Yet another cost cafe that has no bread at 11 am in the morning?if it’s no bread it’s no butter? Or no skimmed milk? It’s Bad stock management rather than a huge rush on toast sales!! Also sitting at a table with the air conditioner blowing freezing cold air directly onto any hot food and drinks isn’t the most pleasant experience especially on a very cold day outside! This sadly isn’t an isolated case but seems to be the norm across many of the Costa outlets all over? Not paying those prices to sit in a cold environment with a chill wind blowing down on you, if you can’t afford to heat the premises up then you shouldn’t be in business!! No one wants to sit in a cold cafe or restaurant.

Tried the click and collect service, never again. I don't know why staff can't dispach through drive through window!!!! Ordered 3 items and only got two. The staff said they couldn't refund me. And the older lady maybe boss said we don't get paid to give refunds. So i have looked everywhere for a contact number and to my surprise lines are closed🤣 let's see if costa contact me and reply to my online form i sent them. 🥱 So no food or refund this is a great business "NOT". I will stick to Greggs👌🏼

Visited twice recently since old Manager left and its not the same. Staff less chatty and young lad needs a lesson on how to make bubble tea...was more like warm vimto. Will not be back

Sent wrong order instead having to collect . Having to settle now as hungry . But this place was always really nice . Barking now avoid wasting your money . Never felt scunnered before but won't be eating there again and partners tea was minging as well most were binned for almost twenty quid . Yuk yuk 🤮🤢

It was actually the first time I've came away from McDonald's unhappy , there was no mcflurrys and no milkshakes , on a positive note the big mac was lovely as usual.got fishfinger and they were burnt to a crisp. Mamma bear was not happy atall 🤮

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this takeaway shop, primarily due to serious hygiene issues. When I received my order, I noticed that the packaging was not clean, and there were visible stains on the containers. The food itself didn't seem fresh, and I found hair in my meal, which is completely unacceptable. The condition of the shop itself also raised red flags when I went to pick up my order. The kitchen appeared disorganized and not properly sanitized, which made me question the cleanliness of the entire operation. For the sake of health and safety, I strongly advise others to avoid this place. Hygiene should be a top priority in any food establishment, and this shop clearly falls short.
