staff in restaurant were very helpful and accommodating. My son is mainly tube fed but also has some purees. I have to bring my own, and they heated it up for me with no hesitation....some places refuse. They were friendly too

Room was comfortable, could have done with 2 chairs in room though, people above our room were very noisy, walking back and forth heavy footed. Food was ok, breakfast was a big letdown, water was cold for the tea, I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the bred was dry and hard on the crusts.

I stayed from Austalia to visit relatives for 2 weeks. Everytime I went to reception it was empty. They leave a phone number but was unable to call as did not have roaming on my phone. Housekeeping is terrible. After 1 week I had to ask for the floor to be vacummed and the bathroom sink and toilet to be cleaned. Cups used for tea etc where left and not replaced. Not impressed. On the good side, the bed was very comfortable and the room spacious.

Sunday lunch awful, bland and disgusting. Complained and got 20% off😖should have paid me for trying to eat it.

The experience was really poor. There was no one on front of house and when someone did show up they went just sit there and pointed. We ordered and waiting 30 minutes for starters and a further 1hour 10 for mains. We ask several times for a waitress to check and no one came back to the table. At 9.20 I stood outside the kitchen door till I final got some answers and got all food refunded.

Disastrous from start to finish 20 mins for drinks. Food took nearly one hour. Steaks were burnt but cold .. scampi was undercooked.. chicken burger was requested plain and this came out as a normal burger so it was returned.. this left 3 people eating one waiting.. the burger (requested plain) came out this time with wet lettuce all over the bun making it ridiculously soggy.. so he ended up eating just the chips. We had fully intended on having pudding and more drinks ( as this was a meal for my mother’s birthday) but by this time really couldn’t be bothered to wait! We had watched several other customers having to complain to the poor waitress (at one point she had 3 people waiting by the doors to the kitchen) it was shocking service and the food that was eaten was done so out of hunger! Sorely disappointed from start to finish

Bar staff and waitresses ( Sarah, Wendy, Jenny, and Rachael) were amazing but the experience was totally let down by the food. My fish was fried to the point of going hard, my son was served a rump steak instead of a sirloin, my daughter's food was covered in BBQ sauce when the waitress had asked for it to come with the sauce on the side and then was sent back out to us missing the chicken we had paid extra for, my other son was sent a plate with black chips on and my husband's pie was quite clearly microwaved. It was a good job the waitresses were so efficient in rectifying these problems for us. I think you really need to have a word with your chefs !!!!! The only reason we gave you 3 stars was because of the waitresses I have named above.

Service was atrocious. Waited nearly 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Staff inattentive not very bothered. Was going to have another drink, a main and dessert. By the time the mains came we didn't want another drink or dessert because of the wait. I even had to find a waitress to pay the bill. Ridiculous!!

Value for money breakfast good.

There was a distinct lack of service, as it seems you had no staff, the manager was sat at a table by the booking in desk, but not sure what she was doing, there was one lady serving behind the bar. 2 young ladies running around taking orders, but not sure they actually knew everything they needed to know to complete the job. Another older lady came on shift looking harrassed to help. Chef came out in dirty whites to say he hadn't enough staff and wasn't going to able to cope if they got busy. This was at 5 o'clock and the place only had ourselves and 2 other lots of dinners so far as we could see , the was a couple of people in the bar area drinking. So it really wasn't busy, and we had to ask for our drinks after waiting at least 15/20 mins for the to arrive. .But when we did get the food we enjoyed the meal. But wont be going back as no service.

Had an evening meal as a party of 12 and really enjoyed it. The menu is the usual chain options but it was very tasty. Service was friendly and efficient too. Overall I would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed a rare night out on our own and absolutely loved the evening we had. The staff were all very friendly and kept checking our food and drinks were all ok and enjoyed our starters and main meals. Will definitely return

Staff was very friendly, polite and happy to help and advise, food was of a good standard and filling.

We ordered using the app maybe a mistake as it took at least half a dozen attempts before we got our correct meals, when they arrived salad was missing from the burger meals, the scampi states 12 pieces on the menu it arrived with 10 and a bit, by then we were all starving and just got on with it.

Very accommodating added 2 people last minute. Place was very busy as fathers day so sadly our food order was incorrect and had to ask for the correct food. Very abrupt family across from ourselves who felt because we were a large booking they could make comments about them ordering first before we had all the food! This was a first fathers day without our father in law so we were a bit raw and this did not help. Although the staff were lovely we wont be returning
