We ordered online and they never gave us our brownie my older cousin has just started working and has wasted her money on a brownie that never came to feed me and my younger sister.

Made an order on the app for breakfast at 6am. I couldn't have it delivered so I decided I'd walk over. I looked everywhere for the sit in opening hours but couldn't find them anywhere. So I went at 6 since other McDonalds restaurants opened at that time elsewhere. I placed my order and went over. As it turns out, only their drive through is open 24 hours which becomes a problem when you don't drive. I've done them the courtesy of correcting their actual opening hours on Google but I have been massively inconvenienced by them trying to big themselves up.

RAGING. 20 min wait in the queue was bad enough until we got round, payed and received our food and my pineapple stick was no where to be seen and my mayo chicken was bitten into and satifactory until i realised it had NO CHICKEN IN IT. I have a certain amount of sympathy for a low staffed shift or problems in the kitchen or whatever it was but SERIOUSLY. No chicken in a MAYO CHICKEN. Tried to go into the restaurant itself but locked its front doors and the drive thru was wrapped around the car park so couldn’t even go back around and inform them of this disaster. Absolutely mental. Never again going back there

You know what you're going to get, right? Except...... staff asking how your meal is.... in McD's???? Wow! There was a colleague (more stars on her badge than a Chinese general has medals) who brought out a tray to the table next to us. Looked like grandad and 5 or 6 Yr old granddaughter.... they'd gone to the bathroom..... she stood at the table and waited for them to come back so that no-one would pinch their order. Superb!

Just received an order from UberEats. Hamburger completely plain (not ordered like this), no dips with order that was ordered, no straws for the drinks and no napkins. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Food cold by the time it got here also as the driver for whatever reason went further out of his way for another drop off before coming here first. Not great

Worse McDonald's to order food from . My autistic son eats nothin but mcds and 3 time in the past week I've been sent someone else's order this place is gettin worse spoke to delivery driver and said complain but u don't even grt a bloody refund so what's the point!!

Worst McDonald's in Northern Ireland since the main one in town was closed. It's CRAZY busy as it's across from the hospital so I get that it's manic, but the length of time preprepared food & drinks sit out is unacceptable and will almost certainly mean your coffee will be cold or ice-cream melted before you even get it. The little lady who helps with the sit in really enjoys coughing on you too, so if you can get it in a bag you'd be doing yourself a favour. You'll be waiting a while on your food and you WILL be disappointed, but that's part of the experience isn't it , it's McDonald's not the Ritz. Staff all work amazingly hard and you won't see anyone swinging their arms, so no fault placed on any of them.

Loads of parking, great service and very very clean

Done order on justeat missed out on a whole bigmac meal because mcdonalds didn't fulfill the order or the justeat driver ate it. Don't know which is worse the incompetence of the people who work in mcdonals who cannot read a receipt or the delivery drivers from justeat who are obviously starving but yet can afford all these big fancy cars. So very strange. Emailed justeat a scathing email because it's just completely disgusting that people in this day and age cannot do the most simplest of tasks.

Drive through is very slow. Always get asked to park up even for simplest order

Me and my family got a delivery from this McDonald’s the delivery was 45 minutes late and when it did come it was cold and missing numerous items this meal came to 37.00 and what came was about 10.00 worth

Visited McDonald's in dundonald with our grandchildren this afternoon. The dining hall was spotless the staff were friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the meal. The food was served to us piping hot & ready in 5 minutes. Hopefully we will be back soon. Stephen

Amazing just as expected. I must add for those complaining about petty issues to expect what you are paying for. These cooks work all night to feed us for next to no money. £1 for a burger at 3am is a pretty good deal. Sure things can go wrong but it's as if some customers expect a red carpet. I cannot fault this restaurant, absolutely 10/10

First time in here for 3 years. Big changes, Very clean: Nice and Bright: Comfortable Seating.. ONE BIG LET DOWN: THEY DONT HAVE BROWN SUGAR FOR THE COFFEE. You don't put white sugar in coffee.

