My food never turned up and was delivered to the wrong house

food was fine, drinks have spilled in transport

Arrived on time, good quality food, very pleasant and friendly delivery driver!

no sauce when asked and kids can't drink there drinks no straws

food was stone cold and medium chips were only half full

Always have to park up and wait this is on an order with no special request, 20 min wait minimum, food stone cold, attitude of staff is poor

The staff in Ebbw vale need to know what sauces they need to put with orders. Just ordered a chicken share box with mayo and ketchup but none were added to order. Is this their way of saving money I don't know but spoilt my meal thanks ebbw vale

Ordered 2 mine craft meals and it came with no nether flame sauce

Always prompt. Always hot. Rarely sold out of items like other places. Monday alerts . Need a meal deal on a Monday not just the burger Keep the breakfast muffin deal. It's my goto breakfast at 2.79 Mcd in ebbw vale needs to sort out the yobs that cause trouble refuse to serve them all to start.

Made me walk outside and said my order would be cancelled if I didn’t have to walk down 3 flights of stairs not paying for delivery to go and collect it

Standard McDonald’s affair. No surprises, you get what you going for. Functional (just about!), food is consistent. It is what it is.

A few weeks ago the McDonald's app messed up. I confirmed Ebbw Vale, but the app had other ideas and sent my order to Abergavenny, where I've never been, let alone to their McDonald's. Staff said the refund was an easy process, it was not. A company this big you'd think they could just do the coffee and apologise. McDonald's HQ have not responded to my survey, so I've stopped buying McDonald's until they do. The foods Muck anyway, so I'm better off.

Chips freezing cold - delivery time kept getting later and later. Wrap had wrong items - things I asked for not to be in there.

food was cold because the driver stopped at another restaurant for another delivery to another house and they always forget to put a straw in the bag how hard is it gotta drink a milkshake without a straw nice one

If you order a delivery expect it to arrive cold with no amendment or condiments. Unfortunately eating in isn't much better. Staff do try their best at times which can make up for issues with food. More often than not this store will Unfortunately get your order wrong to some degree.

Missing items for the 2nd time on the trot. Pretty poor when they can not even fulfill the order. No childs drinks and no mccrispy smokehouse

Ordered 2 large fries and a CHOCOLATE milkshake Food came and there was 2 SMALL fries in 2 LARGE fry boxes and the milkshake LOOKED like a chocolate one but tasted like banana

Order for delivery, half the order missing. Then when I rang through and explained the error with the order, the manager basically told me there was nothing he could do and would not refund me or even offer to have the rest of my order re-delivered.

So, after threatening McDonald's Customer Services with legal action over this appalling store, there has been a climactic change in both the quality of the food, and the attitude of the Staff! ALL our home deliveries since have been correct, hot, and neatly bagged. I really couldn't fault them at all. Even the feral teenagers have disappeared from outside the store in the evenings! I've left my original review below so you can see the phenomenal improvements that have been made. I only hope they continue... If I could give NO ☆'s I would! This is, by far, THE worst McDonald's it's ever been my misfortune to patronise! Friends told me it was rubbish, but it's my local for delivery. I should have listened! TWICE I've ordered the nine Chicken Selects box, and both times I've received Chicken Nuggets! Last night was the final straw: Chicken Nuggets instead of Chicken Selects, two half empty Large Fries, NO dips, and the large banana milkshake was only 2/3 full...😡 ...they never answer the phone, so I went into the store: The 'Manager' looked about 12, and flatly refused to do anything about it! I had to 'take it up with the delivery company (Uber).' I pointed out it was cooked, bagged, and labelled (the receipt stuck to the bag was correct) by THEM, all Uber did was collect and deliver it. When KFC kept getting our deliveries wrong, the Manager replaced our entire £40 order FOC, but not this useless excuse for a takeaway. They wouldn't even give me the name of the Franchisee, so i could take it up with them! THAT is my next task after this...😡
