McDonald's in North Lincolnshire

Really slow service, certainly not a fast food establishment.

Items almost always out of stock, many errors in orders Orders via the Mac app take a long time

Food was really cold and hash browns were stuck to the packet and ripped off

when I order nuggets and selects which imcludes sauces to complete the order I expect the sauces to arrive otherwise the order is incomplete. therefore I will be submitting an incomplete order.

They only employ you here if you promise to not get anything right. Ever. Literally sort yourselves out 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Arrived 50 mins after ordering when it said between 15-30 mins. Order was cold and soggy asif it had been sat in the bag for ages, waste of time and money

Out of all the Maccys we go to this is the worst, I do like the taste. The service is poor in my opinion, the staff seem to be unhappy and no one smiles and only interact with you if needed ie calling your order out and handing it to you, if asked anything it always seems too much for them. Come Staff smile and sound like the customer is important to you.

There was two items missing from my order and when I’ve tried to chase it up they won’t answer.

Food was like it had been in the fridge. This is becoming more regular with Just eat. I want a full refund as none was eaten. And i ended up having to cook food. Maybe just eat is taking on too many orders as this isnt the first time this has happened.

Waited 20 minutes for click and serve delivery to the car. The chips were cold. The wrap was tasty but just warm. The Mcflurry was good.

Come stupidly late and stone call, plus was all made wrong so the drinks was the only thing that was worth consuming

The carrier took ages getting to my house and was driving around the area for 20 mins I tried to help him find the house but he just got angry and was shouting at me inna language I couldn’t understand and when the food arrived it was cold and unedible I tried to re heat it thinking I could save it but it did nothing a waste of my money

Ordered after a very long time, the filet fish burgers were warm, fish wasn't even inside the burger properly. Fries were cold !!! had to air fry them to actually eat them but didn't taste great at all. my mc flurry was also melted. McDonald's quality has gone down hill seriously

Cold food, presentation was messy

Placed ordwr with lakeside and they deliverd to a different house account was credited so orderd from Doncaster road as it was my daughters request for her birthdays and this order took one hour to prepare then the driver took 40 mins to deliver

Took over a hour and half to get McDonald food was cold on delivery and all got back was £4 something off a £25 order

I ordered with ketchup and there was none in package. They also delivered my milkshakes with no straw to drink from.

Despite ordering this meal 6 hours in advance it was over 30 mins late and too cold to eat . Then you offer me a £3.02 refund on a meal that cost £12 .. then delivery and service charges on top , hardly a fair rate of refund

fries we're crispy and fries were soggy no in-between. big macs were okay and our mcflurries came in the wrong packaging. beside that it was good, added more straws than was needed.

It was my first time ordering via the app and I didn't know the driver would want a 4 digit code on delivery, so after finally sorting it out my food was cold

My large coke was all over the bottom of the bag with my my condenments soaked I.n Coco cola and both my mc furries was washed out in the bottom of the bag not happy at all I would like some answers for why this happened it is not on me n my son was having this meal as I’ve been away at work all week n was looking forward to eat with my son unfortunately I chooose just eat or n chips where cold not even funny the driver was pleasant nice chap aswell

Buns as hard as rocks, mixed matched buns(1 big and 1 very small) cold when arrived too. It seems as though nobody takes pride anymore, ketchup all over the wrapper, asked for classic cola and given sugar free yet again, hot chocolate was also cold

Take my boy here all the time cause it not bad but milkshake are hit and miss.

Delivery driver always rings me asks me to come outside then leaves me stood there 10 mins because he’s not actually anywhere nearby

Got food delivered order a 20box of nuggets with sauce got the sauce but no nuggets tried using the apps assistant for help told me my receipt wasn’t a receipt so it couldn’t help me.

Nice and warm compared to outside. Restaurant was quite busy and a bit of a wait for our food BUT we had customized our order so we expected a little wait. The dining area hostess Jennifer was really nice and friendly. Jennifer was chatty friendly and liked my old American classic car. We will definitely be using your restaurant again and we travelled from Doncaster.

Surprisingly all correct, on time and warm! Going to savour it because it probably wont happen again

Multiple items missing or wrong item sent this is frustrating and not the first time from this venue has done this.

Wrap had too much sweet chilli sauce in it and the chips were cold

Also forgot 6 hash browns the best part of it all !

Like always, no straw, no tissues, coke splited, cold fries. Just normal standard for this branch. Ohhh i forgot, one hour waiting time, driver was waiting in restaurant 20 minutes, not his fault.

The food again was very cold. Driver was very polite and friendly.

Got my full and correct order which is good for McDonald’s however it was Luke warm on arrival which I’ll never understand because I live around a 5 minute drive away however opted for delivery as no car on this occasion.

Deliverer driver forgot some of our food

Everything used to be ok and we come here fairly often. Recently however we have been reviving food that is stone cold items missing from our order our orders being wrong and staff that seem to have poor attitudes towards the customers (not all but most).

The whole order was freezing cold and we were only offered £5.75 refund which is appalling as it cost over £22

What a joke, arrived late and missing a whole meal. The food that did show up was cold. tried calling restaurant and nobody bothered answering the phone. Had to cancel items through Just Eat and when I went to re order, the meal I wanted is missing from the menu. Guess you ran out and didn't bother letting us know. Never ordering from here again, absolute trash