My family and I go to this McDonalds on the way to Streamvale Farm. Have been going here for a few years and every time we come the place is spotless and the staff are the friendliest McD's staff around. The staff going round the tables making sure everything is clean and tidy are friendly and always strike up conversation with you. They are very good with young children. Id like to mention Emma as she was lovely to speak to on 03DEC2023 :) The staff behind the counters serving the food always look genuinely happy to be there and they are polite and courteous. How this McDonald's is being run is something other fast food establishments should look to.

Very slow ,staff just going through the motions and one way system is like the whacky races

Great good was good the staff where very nice checking on all around to make sure they were ok. Friendly too! Food in this branch is always nice. But shop is extremely busy and noisy if sitting in but that can't be helped with kids party's etc...

3 meals ordered. delivered late, then forgot to deliver the drink with 3 meals

Well, it's McDonald's, but as a result, you know what you're getting. Lovely tasty burgers and fries. I did, however, leave my phone behind. I phoned my number and thankfully the duty manager answered. I went immediately, half expecting my cash and cards that I keep in it to be gone. Arrived back, and the manager wouldn't allow me to take the phone until I unlocked it. Very sensible action indeed. Very very impressed.

The food is great. There are no issues with that. But the place is laid out awfully. When it's busy it is really unpleasant in there. The floors are always wet, leading to people slipping a lot in there. Staff behind the counters could straighten up their attitude as they can come across as quite arrogant at times.

The service is rubbish I waited twenty minutes for two cheesy bacon flatbread they called out orders for people who came in ten minutes after me

If there’s one thing, it’s consistency. Ordered on their app ahead of time and within minutes of arriving, it’s ready. No long wait. Couldn’t be happier

Actually sat in one drive thru queues for 10 mins before someone took an order , everyone in queue 1 was being served but queue 2 just sat not moving

Far too many delivery drivers standing over the door not a nice atmosphere at all spitting carry on right at front door thats some carry on for a food out let....wonder how many off them that car aford these high powered cars can show delivery insurance am sure time will tell

You can order on the kiosk screens but it's not straightforward and the card payment didn't go through both times and is bit tricky to get back off that page to select counter payment. Anyhow placed the order but the server forgot 1 meal from the order of 5 people. And the fries were bit cold as the packets were already before you place ur order. Staff tend to help but you hv to go to them or no body wl call you on their own & people who know the system their, they wl go ahead of u & u can end up standing there. Overall near satisfying experience but not top notch. Thanks

The food was good, but they mixed up my order. After I told them and got rectified, Got home and checked my bank statement, I had been overcharged. When I reported online, I was told to drive back to the shop were it happened even after I had sent them the receipts and all.

Conswater McDonald's have gone downhill in the last few months, especially the issues surrounding the delivery drivers taking up collection bays and disabled parking spaces just to be close to the building. It's prompted me to seek alternatives for takeout.

Food was fast and I'm loving it

Staff tell people the coffee machine is off or being cleaned most of the time so they don’t have to make it.

Only got half the order. The half containing the burgers never came. What did arrive was pretty much stone cold. Tried calling but can't get through. Just eat can only refund missing items but I have just wasted more than an hour of my evening sorting us out a quick meal. I am furious. Will have to get onto burger King now . Hope they can do better. I'd appreciate someone getting in touch please.

I called in today at 1145 , at the entrance I was met by a lady who directed me towards the service area . I waited behind one person while staff , floated around , chatted and walked from one area to another stopping thinking about what they were doing and not noticing me. Eventually after 5 minutes they finished dealing with the person ahead of me . I asked for a tea and coffee and the reply was “use the machine over there to order “ courtesy is free in this world and there was Zero offered .

I ordered 2 medium sprites at the drive through and when we got them they were sparkling water/soda water, it didn’t have the sprite flavour. And I am soooooo disappointed and so is my 9 year old daughter. We were really looking forward to the sprite, but no it was sparkling water and it ruined my whole evening. I am so upset. I have been through so much, great aunt died 4 years and this is bringing back the trauma. My great aunt loved sprite soooo much she would be spitting it out in her grave right now if she tried this utterly horrible excuse for a sprite. We always used to get sprite together at McDonald and it made me so sad to know the sprite wasn’t real. She is probably crying in her coffin right now due to this tragedy. She will come back to haunt you

