McDonald's in North Ayrshire

Didn’t receive the stuff I had ordered don’t no why I order as most times it’s the same

Once again items missing, cant they employ one single person with an IQ higher than a toddler. Why can't they let Irvines store deliver to our area?

everything was there delivery driver was lovely, but food was cold when it arrived from placing order to delivery was only 30 minutes all in so how the food was so cold I've no idea

Still warm & tasted lovely, driver was pleasant. Glad to see the deliveries are getting better I’ve not had a fault for a good while now.

Delivery took an hour. Food cold. Once again no sauce despite paying for it. No straw to drink milkshake. Reading a list and checking it against what you see in a bag in front of you is not hard, I’m genuinely baffled that there are so many errors, this store is consistent in missing items, almost every time. Embarrassing.

Every time we order, the large fry packets are half full. Tonight, we were 2 nuggets short in a sharing box.

No milkshake delivered. Burger was meant to have no pickles as requested, but had pickles, so went in the bin due to food allergy. Selects were lovely, actually freshly made for a change. Fries were cold. A bit disappointed overall.

The orders customisation of what was chosen to be removed was completely wrong from the people working in that McDonald’s as this is a recurring theme with this McDonald’s and it’s beyond a joke.

Food was barely warm to cold and it clearly isn’t an issue with the delivery drivers cause they’re here quickly. No straws, Tropicana juice missing, Banana milkshake halfway filled and didn’t have the banana flavouring in it at all. Disappointing.
