McDonald's in Rossendale

Ordered via the app for delivery. Wrong food came along with leaking cup of coffee!! Tried calling, but they just never answer!! Always need to check food here, even when using the drive thru. Usually something missing. Won't be using again

They didn’t ask if you want any sauces at the drive through when you order. But when you get to the last window and ask they won’t give them to you because they charge 10p. I don’t know any other McDonalds that do this.

Went in the store to order direct for my family to takeaway but on returning home find they had left out some of the order. And there was no milkshakes available

This place is absolutely awful. First when we pulled up to the drive thru to then get told our order has been declined and had to drive all the way back around. So we decided to go inside. There was NO apple pies, chocolate brownies or McFlurrys. Once we received our order they got our drink wrong and forgot a burger. And instead of putting it in a bag they put it on a tray. So we stole the tray #fmaccies. I am fuming, MEGA MEGA FING FUMING. The tray is in the bin along with my respect for this maccies. Yanited!!!!!

My daughter inlaw took my grandson for a treat today she went through the drive through ordered his meal but was never asked would he like any sauces with his meal she paid and drove round to collect his food when she arrived she asked could my grandson have a ketchup please she was asked for 10p for this but she didn't have any change only her bank card so she asked why didn't they ask her before she paid for the food in the meantime my grandson got very upset and started crying the girl started smirking and my daughter inlaw didn't like her attitude then the manager came over and told my daughter inlaw she was being rude to her staff and shut the window on her she didn't even give her a chance to explain what had happened ive seen so many reviews about this place and the cleanliness plus bad reports about the staff I think head management need to sort this place out my grandson said he doesn't want to go here again and that's from a 7 year old

Toasted muffin no butter . I mean come on who has toast with no butter? Are the staff that stupid or do they just not care?

A Massive thank you to McDonalds Rising Bridge for saving the day! 50 cups donated a very short notice to Haslingden Primary School for teas and coffees to be sold at their Sports Day.

I swore I would never visit this place again but with the lack of places to go I called in on Saturday last at about 12:35. Busy as you would expect. I ordered 2 triple cheese burgers and a Big Mac with bacon and an Oreo Mcflurry. First thing is when I got to the pick up window the receipt blew out of the window, so nothing to check my order against. McFlurry came with no lid on it and when I asked they said that there were no lids. I took the order in the brown bag and pulled into the car park to eat, when I opened the bag and took out the Big Mac I noticed that the bottom of the big mac bun and contents were outside the box and laying in the bottom of the bag. I could not enter the building to complain so binned the lot and went home grumpy. I swore I would never go there again, so clearly my fault, I called McDonalds and they offered me a voucher and an apology, I accepted the apology and told them that the voucher wouldn't get used as I am finished with McDonalds. I have seen many complaints about this restaurant, I shall never complain about it again, figure that one out for yourself. Poor and unacceptable service, needs retraining and new management.

Myself and my wife had visited this Mcdonalds on the way home, one evening after shopping. We ordered 4 meals from the drive through for us and our 2 boys who were waiting at home. We ordered 3 large 5 chicken selects meals and a large big mac meal. The order was placed promptley and we were asked to go to the next window where we were quickly served our drinks and food, minus reciept and napkins. I asked the girl did we have everything? As she seemed so pre- occupied with her colleagues! She said yes you have all your order! We then carried on our journey back to Bury where we live. On opening the bags we quickley deduced that they had not put any fries in for all of the 4 meals! It was then too far for us to return back to complain at the restaraunt and the evening weather was herrendous with rain so not an option! I decided to telephone them to complain several times but they did not answer the call! And there is no provision to contact them any other way ie e mail. This whole experience leaves you very angry and frustrated! and we will not go to this Mcdonalds again but will go out of our way if travelling that way again to our more local one as reading some previous reviews this seems quite a regular occurance and the staff don't seem to take any care in what they are doing! Certainley won't be going back! And will check my orders in future for any face to face complaints!!!

Pretty good standard McDonalds visit, all food was correct, tasted nice and hot which is all you can ask for

Miserable drive thru staff. No manners and miserable attitude. All need re training. Won't return here. Awful service!

As an American, I’ve had my fair share of Mc Donalds. Since living here I have tried the Rising Bridge Mc Donald’s three times. The first time I ordered my husband a flat white coffee. I took the cup, which felt very light. It ended up being only 2 ounces of coffee topped with 3/4 inch of foam for £1.89...not good. Felt really ripped off. The next time we went I ordered 2 regular white coffees and 2 toffee sundaes. One of the sundaes had 1/3 of the cup of ice cream with 1/2 teaspoon of toffee (the amount you would give a baby), the second one was filled to the top with ice cream and had so much toffee it was spilling out of the cup! Both cost the same. They should have looked the same. One reason people travelling across America stop at McDonalds is because they are consistent...one reason we won’t be back to the Rising Bridge McDonalds is because it isn’t.

Came here with my friend for a quick snack, firstly I’d like to say the lady who works on dining area Romita is the most attentive, caring and hard working woman I have ever met. Upon placing my order I was greeted by a beautiful young lady named Becca, she was ever so polite and helpful as I wasn’t sure of the menu, she was very patient. Another striking young lady names Nicola was the person gathering my order, I’ve never seen someone move so fast I blinked and my order was there. In the kitchen was a handsome fellow named Harry I think they called him, he prepared my complicated order at Michelin star standard and lightening speed. The store clean and what I presume was the store manager Phil I think they called him was a handsome fellow himself who manages the store like I’ve never seen before and made the best fries I’ve ever taste. Overall out of this work expletive and will 100% be coming back. Orgasmic food and service.

My family and I visited this McDonalds early evening on our way back from a weekend away. I have got to say that this is the worst McDonalds we have ever had. Thin burgers like cardboard, bread was burnt on the edges, chips cold. Took burgers back and not much better. The kids even commented on it not being very good. The bins were overflowing and tables were messy. We won't go back anyway. They can't even respond to a customer complaint!