I only went in for a cold drink and met a very ignorant lady who cleans tables. She spoke really rudely to me and I noticed the same with others who were queueing to get in. I know she has worked there for years as I had the same rude treatment the last time I came in. She spoke with a foreign accent and had colour through her hair. I won't be back. you go to enjoy and relax she cleans under your feet and I think she just dosent want anyone out staying their welcome. Times are difficult for us all does she not know how to be kind. 😡

Dundonald: Just been through the drive through and collected my food from a worker wearing a fleece that was covered in animal hair! I nearly boked on the spot! What’s the point in making workers wear hair nets to keep the hairs from falling into food when their uniform, in my opinion was totally unfit to wear when handling food. Plus the plain double cheese burger we asked for came with salad! I did try to ring to address these issues but the phone just rang out twice. This outlet needs to sort out the entrance and exit strategy for cars also. The way it is at the minute is an accident waiting to happen. Not a happy customer tonight.

Called yesterday with friend and ordered 2 coffees.They were approx.98p each and were more than passable.At this price a real bargain. Also the blonde haired lady ,who appeared to be the meeter/greeter at the door was Very friendly and helpful,guiding us to our seat and even ordering our drinks and having them brought to our table,as we were not sure of the ordering process. All in all a very nice experience and good service,particularily from the lady mentioned abiove.

Located across the road from The Ulster Hospital. Drove in to the car park and all of a sudden a lunatic with a sky blue vest jumped out from behind a parked car. Apparently I was going the wrong way! (Which isn't that apparent when driving in.) He then proceeded to complain about a car reversing out of a space to point in his opinion, the wrong way. Basically it saved the driver going all the way around a big car park and creating a hazard to pedestrians. I was trying to be pleasant to him and he went on to say that he was keeping hospital parkers out and it wasn't just keeping him in a job. I understand the logic but his attitude stank, unbelievably rude and approaching aggressive. Absolutely no need to harass moving cars. Also suggest a brighter colour of vest if it is necessary he be there. Perhaps he should be reminded that "hospital parkers" may have been to the hospital and seen very sick people, relatives or received some very bad news and want a cup of tea and a sit down. They may not be in the frame of mind to be spoken to in the way he spoke to me. Next time I won't be using the restaurant when visiting someone in hospital and just fancy a burger and coffee - without harassment.

Simple breakfast order, toasted bagel with philly, hash brown and coffee, took 10 minutes and 4 larger orders behind me went ahead of me. Order arrived incomplete, went back up and asked for the philly, " yeah ok" and promptly went about his business ignored me for a further 5 minutes. Steer well clear, absolutely useless

Having spent the afternoon at The Ark open farm it was our grandchildren’s choice where we would eat. Everyone knows what McDonald’s is. Not somewhere we would normally choose but the children were happy so it ended a brilliant day out. Fast and efficient, friendly staff.

This recently refurbished branch of McDonalds is one of the best in the area. We usually have one of their McFlurry range but even a plain ice cream cone is well worth the visit

5,30 Saturday night got take away for 2 kids 2 adults, I had a vegetable deluxe, what a joke it was horrible. We live just over a mile from mcds yet the chips were Luke warm, my burger bap was soggy yet chewy round the edges. The veg burger itself was mushy inside could not make out what veg was in it, just awful. The big Mac was not much better the kids did eat the chicken nuggets. Total waste of money I won't be back

Work nearby at hospital. Food consistently fine as for most McDonalds. Can be hectic sometimes but overall service good and staff friendly.

This used to be one of the better McDonalds but the appearance of those awful self service tills, coupled to the fact that one solitary youth was taking orders led to a frustrating and time consuming ordering process. The food wasn't much better, my wife takes her burgers plain so they were warm but my normal Big Mac was stone cold, both medium fries were more like small portions in a medium box. Drinks were mostly ice. There are tablet computers but these were monopolized by screeching kids from the moment we arrived and they were still screeching when we left. Won't be back any time soon.

A recent facelift and some funky new tech for ordering makes the McDonalds at Dundonald a more pleasant visit. You can even order a meal and have it brought to your seating area. That's rather handy if you have kids with you. Last meal was spot on - no mistakes and tasted as it should.

