McDonald's in Walsall

Ordered food came stone cold and forgot my dips for my nuggets ... fantastic would have taken it back if my wife wasn't out in the car ... not happy definitely won't be ordering again

Items missing from our delivery. Who'd have thought it so hard to make sure our small order was right? Very disappointing!

I waited several minutes for someone to seeve me in the wns i asked if someone was serving thus you g manger i think came very miserable When i was sitting eating my food a couple of people went up to the counter who staff must of know then all of a sudden 3 staff appeared at once laughing and joking with them I was so annoyed

Popped into this McDonald's on my way home to Tamworth. Wished I'd hung on and gone to the McDonald's at Wall Lichfield. Went inside to order my food, came under attack straight away from three feral kids, throwing crayons at each other, and anyone else in their way. Their language was disgusting. Crayons and mess everywhere. Think couple of staff were just ignoring them. Eventually manager did move them on. Not a very nice atmosphere! Food was ok and didn't have to wait too long.

Ordered a delivery which was over £30. Missing items totalled £10. Place is a joke. Definitely will not use again. ‘Just Eat’ have given me a credit but it spoilt the meal. Someone needs a good slap as it’s not acceptable

Absolute junk. Items missing from delivery order, yet again. No way of complaining or contacting the store without calling in.

We ordered £21 worth of food waited 20 mins for it when they gave units the food the fry’s on the top looked disgusting so I got one and they was freezing cold so I said these are cold can u give us fresh and hot fry’s please so 5 mins had gone by and still no fresh fry’s so I asked how long it would take and was told about 7 more mins so in the meantime time our other food was getting cold so I asked to speak to a manager and the girl stated laughing at us and I asked her what was funny ?? And she just kept on laughing your manager wasn’t much better total waste of time worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to also while I was there a woman who had her children there took food back as it was cold

Went through drive through asked for ketchup to be added - the pdf thrusted at me no price on the screen zapped card and snatched the machine back and slammed window so the young lad could continue chatting to his colleague - friendly - got home no ketchup wrong drinks ! Will drive to wall island moving forward as it's not the first time ! It us down to who you get in terms of service so not sure on the customer service training extending to the younger weekend staff maybe - shame

First told no coffee came with burger meal! Computer said no and so did manager! Then after much ado he fetched us one coffee complimentary After 2 hrs and 4 mins parked (Disabled)there Iv received a £100 parking ticket!!! I’d met a friend for lunch there.We had purchased meals and later coffees ! We sat inside …is 2 hrs deemed too long to meet a friend who’s traveled to meet me ? NEVER AGAIN .Please be aware of parking restrictions as I hadn’t seen ANY.

I've ordered from here a number of times and there's always something missing from the order how hard is it to get a simple food order correct I can understand once or twice but repetitively be good at your job or don't do it

Waited in order drive thru line whilst other lNe served 3 cars the mgr with all the thick make up on was aware and couldn't give a dam. I gave up waiting. Won't be going back to this useless hole. No service no apology can't be bothered it starts at the top why bother opening

Food was prepared had to wait half an hour and then the server decided to dump fries and just scoop them up iv tray with hand I asked for plain cheese burger for kids meal and there was onion and relish all over them so my kids wouldn’t eat them bad customer service

Well as I was sitting waiting for our order tonight everyone was getting the wrong orders not complete , it was just terrible , customer were saying this is not my order or I'm missing items , when we got our we paid for large mcflurry s we got small. The place needs adult supervision.

Asked for a hot chocolate but the hot drinks machine is broken. Asked for a cappuccino, yes that’s fine. Drink was £2.18 I gave £2.20 and said put the 2p in the charity box, she said sorry she put it in the till. Drink took an eternity to be made. It appears most of the staff were trained by Mr Blobby.

I previously posted a kind review about Mario McDonald’s, Brownhills, The reason, he was so kind and assisted with our complaint of cold food supplied to us. Three times we took our food back due to it being cold. Upon hearing this Mario kindly gave our granddaughter an extra Happy Meal toy, together with a cookie. He also gave us a complimentary dessert as an apology. My husband unfortunately spilled his coffee so, again, Mario stepped in, helped with the clean up and gave him a fresh cup. He turned what started as a disappointing evening into a better one. Today, however, I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF RECEIVED A PARKING FINE. Not only did they provide us with sub standard food elongating time spent there, if you stay too long to enjoy a McDonald’s family experience you get fined for it! It can be said, didn’t we see the Parking signs? It was dark the evening we went and there was adverse weather conditions, so I can only say, regretfully, to my cost, no. Neither were we advised by staff of a time limit. I will from now on avoid McDonald’s Brownhills and wish prospective customers good luck. I would suggest Drive through customers, please check your food before you leave. Previous review: Mario makes Brownhills McDonald’s amazing. Such kindness and thoughtful service.

