Mcdonald's Restaurants in Babergh

Ordered my meals through the McDonald's app at 16.50. Should have known there would be an issue when I then received a message to say my delivery would be delayed due to another order. Food finally arrived at 18.05 and was stone cold and they had put cheese in the burgers which I had asked to be removed. Contacted McDonald's and was given an Uber number to ring. Have spent all evening and this morning trying to get through to be finally told that they will not refund my money as they feel that waiting for over an hour is fine and that it doesn't matter whether the food was edible, and that I had actually received my food. Therefore they will not refund my money. Contacted McDonald's to be told that there is nothing they can do I have to go through Uber. Nobody wants to take responsibility. I will never use this again. No good going to McDonald's either as can't park due to Uber drivers taking up all parking spaces. Furious

The ice cream machine is not broken. The breakfast is nice and hot. It Always gets your order correct. It gets it very quickly. And it’s very yummy.

Yet again an incomplete order? So when you don't get what you order on a Sunday night then you go hungry. Macdonalds you are stealing our money when you do not fulfill an order.

i normally order through mcdelivery and they always seem to forget stuff not the first time they done this and won't be ordering anytime soon.

everytime i order from macdonalds, either using the macdonalds app or drive-thru they always forget to give me an item, like today orderd on the mac app and they forgot to put a burger in so had to get a refund whcih is guna take 15 days let me ask you- HOW hard is it to read a recipt and see oh a meal ok... usless staff that need re training food is mediocure and always cold, i mean my chips are living in the north pole there that cold, and when i complain to the staff or manager of the store they just dont care and dont want to help you,,, Head office HR or anyone this usless store needs re staffed or to be re trained in 1. how to read a recipt and 2. customer service on how to treat customers, i wont be coming here ever again useless place AVOID GO TO KFC LEAST THERE FOOD IS ACTULLY TASTY

We stopped here for a quick bite to eat. The staff were quick with our order which was nice and hot. The staff were friendly and asked us if we had everything we needed. The cleaning staff were excellent and very attentive. The meals are such good value for money and always served promptly. Would defend go back here.

Visited for lunch, restaurant clean and tidy. Once order placed food arrived quickly. Excellent customer service, particularly from Cat who was really helpful. Would definitely return.

Missing items as usual. Staff don’t care. Bunch of idiots who can’t pack a simple bag by reading a ticket. Incompetent managers who obviously can’t employ competent staff or train them properly. Absolute joke

It was terrible, I ordered my usual and I now have food poisoning, after I ordered and had eaten my food the day after I found out they closed for a deep clean, what a joke!!!

Shocking delivery service once again incomplete meal delivered and they don’t care. No complaints procedure or escalation just told that’s what management have told us call Uber

Such a shame that this McDonald’s is no longer child-friendly. I took my 6 year old here for a treat and the place was filled with groups of antisocial teenagers, we were seated next to a particularly loud group of swearing teenagers that weren’t eating but were just acting atrociously and using the table to roll cigarettes. Upon closer look, I saw that a member of the staff team (Taylor) was joining in with the disgusting behaviour of this swearing group. I couldn’t believe the unprofessional behaviour by this member of staff and when I mentioned this to the a more senior member of staff, Taylor stood nearby smirking. I would not recommend taking your children here.

Ordered on app. Charged multiple times for iems which I had used reward points for. The owner eventually delivered the order to my car in the waiting bay and insisted I pay again for an item already overcharged. Refused to accept my evidence of payment. In emails after he lied about timing and blamed the app for overcharging - he refused to deal with the issues. Avoid this site as you will certainly be disappointed.

How many more times do I have to visit this Sudbury McDonald's and find my food either missing from my order, or close to stone cold? Or as usual BOTH! Always check your order BEFORE you leave as they inevitably get it wrong!!!

This place is often very good! Quick drive through, never normally eating too long. The food is always hot compared to other places.

