Mcdonald's Restaurants in Stockton-on-Tees

Just ordered two meals with drinks to be delivered (we are less than 3 miles from the place). Food took 40 mins to arrive and was freezing cold. The paper bag looked like a tramp had been using it to disguise a bottle of meths he was swigging from. The drinks were completely missing. Worst of it is that there is no recourse for complaint. They send you a delivery drivers number but that was not recognised. There is no answer at Wolviston Service McDonald’s on either of the number they have listed. Total rubbish. At least dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask!

Absolute terrible , they don’t give a flying * about you , waited 25 mins for 2 apples pies when I knocked on the window and asked about them they gave me the apple pies freezing like they forgot , absolutely brain dead

We stopped by here to get some drinks whilst the car was on charge. It's your typical mcdonalds, nothing fancy. We ordered at the machine so no really interaction with staff other than to go up and collect our drinks order.

Delivery through the App is incorrect more than 90% of the time. So much that when you complain through Uber Eats they won't offer you a refund, as you have contacted them too much. Almost always items are missed, food is cold. You are literally just giving Monday to McDonald's if you order through the App at this store. Uber Eats just cut you off when you call for a refund, saying the system says you are not entitled to a refund. Total disgrace.

Has to be the worst McDonalds in the U.K. every time they get the order wrong! Doesn’t matter if you check they still get it wrong. Staff are either morons or just don’t care. It’s like the cast of idiocracy.. walking around banging into each other, with the vocabulary of a two year old.

Just called here for some McFlurrys and had a lovely chat with the chap on the door. Really made our night!

My partner just bought home a late lunch I was expecting a milkshake but surprise surprise no milkshake,It's normally ice cream, Anyway he got me a hot chocolate instead and I wish he hadn't it just tasted like water no flavour at all a toddler could have made it better, It wouldn't bother me but this is not the first time either☹️. Staff do their best but there is not enough of them to cope with customers. Difficult for them to keep tables clear but customers are meant to shift their own rubbish as in all MacDonald's. Staff are helpful when asked for assistance.
