McDonald's in Rotherham

Order for delivery, food arrived late took 1 hr and milkshake was spilt everywhere ruined all the food, called the store and they just passed the blame over saying it was nothing to do with them it’s the drivers fault, well how’s about you guys use some common sense and put the drinks in a different bag to the food McDonald is a complete joke and this one is at the top of the list

food was good, service a bit slow as only two staff serving although plenty of staff in kitchen

Got their at 11:36 told update was going through would be about 10 15 mins. Then told at 12:05 it would be another 10 to 15 mins for the update by workers in their coats looking like their all going on break.. with a drive through full of cars. Gone to aldwark branch 3 mins away from parkgates and served straight away.

Full off young ones working all busy talking absolutely disgusting we ordered to collect and they still miss things off the food was cold it's getting worse fast food my back side

First time ordering from here. But it was brilliant service. Everything arrived. I was worried some of the order would be missing but everything came and it was hot too. Will be ordering again. Thank you for your great service.

I am sat in the parked order bay as I write this. I have been waiting over 10 minutes now for just big mac n some single burgers... never have waited so long.. final waiting time was 14 minutes

Items missing and no refund from just eat

The drink spilled in the bag ruining the food I have requested a refund

No salsa sauce as ordered with the mozzerella dippers an large fries was only half full veey dissatisfied

Utter dump, we went at 10pm, the tables were dirty and all staff were stood around the table waiting to fill bags with food. Very poorly managed, there was enough staff to sort food and hygiene. When my food came, I had a drink missing, the assistant had me wait whilst reviewing past orders on their system (I had no receipt because the printer didn't work) before he would accept that I had ordered said drink. It would be the last place that I opted to return to.

Just Eat was great. Mcdonalds not so. The fries were cold.

The eta kept changing every few minutes. The food was warm at best. The nuggets looked hours old, and were hard. The Big Mac too looked like it had been sat a while. I just think when you’re paying delivery fees and service charges you expect better. A very poor experience. Once again no dips sent with the nuggets.

Just finished a very long shift at work, came into get food as was starving. This wonderful woman served me. I think her name was Courtney. She helped me order at the till as I couldn’t function at that point and then spoke to me in such a friendly way which made my day infinitely better. Never had that kind of service in McDonald’s before. If there is any reason to go, it’s for how kind and accommodating the staff were. And the food was hot and delicious too.

food was cold, however delievery driver apologised and said they made him wait 55mins to deliever fio, time kept constantly changing for delievery and food is cold so definitely been prepared and just sat there for a while before passing to driver no happy at all!

Time just kept getting pushed back again and again. Ended up thirty minutes later than the original estimate.

Ordered on the app and went to till. Whilst waiting saw my number come up on preparing and almost straight away went to collect. I'm guessing their is a points based from head office. Food wasn't ready had to wait at least 5 mins after notice Restaurant also clean and staff friendly

My Food was freezing, my driver stopped at burger king for 20 minutes before dropping off my food. this is unacceptable.

Utterly filthy, clearly not following the strict company cleaning regime. Absolutely terrible service.. FAST FOOD what a joke, 20 minutes wait as the only customer at the counter at 11 pm for an order of 3 identical burgers and fries is just laughable, Whilst a steady progression of deliveroo / just eat take away orders were prioritised and our burgers sat on the (not so) hot shelf. Plus, having to run the gauntlet of beggars at the entrance whilst entering/leaving ... When our food was finally handed over, it was cold. Will definitely never go again.

Very greedy portion sizes. Order 4 mcflurrys and they were all 2 spoons each.

They gave the wrong food to me and took half an hour getting it ready

Went in today 22/09/24 and should have walked straight out from looks on everyones faces things were bad, placed my order and watched countless people bringing food back they'd been waiting ages for and it was stone cold, delivery drivers on the clock stood about and absolutely nothing happening, watched one guy stood next to me try and speak to staff and they absolutely dead faced him and walked away!!!!!! Absolute joke not enough staff to deal with orders and surprise surprise when mine came it was cold, will definitely never be stepping foot back inside this particular one as things have been going downhill for a while and now it's at rock bottom, scruffy as hell inside aswel with random cleaning bottles left on various tables

I’ve just literally ordered a happy meal with chicken nuggets and strawberry milkshake. I received half packet of chips with a watery milkshake… I’ve asked the manger if we could change the whole meal due to waiting in the Que again the nuggets have gone cold… at the second window another staff member has just gave me a milkshake so full it was spilling all over my hands and I asked where’s the happy meal she said didn’t agree to change the meal then I had to speak to another manger who said she would give me everything again … she got the old chicken nuggets and placed it in the same box with fresh unsalted chips…. That place a is a joke and so are the staff clearly they don’t care . I won’t be going there again Absolutely disgusting 2 managers and 2 workers all 4 of them clearly don’t know customer service, exchanging the happy meal wasn’t a big deal but they made it one! parkgate Rotherham

Hello, the Coke was flat. The bag had been stacked incorrectly. It was missing all the free dips you get for the 20 nuggets. I have to say the driver was very polite and friendly, but the food was lukewarm at best. Sorry guys.

I ordered food and 2 drinks but received the 2 drinks and a cookie. But that was doubled so I ended up getting 4 drinks and 2 cookies. But the bag had the receipt with the food on but wasn’t inside the bag. I literally ordered a plain cheese burger, 6 chicken nuggets, some small fries I also ordered a medium wrap meal but obviously that didn’t end up coming I want a refund for the stuff that was missing please I was very upset and hungry and waiting for a refund. Needs someone over 30 in charge, nobody seems to care who works there, moved to the area just under a year ago and this is the closest McDonald’s to me and in the 8+ times I’ve visited my order has never been right & the wait time has been well over 20 minutes each time,

Ordered through Just Eat and requested no egg on a breakfast wrap due to an allergy, the wrap box was labelled no egg, but the wrap still contained egg. Not the first time this has happened so keep in mind if you have allergies and request things to be removed.

I ordered at 7.31 and phoned at 8.22 to see where my order was I was eventually told it was on its way. Now I had to pay 99p service charge and 3.99 delivery charge for less than one mile nearly doubling the cost. When the courier came he said he waited nearly 30 mins to pick up my order and guess what it was very cold. The time the food was cooked and ready was7.48 according to my order number on my burger box. This is daylight robbery from McDonald’s I have asked for a refund shameful

Queued up after placing my breakfast order, bit of a wait as a ‘Karen’ in front decided everyone was wrong about everything and she was right 🙄 the abuse the young staff have to endure from entitled people is beyond belief. The staff are probably on minimum wage, working long unsociable hours, trying to make a few quid and get the experience and have to put up with abuse over trivial things. I would have thrown the customers drinks in their face and shut the window if they’d have been abusive to me. I would have walked out rather than put up with ANY abuse of anyone regarding anything. The staff are trying their best

It’s 9 out of 10 I waste get my food cold which I now refuse to eat from hear especially when you use drive through making you wait and it stone cold which I absolutely hate. And you can not be bothered to go in wait in queue easy can take up another 15-20 mins you pay for hot food n if I wanted frozen food I would go to Iceland !!

Told us we didn't pay and acted like it was our fault, when in fact we did pay and they wasted our time by making us go back and do it all again. They're gormless. When we got our food it was an extra wait, causing us to be late to where we're meant to be going. When they finally got us our food, they forgot our drinks, making it an even LONGER wait. Safe to say this was the worst McDonald's I've ever gone to.
