Cold food, terrible manners and a very crappy atmosphere I guess that was caused with the service on the foot

Service was great since I did it via the tablet so I don't have to speak to the staff, the big Mac was lovely the chips like always cold. The drink was over flowing to the point where I had to actually pour some out. Ordered the Minecraft meal for the big Mac and suprise suprise no Minecraft toy. So I've basically paid extra for nothing. Rather them have a sign up saying they have ran out of at least take it off. So if you are going don't bother ordering the adult minecraft meals since you are paying more for nothing

I ordered a pot of porridge and as it wasn’t very busy I was able to spot which order was mine and the bloke who did it didn’t warm up the porridge at all and when I went to complain after I had fount it when I sat down, the bloke who served me ignored me and I had to wait for another member of staff. I also had a cup of tea and it tasted like water and when I opened it I had discovered the tea bag had split because it was sat in there so long before I ordered it

**WARNING*** Food was actually cooked great, however they will still charge you for the full 9 nugget or big mac minecraft meal even though they don't have any of the collectibles when the normal big mac meal or nugget meal is cheaper

Burgers not good and got food too eat out only too find items missing

He dropped the bag twice and we ended up with food covered in a large milk shake and all the food was inedible , I’m sure it would have been nice had to throw lot away straight away because milkshake was dripping every wear

If you want fast food then this probably isn't the place to go, shame really as that's totally opposite to what you'd expect

Parkgate McDonald's what can I sey other than when ever we use you we are nothing but disappointed if there was an option I'd give you no Stars at all staff are rude don't listen or care not happy at all very incompetent. Orders have been wrong last two times we've been(i would like to update my review this mc Donald's is still rubish and still incompetent as ever )

Food was great as always the drinks work better with straws sauces we ordered would've been nice and banana milkshake that was ordered would've been great instead of strawberry milkshake but still was nice either way

all my food was cold couldn't eat the mars bar mcflurry as it was spilled all over really not happy and to only be refunded £5 whatever is not acceptable

Order confirmed at 17:51, delivered at 19:20. Of course the food was all clock cold. At least there were no missing items this time.

Quite a regular here....I like the airy feel to it and the natural light on the 1st floor as it's large glass panels...pity not much to look out onto...entertaining however to watch the car park shenanigans as it's quite small and has quite a few independent delivery drivers and the one way markings aren't followed. As a regular get to know some of the staff quite well which is nice to have a friendly welcome. It can get very busy and has a play area for children but generally during term it's quite peaceful.

This branch of Maccies could not organise a p*ss up in a brewery! Orders always wrong, items are always missing, foods always cold. If I could actually choose the mcdelivery to come from elsewhere I absolutely would. Honestly don’t know why I’ve still bothered with this particular restaurant it’s absolutely abysmal.

Delivery was on time food was cold my fillet of fish was burnt it all went in the bin first and last time I will have a delivery from McDonald’s

I ordered £25 of food from McDonald’s, expecting a full meal. Instead, I got just drinks—flat Coke and watery Sprite. No fries, no burger, nothing. Customer service was useless, offering a vague refund with no urgency. For £25, I got a soggy bag of regret, not food. McDonald’s messed up big time and didn’t care. Avoid them unless you want to pay for disappointment.

Ordered for delivery at 8pm arrived at 8.16pm food was cold

Ordered food at 18:15 £30 on 3 meals ended up waiting till 19:40 for it to turn up missing the main 2 burgers and the chicken nuggets and 3 chips stone cold you get worse every time we order from you

The drives was stationary at the MDs for 10 mins then was showing as being the other side of town stationary. When the food arrived the drinks were all spilt and the food was clot cold .

sat nav always take drivers to the wrong address. knowing this I always leave a note on the order. I then have to direct diver to the correct address. The driver to day was fantastic though

Parkgate Rotherham always get the order wrong . I've never had an order that isn't missing something. They don't offer to deliver missing items, simply refund. A lot of hungry children who only have a burger to eat as fries were mussing.

Tried to order my daughter a cheeseburger meal today, i wanted to add cucumber. Baring in mind that every other time we have been this has not been a problem... today it was! The 2 staff members basically said absolutely no chance... I explained she's had the same cheeseburger from mcdonald's a 100 times, never been a problem to add cucumber. She was adamant that she could not do it. Even though I explained I have worked at mcdonald's myself and I know you can do this! We ended up leaving and going to the canklow mcdonald's which added the cucumber on with absolutely no problems. We will not be attending again, they clearly cannot cater to their customers needs or wants! No thanks!

Order was placed an hour before delivery was required, which should be more than adequate to arrange delivery for the specified time. The order was delivered 30 minutes late, meaning my daughter and I did not have time to eat it before having to leave the house for an appointment. This has happened on numerous occasions. I struggle to understand why the option of a delivery time is offered if it cannot be upheld.

If you value your money, time, or even basic human decency, avoid this McDonald’s at Parkgate, Rawmarsh, at all costs. This place is not just bad—it’s a horror story masquerading as a fast-food restaurant. No Sauces: When you order a meal, you’d expect it to come with the sauces that are bundled in. Not here. Don’t bother asking either—they’ll still forget, or just outright ignore you. Cold Food: Every single time I’ve ordered here, the food has been stone-cold. Not lukewarm. Not room temperature. Ice-cold. You’d think they’re storing burgers in the freezer before serving them. Pathetic Ice Creams: The McFlurries are a joke. You’ll get about 1/10th of the cup filled, with a single, lonely piece of chocolate floating inside. It’s like they’re actively trying to insult their customers. Missing Ingredients: Burgers are thrown together with zero care. A cheeseburger is supposed to have pickles. Standard stuff, right? Not here. You’ll get a dry bun with whatever they feel like slapping on—if anything at all. Staff Issues: Speaking of zero care, this place has at least 20 staff members standing around doing nothing. They’re chatting, laughing, and messing around while customers are left waiting forever for their orders. It’s not just unprofessional; it’s infuriating. The lack of commitment to providing even the bare minimum of service is appalling. This McDonald’s is the absolute worst I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to plenty, including in London, where the standards are light-years ahead of this disaster. The contrast is staggering—it’s like comparing night to day. Honestly, how is this place even allowed to operate? Charging customers for such horrendous service and subpar food should be criminal. Save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and wasted money—go literally anywhere else.

Was at the Drive through, waiting to order food for 5 minutes with nobody there, finally received my order but they give drink: without a straw and a hot drink without a stirring stick didn’t even bother to ask if we wanted sugar and no salt for the chips either so had to wait another 10 minutes at the window to get what we needed, so Staff are very useless.

Better than the McDonald's at dolton which is bad, a real gamble.