Popped in for lunch for the kids and same food as everywhere else but the staff are so friendly and helpful nothing to much trouble. Brightened our day.

tried the new drive through today at McDonald's what an absolute awful waste of money .McDonald's sudbury has always had an issue regarding the drive through due to the lack of space and design. with the new refit it's been greatly narrowed at the worst area crossed in red . from leaving with my food at the front today I had an idiot adamant to get ahead pull in front of me preventing me from leaving . which prevents the whole que from moving , because it's been greatly narrowed it's impossible to now pass any car .also the new 2 order system is a joke . if anyone @ McDonald's headquarters reads this please have a good look at the drive-through design it's really done badly. in my opinion it need opening in the green areas and move the bays so people can actually get out ,

some reviews on here are so bad. while visiting Sudbury I went here. Just a simple order of a McChicken sandwich, a double cheeseburger and a chocolate shake. It tasted the same as it does from every other McDonalds I've ever been to. was good. So i'll give it a 5 for the food as it was just what i needed. the drive thru.........erm.......took me 3 attempts before i sussed out how to get into it. no drive thru signs where you need them. that was the only downside. good Mcds.

It’s terrible. The service is very bad & very inefficient. You order something, they’ll give you differently. They need to train the staff properly & focus on what they’re doing..

This was the second time we had got a drive though meal from this establishment in 3 months. Never again. The buns were stale, chips undercooked and soggy, with the burger itself lacking any great flavour. I hope this is not a reflection on what McDonalds are serving up across the country. However, I fear it must be. Others who I talked with about their recent visits to a McDonalds around the UK say the same.

Someone at McDonalds whether locally or nationally has wandered into a store like Argos and seen collection counters, touch screens etc and thought they would apply to McDonalds. I actually like the idea of touch screen etc because it removes staff off the front line to cook or collate food. However, the flaw is that once you order your food on the touch screen you kind of hang around not really knowing where to stand. At one point, we were politely ushered over to the right of the counter. Better signage would help considerably.

Only visit to get my porridge when i am working in Sudbury as I don't like hotel porridge but staff lovely. Can be short on parking when busy but there is a Homebase's at the side where you can park. Clean and tidy.

complete and utter mess last week. people waiting for food inside and drive thru. staff working hard apart from the guy in the manager shirts all they were doing was talking. waited 20 minutes and in the end me and another customer demanded our money back and walked out

Fuimos a McDonald's ya que estaba hambriento, fuimos por el paseo en coche por dijeron que mi tarjeta había sido rechazada! ! Así que me fui a mi banca app y que tenía me dijo que el dinero había sido tomada! Así que por supuesto yo estaba indignado y les dije y me la negaron que funcionó! Tras una breve llamada a mi banco el cancelado el pago y estaba de vuelta en mi cuenta en pocos minutos. Así que me fui a KFC y mi tarjeta no declinaba.

15 mins till warm food served spent 11 quid in a understaffed store my tower burger was exceptable but Luke warm my husbands chicken wasn't the best he's had very boney and not hot chips we asked were large fries they didn't have any so gave us 4 small portions would've been fine but they were cold by the time I got home .3mins down the road ....they were chucked in a bag which didn't have a handle and it was greasy though the bag very poor

Well it's fast food and not that fast either food was almost cold and had to wait ages so it should of been hot but it wasn't next time I'll give it a very big miss.

Always relatively quick service and one of the better McDonald's in the area. Nice serving staff and obliging. Food normally hot and well prepared for this type of fare. Efficient takeaway / drive through too!

Visited the Leeds Mc,donalds and the service was fast, efficient and friendly. The food was hot,fresh and tasty.

Went at a non busy time and was served with hot, fast food but there was nothing to set this McDonalds apart from any others.

Average macs service is ok depending on when you visit. If it's quiet always make sure you ask for fresh burgers. They do have a lot of teenagers hanging around of a evening so be aware of that.

This place needs closing down ever time i go there something is missing from my order or like today my Burger was stone cold we only work 5 minutes down the road so its not that when we got it it was warm and went cold, you are better off buying a Rustler Burger at least its hot, and i wouldnt mind it has to be the slowest fast food you will find

Nice staff, clean place, ok food for when your on the go. The drive through is well staffed and quick but the service is just as good inside.
