McDonald's in North Lincolnshire

First time I've used this service extremely pleased with result

delivery good, but McDonalds really need to get a grip, there are always issues when order delivery, missingnitems mainly. it's a constant joke.

Freezing cold, missing sauces, no salt on fries

Food is freezing cold and ineddible

Great McDonald's, me and my wife's best one to goto in Scunthorpe. Only reason I gave 4 stars, is due to most of the time we order sauces and don't get them in the bag. I always check before I leave the area incase. If you order on justeat you'll probably not get them. If you order don't buy sauces is my advice. Service is brill, the workers don't get paid enough in my opinion being on their feet and listening to demanding people all day. I couldn't do that job to be honest. Food doesn't take too long considering I'm ordering for 3 to 4 people. Handy parking in the bay to wait. I don't like crowded places so it really helps. Food is always spot on! If they forget something, my wife nips in and they sort it quickly.

This mcdonalds gets my order wrong all the time. Most of the time I am home before I realise but tonight they managed to get it wrong 3 times. I went through the drive through and they past me my order which was completely wrong, burgers all wrong and kids meal I didn't order. The manager was called over who checked it and I was asked to park up as what I ordered was still cooking. After 10 minutes or so the food came out to my car and i decided to check it before driving home. I noticed a burger was missing so I had to get out of my car and go in to fix it. This made going through the drive through pointless. Once inside I was ignored by the young staff who walked past me. A few minutes later a different manager came round the corner and was checking the fries so I shouted over to him and told him my order was wrong again. Once he checked the order and put in the missing burger he passed the bags back to me and I left expecting all my order to now be in the bags. Once home we took the order out of the bag and found that the 2 Minecraft figures I should have gotten with the meals I ordered were missing. I'm so angry as I ordered them specifically for my autistic son.

paid for triple cheeseburger received a double instead , this is 3rd time this has happened , mcdonalds maybe set people on who can read .

I waited an hour for my food bare in mind I didn’t eat all day and still haven’t due to my burger being freezing cold and the chips being so moist every time I took I bite into one I was scared that my inside was going to get flooded with oil my McFlurry was liquid and my coke was half full thanks to your extremely slow delivery driver thank you for making me starve.

will not be ordering anymore food my granddaughter looked forward all day to this meal as a treat and it doesn't turn up

Frigid food. You must implement a rule that couriers don’t collect so many orders in one go that the last on the delivery route has stone cold food.

ordered feed family meal, extra big mac and mcflurry, got two mcflurries instead

Delivery driver was excellent I put the wrong address in and he went out his way to make sure I got my delivery.

what employee preps an order for driver only to not put the ordered fries in the bag! the food that was kindly bagged up for delivery was cold on arrival. worst delivery order. ever. straight in the bin!

Whenever I order from J E it always takes a while longer than expected and the food is always cold

Time to start picking staff with at least one GCSE. Arrive on a quiet morning and go to lane 1 speaker of the drive-thru, which was working fine when the car ahead went through. The brains trust then decided to let 5 cars go through lane 2 before an extremely depressed sounding person finally woke up and decided it was time to serve lane 1. 08/03/2025 @ 0935.

Food is freezing, the fact that the driver had to spend a couple minutes checking all the orders in his boot explains why it’s so cold, probably been sat there waiting whilst he gathers all his other orders up from different accounts and apps

Ordered at 11:30, didn’t arrive till past 13:30. The food was stone cold. When the food was finally out for delivery, the driver went the opposite direction and was then stationary for over 5 minutes.

The food arrived extremely late and cold. The delivery time was 1904 however the time stamp on the chicken was 1833. You need to clamp down on delivery drivers picking up several orders at a time to remedy this issue. The food not fit to eat

Food was acceptable (microwaved it just to heat it up a bit, not a problem). Ordered about 17:25 and requested a delivery time about 18:10. Delivery time was quoted as 15 to 30 minutes at the time I ordered. Food did not arrive until about 19:20.

Gave me the wrong food, didn't even bring my child's happy mea poor girl and didn't look like he knew what he was doing messing around in his boot for about 15 min looking lost and still gave me wrong items
