McDonald's in North Lincolnshire

Yet again arrived home, and part of my order (fries) are missing, too far to return…sick of being ripped off…every time I visit this drivethroigh something is missing…it’s not rocket science!!! Lesson now truly learnt I won’t be returning to this store…and I am quite confident nothing will change!!

They steal money or food, I don’t know exactly which, but they always bring 5-6 £less food than ordered. today 5.05£ mc plant … two weeks ago big Mac… I ring them 7times but they no answer

Hit and miss if they get your order right! Check before driving off...which kind of renders the purpose of a drive through pointless.

Really slow service, must be because they're kicking the burgers around before serving them, we'll that's what it looks like when you eventually get them.

They only put like one ppecie of onion on my burger

Delivery time kept getting pushed back after it was out for delivery so by the time it got tome it was stone cold and reheating fries and mozzarella sticks makes them soggy

Order never even turned up despite being 50 odd quid. Absolutely livid

times kept changing but when delivered it was cold no straw for drink ice cream melted a lot I expect a bit but more milk shake so 30 mins from original time when I placed order

Hot food was hot, cold drinks cold. Enjoyed the meal, thank you.

Absolutly pathetic when you place an order is expect to get everything you ordered. 3 happy meals and only 2 drink. Pathetic. Always have issues when i order

ordered 1 meal and 2 mcflurries, still too hard of a job, 1 meal! happens every time and i always expect it to improve, usually order for my 4 kids aswell, with them being at school, i had 1 meal ordered, so expected the full meal

EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER FROM HERE SOMETHING IS MISSING . I don’t get it , it’s like you do it on purpose . We order food to work and we have to accept that one of us is bound to be missing something. It’s a joke

the food i got was cold when it arrived

Well went for a burger while my dog was in the vets about 10pm staff was very slack on there phones talking to each other while we were waiting 10 minutes for a sugar and a straw . Well done McDonald's evening staff

second time in a row food has arrived cold added note to please not forget dips for nugget share box , still no dips . I live less then 10 minutes away and my food is still hot if I go to drive through. So there's no reason food should be cold for a delivery driver with a food delivery bag .

The food took over an hour to arrive and when it did most of the food was missing, it was a big disappointment and this isn't the first time it has happened either.

Delivery started at 4.10 then kept going up until it was delivered at 4.57. Food was almost cold and fruit bag was missing as per usual, even if we sit in its missing.

No onions on the burger and no extra pickles. But the food was all hot and fresh

Original post: Okay it might have been 1am but doesn't warrant a 25 minute wait for a big mac meal. New post: 1500 on a saturday, much better, though cars were queuing for the drive thru on to the round about and waited 10 mins to reach the window for an app order. Because it was an app order it was ready to go due to the length of the drive thru queue. Still better than the one at Lakeside by a mile.

my food didn't even arrive.. very bad service

Times kept changing. Original time slot between 8:15-8:30, then changed to 5mins later and again and again. Finally turned up at 9:05. Food was lukewarm & received no straws for our drinks.

Time was pushed back over and over again!! No one would pick up the phone. Over an hour late and all stone cold.

Always a problem with this restaurant with regards to delivery. Delivered cold, items missing and tonight we got the bonus of the brown skin of an onion in the burger as well as missing items. Sort it out!!! I wouldn’t even bother with this place if it wasn’t for my children. Thankfully they received what they asked for

Right well I have just come back because u got my delivery wrong the first time and now you’ve forgot the nuggets but gave us six drinks ??? I want my 9mcnugget meal now!

The order was pushed back roughly 4 times from 19:50 to 20:30 when the order was delivered the coke was flat and had spilt all over the food, the food was almost completely cold, and with the addition of being wet with coke, requested a refund, and will NOT be ordering from here again.

Only half my order arrived and it cost me £30 nearly and only got £9 worth of food

Time given when ordered placed was 19.15 ordered finally arrived at 19.50

Chicken nuggets were cold, no sauces delivered and McFlurry was more like a milk shake

Excellent experience, wasn't sure the best way to order, either at the counter or at the screens when one of the floor walkers - Michelle I think - talked us through using the screens. She was most friendly and helpful, a credit to the franchise there.

Poor Management! With the right Management This McDonald's would run smoothly not 10 cars Always waiting for their Food. They are Never Prepaired for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner with having Food ready. So People can go on their way. Instead Each Day We Wait 15-20 min. Their excuse is "We prepare it on Order", No They Don't! Because the food Always comes out cold to maybe lukewarm if Your Lucky. They cater to All the food delivery drivers. If McDonalds Coroporate Knew What This McDonald's are putting out as food & Service to Everyone They Would be in Trouble. They are sending Teenagers Working there out running the Food between All the Cars coming & going in the parking lot sooner or later someone Will get hit by one of those Cars. I will be informing Corporate with the evidence. This is Not how McDonald's trains it's Franchise Owners.

cold fries. and I mean cold. like the driver has held them outside his car window from the restaurant. and, as always, a nugget order MINUS the nugget dips. please don't tell me that this is a coincidence EVERY time nuggets are ordered!!!

they never send the sauces you requested. even after sending a request. you don't ever receive anything. what's the point if you have no sauces

Love the food but gone through the drive through told me to park and forgot about my order and taken it off the system I've gone in to ask where it was 40 minutes later finely got my 2 cheese after then saying I didn't order so I think I'll go to the other mcdonalds where they do there job right

The worst McDonald's I've been to. The food itself is typical Mcdonalds standard but that's only if you actually get the food that you ordered! Not once have I received a full order from this McDonald's. They ALWAYS leave out the burger whether we order though Delivery, drive though or in the restaurant. It obviously happens to a lot of other people too because I even managed to joke with another customer about this being 'the usual' tonight They are also very slow even when the place is empty!

Ordered on the app. 20 minutes no sign of food. Went to ask. Guy said, "dunno why they just left it there. I'll get it remade" Eventually appeared, sauses missing, barely warm food, no ice in drink. Undercooked fries. DONT BOTHER COMING HERE!

I ordered food at 4:50pm and didn’t receive it till 6:50pm my little girl had to go to bed without her McDonald’s that was a treat for her very disappointing. The fizzy drink was also spilt all over the bag and icecream

everything I ordered was delivered, even my dips, and piping hot 🙂

my burger was all crinkled up, the whole meal was cold

driver left it on door step and ran before I could answer the door this is not acceptable as it could of been stolen

Ordered a McChicken sandwich in the drive thru and only got served the chicken with no bun. It did get rectified, but I shouldn't have had to go into the restaurant to get a replacement

Late night order, promptly delivered. All good was present (besides dips which is excusable), and made as requested. Quality was good, and food was still warm which with McDonald's is a suprise. Overall we were quite pleased and would order again.

All the sauces are missing. Who eats nuggets without sauce? Arrived too early, because you rushed the order, leaving 4 sauces out 🤷‍♂️

the drink I ordered was a vanilla milkshake I got given a banana milkshake I'm not to bothered by it but I was excited for a vanilla milkshake 🙃 but thankyou for the food

i didn’t get my chips with my meal.

Most of my order was missing and I ask it be checked I’m disabled and have an infection atm and I’m bed bound I said this on my order and asked it all be checked as I can’t get out of bed to cook atm. All the drinks were missing and now a friend is having to drop of cooked meal for my children

The service is very slow. On several occasions I have ordered food without cheese and when I have got home, it's had cheese in it. Even says no cheese on the box and also on receipt.
