This Mcdonald's is the worst one the ice cream machine was OBVIOUSLY broken and they only had a oasis as drinks no fries and no chicken nuggets

Ordered lunch today and when delivered there was a piece of plastic in my burger. Luckily enough this wasn’t a kid eating it that could have choked on it.

just an average mcdonald’s. food is great but can sometimes get extremely busy. cheap and decent food.

Sunday 27th February and we visited this branch, which is located in the basement of the Bentalls Centre. We ordered two flat whites and two cheeseburgers via the App. The total for the lot was £4.96, however, there was a 20% discount over the weekend, so we actually paid £3.95, great value. While we waited for our food we found somewhere to sit, we had to clean the table before we sat down. Appreciate it was rather busy when we were here, however, waiting nearly 15 minutes for 2 burgers and coffees, was not good. Always enjoy Mcdonald's coffee, today was no exception, however the burger was cold. Great value, good coffee, cold burgers, dirty table and slow service.

popped in recently for breakfast and most likely would go to the one on Eden street next time . I ordered the pancakes and sausage with syrup - The pancakes were only just warm and i was given no syrup, sausage or cutlery . When i asked for syrup the member of staff seemed less then happy to be helping me . Our frappes were pure ice cubes at the bottom where they clearly hadn’t been blended properly. I’ll give it to them though that there hash browns were the best mcdonald’s ones i’ve had in a while .

At the weekends I quite regularly eat breakfast at this branch of McDonalds. On staturday mornings it quieter than the branch on Eden street. Note that they do not sell breakfast in this branch on Sundays.

I quite like the McDonalds breakfast menu, its also very quick and reasonably priced. The McDonalds in Bentalls is the same as any other branch but the opening hours are restricted to the opening hours of the shopping centre.

Early afternoon, Monday day 1st Feb in Surbiton, had not been in McDonalds since before it was refurbished. Did not use self ordering system, we queued up to pay at the counter. There was only one person taking orders and operating the till, it was really slow and in no time there was a lengthy queue half way down the restaurant. There were a number of other staff there that could have taken some of the orders but they did not seem all that bothered. We ordered 2 McTastys, a latte and a medium diet cola £10.60 for the lot, did not think it would cost that. After a small wait we got our food and drinks then found a table, it had recently been cleared and wiped down, it was soaking wet. We dried it off with some napkins it also cleaned the table properly. Nothing special.even the pink gluppy sauce on the burger was not all that tasty.

Todo en Londres es muy caro. La comida no es una excepción. Por eso siempre es ideal parar en un Mc Donald's. Con menos de 3 libras podés armarte un almuerzo.

In the end , the low price is less important than all else , IMHO ; the poorly trained staff never seem to know much , @ Kingston the queues are insufferable and it is usually full of strictly riff-raff ; Surbiton one , being quieter , is somewhat better ; yet the choices at both are so limited , it is difficult to see any value for money , IMHO , unless you need a bite from street-begged pennies ?