Terrible food, burger gave my brother food poisoning and when I tried phoning the number no one answered so I reported to trading standards. Food was stone cold and not up to the standards of other McDonald’s I have been to or ordered from. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Fuming only got 3 cheese melt dippers instead of 4!😡😡😡😡😡 Please sew them as I am really fuming 😡 but the inside is ok and the staff are good Karen

First time we been to McDonalds Brownhills. Food was fresh, very clean restaurant and staff were great. Wanted to give a special shout out to a member of Staff named Linda who i believe is employed as Customer Experience. We visited with our 2 year old Grand Daughter and we were treated so well she keeps asking to see “the lady” again. Linda was fantastic with all the children and put the reason back into why McDonald's is a place you “take the kids”. If Linda isn’t store Manager, she should be. Such a lovely experience made by one person. Well done Linda!

Words can’t describe how grateful I am for the staff here. From the minute we walked into the door Mario and his team were absolutely amazing. They were so welcoming with the kids, keeping them entertained. I also have to write and say a massive thank you to Mario , Kyle and ALL THE TEAM who came on board to help look after my husband who had a diabetic caesura from no where today (02.12.2023) they handled my husband and helped him come round and every single staff member stepped in to help. They came and sat with my kids why I was trying to stay calm for them. This may not be a food review, although the food was bang on… but McDonald’s should be proud of what their employees did for me today. But sometimes it’s not always about the food it’s the staff and the team. I’m forever grateful and I hope the team gets to see this message! THANK YOU! And a merry Christmas!!!! X

Hot chocolate water!!!, how did this product pass , opened lids could clearly see it was boiling hot water with a taint of chocolate, last ever visit to this sun standard establishment , upon opening lids at home this pathetic excuse , but the concerning thing how did the server pass it on beggars belief idiots waste of money

I ordered a big mac, fillet o fish, fries and a mccrispy meal to be delivered. The mccrispy burger was completely missing, the fries were freezing cold, and the drink was half empty as it had leaked through the bag. As a result of this, there was coke dripping all over my carpet from the bag. The customer service is also terrible as i called them at least 3 times to resolve the issue and nobody answered. Nobody got back to me either and they have had plenty of time. Every time i order from there at least one thing is missing. Absolutely shocking.

What a wild ride at this Drive Thru! Talk about being the invisible customer at the kiosk! My Big Mac came lukewarm, a true masterpiece of hasty assembly. And, the Hot Chocolate...more like Hot Water! But the cherry on top (or should I say, the missing Apple pie) was the absolute cherry-on-the-pie-of-dreadful-service. What an experience! 🍔

What an absolute joke this restaurant is Ordered on Uber tonight, tracked the order as it said 3 mins away, waited on doorstep for about 30 mins and it didn't come So went on Uber site and it said driver had tried to contact me on an out of date number but as i hadn't answered he had waited 7 mins outside my property and order was completed? So i know it wasn't this restaurants fault BUT We were on the phone ringing them for over an hour, and couldn't get ANYONE to answer the phone? but looking at the reviews on here they only get about 2 stars and i can see why, i have never had a decent meal from here, there is always something wrong, poor cooked food, badly packed etc etc whoever bought the franchise for this restaurant must have spent millions, i think they will be trying to recoup that cost for quite a few years to come. good luck

Food was of excellent quality all served piping hot. Customer service was helpful & friendly too. No problem at all with our order. Now use this branch frequently.

worse mcdonalds around. food is always under cooked or over cooked. mess up every order i’ve placed. avoid

Sat at the drive through window for several minutes being ignored while everyone else was going through on the other drive through. I eventually gave up and drove to the first window where I was met with a very confused person, I explained what happened and got no apology. I asked for extra cheese, a simple request? Apparently not. When I got my order the coke was flat and tasted rancid, the chips were stone cold and had no salt on them and my burger had absolutely no cheese on it at all and looked like it had been thrown together. Just awful experience all round