Ordering for two had a tenner and change in my hand - asked lad to tot it up to see if I had enough he told me I had then when he totalled it I was short - extremely embarrassing as had to go out and ask for more money then come back in!

One of the better McDonalds but still average fare. A surfeit of staff on a quiet day. Soft sweet buns unlike those you get on mainland UK.

Was at this mcdonalds on 25th january after the ulster hospital with my mum. My mum got a big mac without the bap because she cant eat the bap. When she got it the burgers were cold so she went and complained that it was cold. So they give her another one but this time it was with the bap. So again she went up at said about it. The give her another without the bap and it was cold too. So dont go there on less you want cold food. The manager ended up give my mum her money back and 2 voucher for extra value meals

Could get the McDonald's at the Arches up for some reason. This McDonalds is just great. My partner just takes black coffee and usually asks for some ice cubes to go into it to cool it down. This McDonalds asked him how many he wanted which completely stopped him dead in his tracks. He could not get over how polite and helpful they were as well.

Very disappointed! Quick call in after hospital visit for a late lunch @ 2:30. Not overly busy, very fast service.....too fast! I ordered Quarter pound Cheese Extra Value meal. Chips cold & burger cold, I was sore & couldn't be bothered arguing complaining. So bind them, drank my tea & ate my donut! Very disappointed won't be back!

One of the first McDonald's to open in Northern Ireland a d still one of the best. If you are visiting someone in the Ulster hospital call for a meal and bring it in. It will be miles better t h an the food in the ward!!!! How hospitals make such a mess of food is a mystery to me. Goodold Mac!!!

Stopped at McDonalds after visit to Ulster hospital for a simple cheese burger while waiting for a lift. Gave my order to the only person on the former tills. Paid for it then came up on the screen as order 079 in progress. Stood in a queue for ages while the now multiple managers harassed their staff and generally slowed up a process that worked perfectly on the old method. Is this progress?

The staff were working hard but the boss was being horrible to them in front of customers. They had low morale and this made it impossible for them to provide a good level of service. Good leadership doesn't require bullying.

A McDonald's is a McDonald's and they're the same everywhere you go. This particular one is nicer than most as it's frequented by a broad range of people of all ages including visitors to and staff from the nearby Ulster Hospital, families with kids, teens and pensioners. The queuing system is a bit haphazard and we almost had a couple of feisty pensioners queue jump and push in front of us. However some swift movement from us prevented this and they didn't look so old that they couldn't queue up like everyone else. We ordered a coke, a tea, two portions of French fries and a couple of Creme Egg McFlurries. It was predictably tasty, nutritionally void, junk food. The Creme Egg McFlurry was delicious.Normally I would 2 star McDonald's as I don't usually like fast food 'restaurants' but I think this one worthy of 3 stars. Plus Creme Egg McFlurries are must-try desserts and an absolutely luscious indulgence. I only wish they did a vegan version...

My self and two freinds were leaving my partner to the hospital very late Thursday night so we do what we normally do pop to the nearest Macdonalds when are out and about. This was the first time we tried this one, well we won't be back, food stone cold. and bland .the nicest and hottest one is sprucefeild Lisburn. So people avoid at all costs.

30 mins to get served then luke warm food avoid at all costs. Staff had a couldn't care less attitude.

The oil always needs changing. ....rubbish customer service. Lettuce rotting...not worth the money ....shud be closed down

have probably been to a hundred McDonalds all round the planet, but this is the best, the staff are so helpful, friendly, attentive and kind. From the young staff at the counter, to the non national older ladies on the floor. They are hard working, the place is spotless, and little wonder. They clean and scrub and work harder than any restaurant staff I have ever seen. Also helped my 4 year old out without request, and take deep pride in what they do. To the owner, well done in identifying good, committed people. To your staff, many thanks.

I was here (16th Feb) after visiting at the Ulster Hospital. I found the service to be quite fine. the food was fine also. My only problems were the amount of screaming teenagers about the place. Tables and floor also quite clean.

Good for a fast meal or snack nuffn bad about it only thing is sometimes if there really busy they make a lot of chips that are letter sitting and get cold but there is no problem of chanceing them x
