McGregors Stafford in Stafford

We have a large order delivered each week for all our staff and have never been disappointed. We placed an order today but unfortunately it had missing items. We rang to see if these could be delivered but the staff member was very rude and abrupt. She wasn't interested in helping and didn't want to give us a refund for the missing items. Won't be ordering here again. Nice food shame about the staff.

McGregor's in Inverness get a massive thumbs up. I'm cycling Scotland with a friend and we'd been wandering around looking for a bolt hole for four hours to get out of the cold and rain before our train journey. Biggest issue being that we have two loaded bikes with us. Due to "help out to eat out" the task has been like the Christmas story. McGregor's took us in and upgraded as from a donkey's stable. They shuffled us around from table to table inbetweeen their full quota of reservations. Not only that, they did some food as well despite the kitchen running at full chat. Five stars, give them a look in if you're ever in Inverness.

I go here regularly and the food is lovely. Not many places that make fresh food. The place is clean and tidy. Which makes me feel happy to eat here. Well done guys

I use to go to McGregors on a regular basis. The food was tasty and prepared quickly. Over the last few months I have noticed that the customer service has gone down hill. The times I have gone recently you are kept waiting and there is never a rush to prepare food. The times I have gone in recently they have not had what I wanted. Such a shame because it was a fab place to get a quick fresh take away lunch.

I go to McGregors everyday for either my breakfast, lunch and all of my coffee. Lovely fresh food from really friendly staff. Choice is awesome, I could have a different meal every day of the month if I wished. Coffee is freshly ground, and the best in Stafford in my opinion. Thank you Gloria, Gary and all the team, for being as good as you are!! Winners in my eyes 🏁🏁🏁

I always pop in here in my lunch hour, great selection of sandwich fillings, always fresh and can also be added to a hot baked potato. I’m partial to a Hot Pork bap too and it’s the best I’ve ever had! The crackling is out of this world and my mouth waters thinking about it now!😳 Today I tried the home made chocolate tiffin and will definitely be having that again!! As you can tell I LOVE my food and McGregors has the best selection going.👍🏻 Highly highly recommend 😍

This place is great .jkts potatoes with chilli are amazing. As is the curry .but thay do a very good sandwich .roll what ever you want 🥖🍞 the husband is a fan of the hot pork naps 🤗🤗

Since new owners the sstandard of the jacket potatos have gone down hill and the salrs assistants have no customer service at all. Vert disappointed. I used to be a regular customer as the food was great and the service friendly and attentive - unfortunately no more.

For excellent customer service and great value food, the meal deals are the by miles the best in town. The house latte coffee is excellent.

Stopped for some lunch, salad box is huge and fair price. Cannot fault the service, or the food prepared. Thank you :)

The jacket potatoes are alright, I don't mind the odd one, they add far too much butter for my taste, but that's just my opinion. Also, the shop needs a bit of TLC.

Brilliant sandwich shop...one of the best I've ever encountered anywhere in the U.K.! Great variety of fillings and exceptionally generous portions at very reasonable prices. Helpful and speedy service. I've also been to functions where McGregors have provided the lunches - everyone always remarks on how good the sandwiches are. If you need a takeaway lunch whilst you are in Stafford, don't by-pass this little shop.

We visited the place on our lunch break with my colleagues! Beautiful, fresh and delicious sandwiches for really good price! Staff were very friendly! Will be back!

One of the very best sandwich shops Ive encountered in my travels around the country. Their salads are truly excellent - fresh ingredients, wide selection and very good value. Also overheard a conversation between lawyers attending Stafford Crown Court wishing they had a sandwich bar of this standard and prices on Chancery Lane - Says it all.

The Baps here are a fair effort, however sometimes the meat is a bit dry and doesn't have that same freshly prepared and authentic taste as the Bap Shop, the gravy is certainly a far cry from that of the latter too. But if you're in a hurry and you can't make it the extra 2 mins and you're craving a bap, this one won't disappoint you, it is just not the best you can get.

Went last week and had some lovely baps. My partner had a warm pork bap that he said was delicious and mine was great too with all the added extras that subway do but with a much more home made and friendly vibe!Great value for money and love all the different choices of cans they had! I haven't seen rio or Fanta lemon in ages!

McGregors never fails to deliver on deliveries to work. They cater to all of our requests however strange they might be. They always get it spot on and provide us with a tasty lunch. Thank you :)

The house speciality is the pork baps. I appreciated the choice of white or whole meal bread and the meat is gorgeous. The salad selection is brill, as are the jacket potatoes. Huge sandwich selection and it's real food to fill ti up when out in Stafford. Highly recommended.

I eat here regularly. They have a meal deal where you get a panini, baked potato etc with a cup of tea etc for £2.99. I normally have the baked potato with chilli and cheese.

We were intending to walk along to the station with our pork baps, but there was so much meat in it we sat and ate them on the table & chairs provided in the area outside the shop.Really yummy and , compared to other places ,good value for money. The lady serving us was really friendly as well.Can have baps with either margarine or not and piles of succulent roast pork in gravy, stuffing and apple sauce . Served in a box so was able to eat all the meat that overspilled out afterwards.

I'm not a regular here if I'm honest but I can say you get what you ask for... Whatever the filling and request... They've always been friendly with me when I've gone in and am yet to feel any animosity when in there... The sandwiches,wagons etc are nice and fresh!!!

So you want something nice to eat. A little unhealthy. A little naughty treat. Then believe me look no further this place smashes it. Location is great price is great delivery service also and the pork baps make me quiver like a 10 year old boy on Xmas eve they are that good.

Love lunches from. Favourite has to be ham cheese and pineapple toastie love it. Meal deals are ace...

this is a hot food Cafe/take away/ sandwich bar tucked out of the way in stafford the food is of a top class standard they i had a pork bap with stuffing mmmmm lovely
