Rude over the phone when rang to sort wrong food order as I find my reasive a single item and kept putting phone down

It’s all going in the bin!! stone cold very disappointed will be ordering from another place

I was waiting for my food it said 635 delivery but the time kept going up my 5 minutes until it got to 735 where I decided to fetch it myself. when I got there the food was on the side cold, has to wait for it to be remade. terrible service

Every time without fail something is forgotten and it’s always a burger the main part of the meal and two of the Big Macs I ordered had burgers broken inside absolutely ridiculous how can multiple items be forgotten EVERYTIME!!

Absolutely awful and won’t be ordering again. Took well over an hour to arrive and once it did the food was stone cold, there was also food missing. The wrap had zero salad in, it was an absolutely awful meal

How hard is it! Ordered a cheese share box with 3 rich tomatoe sauces and they forgot them all

My delivery driver was amazing he smiled and it brightened up my day and my food was really nice and the hash browns were the right crispiness but needed a little less oil and more salt as they lacked seasoning.

Didn't receive my sauce, fries were freezing.

All food came cold and some items missing. This seems to be a regular thing when ordering with Just Eat lately.

Absolutely clock cold, burger looks like it’s just come from Lebanon. Late, and you have the ordacity to offer me £3.85 back. I will never use Just Eat again.

Firstly our order was wrong. Was given a banana milkshake instead of a vanilla one. The large fries was more like a small and the cheese bites were terrible quality. They were broken into smaller pieces. Absolutely terrible

The time of delivery kept getting later and later. When the food eventually showed up, it was stone cold and inedible. This is in no way the drivers fault.

Drive through. No communication for ages. Waited ages for service. Wasn't impressed. Eventually, someone did attend and apologise. But as I got to the window, the young lady spent time doing her hair without any acknowledgement. Kept waiting again.

FOOD STILL NOT AREIVED . REFUN IMMEDIATELY IF NOT COMING .

I ordered one of the orders, they didn't deliver it, I called Mcdonald pargate, the man picked up the phone, then hung up, it's only occupied, I won't order pargate anywhere again

My food was horrible it was cold and the burger was undercooked whoever made this meal needs to be fired.

We ordered on the app at 10.16 but ordered wasn't given to us till 10.40. I don't mind waiting , food has to be cooked, but when it's cold and the sausage is missing from the breakfast wrap .. we not happy.. what would it be like if they were mega busy ... you let us down today .

Very rude customer service, spoke to me with a very bad attitude, did not see her name to know it. Basically Through my food at me through the window did not get a Thankyou or anything. Food was freezing cold, caramel frappes are completely filled with ice no drink even in the cup.

How hard is it to read off a screen and check what you put in the bags for delivery useless morons

The times kept changing, the food came cold, half my drink was in the bottom of the bag, I ordered some cheese bits and they gave me chicken nuggets, didn't give me a dip. I didn't get a straw either, absolute waste of money and absolute waste of my time, not happy with this whatsoever

The service is okay, a little problem having a place to park, the meal is very okay and worth every penny.

Just bought a couple of meals and got home with half a cup of pop leaked all over car as was a small hole in bottom also ordered a large mcspicy burger to find a quarter pound cheeseburger instead so when ordering please check your orders before leaving as they obviously can’t read

The driver went to the wrong place and appeared annoyed when he phoned and I told him where to come to, and that I’d written directions telling him exactly where to go in the note. He mumbled something that sounded like he couldn’t be bothered to read the note. Then wouldn’t hand over the food he was holding to my child until I looked up a code. Even with the code he gave us the wrong order, we got our food but someone else’s drinks instead of our own, so they didn’t get their drinks either.

Order a McCrispy and it was spicy so think my burger got mixed up and the fries that I ordered they were all cold and the burgers were cold all in all a very disappointing meal

delivery driver was amazing but when I got my food I realised that my sweet chilli wrap was a Caesar wrap. I think the workers at McDonald's needs to open their eyes and actually read whats on the order and not just pick up and hope for the best.

Order for delivery, food arrived late took 1 hr and milkshake was spilt everywhere ruined all the food, called the store and they just passed the blame over saying it was nothing to do with them it’s the drivers fault, well how’s about you guys use some common sense and put the drinks in a different bag to the food McDonald is a complete joke and this one is at the top of the list

Got their at 11:36 told update was going through would be about 10 15 mins. Then told at 12:05 it would be another 10 to 15 mins for the update by workers in their coats looking like their all going on break.. with a drive through full of cars. Gone to aldwark branch 3 mins away from parkgates and served straight away.

Delivery was great, but the food was cold and was missing half the items. Really not happy.

wasn't happy with the Delivery driver attitude me being in poor health due to age related issues and he phoned my number asking me to come outside I can't come outside due to my health issues so he tutted hung up then rung my buzzer after I had told him I was walking to my door to let him in then he asked me if I was ok I said yes I'm not well he started prying asking questions what's wrong I explained age related issues he's a delivery driver shouldn't be asking me my health questions "nosey"

I am sat in the parked order bay as I write this. I have been waiting over 10 minutes now for just big mac n some single burgers... never have waited so long.. final waiting time was 14 minutes

First time ordering from here. But it was brilliant service. Everything arrived. I was worried some of the order would be missing but everything came and it was hot too. Will be ordering again. Thank you for your great service.

Items missing and no refund from just eat

Utter dump, we went at 10pm, the tables were dirty and all staff were stood around the table waiting to fill bags with food. Very poorly managed, there was enough staff to sort food and hygiene. When my food came, I had a drink missing, the assistant had me wait whilst reviewing past orders on their system (I had no receipt because the printer didn't work) before he would accept that I had ordered said drink. It would be the last place that I opted to return to.

The eta kept changing every few minutes. The food was warm at best. The nuggets looked hours old, and were hard. The Big Mac too looked like it had been sat a while. I just think when you’re paying delivery fees and service charges you expect better. A very poor experience. Once again no dips sent with the nuggets.

Just finished a very long shift at work, came into get food as was starving. This wonderful woman served me. I think her name was Courtney. She helped me order at the till as I couldn’t function at that point and then spoke to me in such a friendly way which made my day infinitely better. Never had that kind of service in McDonald’s before. If there is any reason to go, it’s for how kind and accommodating the staff were. And the food was hot and delicious too.

food was cold, however delievery driver apologised and said they made him wait 55mins to deliever fio, time kept constantly changing for delievery and food is cold so definitely been prepared and just sat there for a while before passing to driver no happy at all!

Time just kept getting pushed back again and again. Ended up thirty minutes later than the original estimate.

Ordered on the app and went to till. Whilst waiting saw my number come up on preparing and almost straight away went to collect. I'm guessing their is a points based from head office. Food wasn't ready had to wait at least 5 mins after notice Restaurant also clean and staff friendly

My Food was freezing, my driver stopped at burger king for 20 minutes before dropping off my food. this is unacceptable.
