McDonald's in Inverclyde

Fries half empty and cold. Burgers delicious and exactly as ordered thankyou.

The burger I ordered was not the burger I got, no sauce on it and no salad, paid for X2 sauces and never received them either. of course McDonalds needs the money more than I do clearly. place is a an absolute joke.

they are always cold, late and things are always missing

Happy meal was Absolutely freezing and really late as it was for my 3 year old. Past her bed time waited far too long I’m really not happy.

service was terrible. Order came very late and items were missing. Phoned up and told me nothing could be done about it as it had left the restaurant even though it hadnt.

Time kept changing no napkins food cold and no straws with a smoothie !! Overall terrible you have become a hit or miss not good oh and ice cream nelted

Went with my son for dinner on the way home from shopping. Front door was locked when I arrived. No staff were around so and eight year old waiting in the queue took the initiative and started letting everyone in and out using the fire escape??? Staff eventually fixed the door. Waited 15+ minutes for food. It appeared everyone was. Staff didn’t even acknowledge my food took so long when eventually served. Appeared this McDonalds priority is drive though only. Woman who ordered about 5 min before me was still waiting on her order 5 minutes after I got my food. All she was waiting on was a singular Big Mac.

I pay for tge sauce that I order but never ever get ot might be only 20p for each one but them 20ps mount up I order £1 wprtg each time and never get them it it so much to triple check receipt

Not personally had a takeaway in months , ordered a takeaway order and it's been 3 hours already , driver came out with the complete wrong order sent him away and asked for my original order to come what i have paid for , fast track :: another hour passed nothing , phoned the restaurant in question . Got told they can't do anything about it after even admitting they packed the order wrong themselves.

The service is always fast in here .great prices and the food is always good

items missing, this is every order there are items missing and Just eat will not refund because of how often this happens. I pay for items and expect to get what I pay for. I think at this point I will just stop using McDonalds as they cannot get a order correct

messed up my daughters order. she wanted a hamburger (which wasnt even wrapped) and a happy meal which she wanted a toy and never got. half of her chips where missing and her milkshake went over her food as it was over filled and spilling ffom the top. this isnt the first time its happened. wont be ordering from this mcdonalds again.

every order for delivery there's something missing, no bacon on the burgers or onions even though we never request to have parts removed. it's like this shop takes pleasure messing with your food.

As usual, staying less than 2 minutes drive from the store, yous expect it to be at least a little hot, and yet again the food has been made and not delivered right away. Food was freezing, can’t get down to restaurant as I have the kids.

Just got a breakfast meal for my son and needed a bottle of water which was £1.89!!! Not even a good bottle of water. They paid 5p max for it is my guess. Absolute scandal! I avoid them more and more these days. What used to be a cheap alternative to take kids has turned into overpriced rubbish.

Food was cold. Given that its a 5 minute drive to my house from Mcdonalds I got a cold breakfast meal and coffee. It was supposed to be a latte and it wasn't. It was a strong coffee, which I don't like, and it was cold so I didn't drink it. Everything had to be heated up. £4.50 for a cold delivery. Only reason I didn't go out for it myself was I fancied a treat. Won't do that again.

How hard is it to put sauces in people's orders when they are paying for them

Depends how busy the drive thru is on your wait inside. Have seen a few irate customers approach staff due to this. 2 floors to dine with elevator access. Upstairs can sometimes be neglected with condiments, utensils and napkins by staff. Security employed at the front door to try and tame the young team when they've finished setting fire to the kids playpark across the road and need to fuel up with some fast food.
