food was missing again as always and no 1 answers phone

Horrible. Asked for extra sauce, received none. Asked for no onions because I’m allergic.. received more onions than sauce. Won’t be ordering again. Port Glasgow McDonalds is shambolic.

Everytime you order from McDonald’s port Glasgow their is always something missing, todays order they forgot the kids toys out their happy meals and their straws

Wrong order, food was cold ended up going in the bin waste of time and money

No sauce or dips that was included in price of meals, burgers were cold as where the chips over all very poor quality.

Delivery was spot on. No missing items and food still hot. Driver was pleasant. A lot of times you get missing items but definitely not this time.

Cold food, cold people, unavailable items only when I went to pay on the app

food was cold there was missing juice chips tastes like paper there was only 4 chicken nuggets in a 6 nugget box

my order was completely wrong, i ordered a 9 chicken nugget medium meal with a diet coke and sweet and sour sauce and received it completely wrong.

Don’t order from the Greenock McDonald’s, Port one is ten times better, they actually deliver what you’ve ordered and not random stuff. Will be using the port one from now on

The burger I ordered was not the burger I got, no sauce on it and no salad, paid for X2 sauces and never received them either. of course McDonalds needs the money more than I do clearly. place is a an absolute joke.

Went with my son for dinner on the way home from shopping. Front door was locked when I arrived. No staff were around so and eight year old waiting in the queue took the initiative and started letting everyone in and out using the fire escape??? Staff eventually fixed the door. Waited 15+ minutes for food. It appeared everyone was. Staff didn’t even acknowledge my food took so long when eventually served. Appeared this McDonalds priority is drive though only. Woman who ordered about 5 min before me was still waiting on her order 5 minutes after I got my food. All she was waiting on was a singular Big Mac.

I pay for tge sauce that I order but never ever get ot might be only 20p for each one but them 20ps mount up I order £1 wprtg each time and never get them it it so much to triple check receipt

Not personally had a takeaway in months , ordered a takeaway order and it's been 3 hours already , driver came out with the complete wrong order sent him away and asked for my original order to come what i have paid for , fast track :: another hour passed nothing , phoned the restaurant in question . Got told they can't do anything about it after even admitting they packed the order wrong themselves.

messed up my daughters order. she wanted a hamburger (which wasnt even wrapped) and a happy meal which she wanted a toy and never got. half of her chips where missing and her milkshake went over her food as it was over filled and spilling ffom the top. this isnt the first time its happened. wont be ordering from this mcdonalds again.

every order for delivery there's something missing, no bacon on the burgers or onions even though we never request to have parts removed. it's like this shop takes pleasure messing with your food.
