McDonalds in Rossendale

The worst McDonalds I’ve ever visited !!! Avoid if possible. Untrained staff, long wait, cold food and absolutely non existent customer service

Serves food the same as any other Mcdonalds but without travelling out of town, if the idiots didn't use it as a doss house it would be better. Nice staff work here too.

Quick stop on our way home, not the greatest visit. A long wait for cold food and when it got replaced it wasn’t the customised version chosen seems drive thro takes presidence staff seem a little to relaxed

Needed to borrow back my electric drill from an old mate who suggested we meet half way - and McD's is just about that. Got the drill back ok, and sneaked in for a bagel and flat white. Same here as at any other McD's, although the wait time was considerable (possibly due to time of day and possibly very busy drive-thru - they get priority!)

Check your quantity before going home. I Paid for a large portion of chips but received a small. Risingbridge

The restaurant is on the main road out of Accrington or Haslingden as you drive towards the M66 to Manchester. It is located next to a fuel station and has ample parking. It also has drive-through facilities. Whilst the staff are young and relatively inexperienced, they do good job and keep pace with what can be high demand. The food was fresh what you would expect, though the portion sizes have shrunk over time.
