No sauces which I have paid for and no straws to drink our drink.

So, after threatening McDonald's Customer Services with legal action over this appalling store, there has been a climactic change in both the quality of the food, and the attitude of the Staff! ALL our home deliveries since have been correct, hot, and neatly bagged. I really couldn't fault them at all. Even the feral teenagers have disappeared from outside the store in the evenings! I've left my original review below so you can see the phenomenal improvements that have been made. I only hope they continue... If I could give NO ☆'s I would! This is, by far, THE worst McDonald's it's ever been my misfortune to patronise! Friends told me it was rubbish, but it's my local for delivery. I should have listened! TWICE I've ordered the nine Chicken Selects box, and both times I've received Chicken Nuggets! Last night was the final straw: Chicken Nuggets instead of Chicken Selects, two half empty Large Fries, NO dips, and the large banana milkshake was only 2/3 full...😡 ...they never answer the phone, so I went into the store: The 'Manager' looked about 12, and flatly refused to do anything about it! I had to 'take it up with the delivery company (Uber).' I pointed out it was cooked, bagged, and labelled (the receipt stuck to the bag was correct) by THEM, all Uber did was collect and deliver it. When KFC kept getting our deliveries wrong, the Manager replaced our entire £40 order FOC, but not this useless excuse for a takeaway. They wouldn't even give me the name of the Franchisee, so i could take it up with them! THAT is my next task after this...😡

Every time I call them up I get my sauces and my straw. When I don’t they are missing. Going forward every time I order now I call the restaurant and tell them to make sure whoever packs my meal does it correctly. Pull them up on it !!

I'm fed up with ebbw vale mcdonald's everything we order is wrong, been living here since the 1st November 2024, to date all deliveries via the app have been wrong resulting in a loss of around 20 quid off my money. When Manager was approached they were very rude. They blame the uber drivers but really they only collect sealed bags and deliver what is given to them so that is wrong. They are making money from us and refusing to deal with the issues plus they don't answer the phone. It's interesting if you add up the cost of what actually is missing from app orders. In December I took mum into the store and we ate in, this was also interesting as I ordered via the system in there, then it states on the board please collect order number blah blah, so I went to the counter to collect and waited 5 minutes, no one came to the counter to speak with me and I had to ask the cleaner to go and attract attention. Whilst we ate I could see what was going on behind the counter, it's no wonder they don't get app orders correct with the amount of time wasting and gossiping that goes on, this place needs serious management, and the staff need managing, I've had 30 years in management and what I saw was deal it needs a firm hand, staff outside smoking to! Anyway nothing will change the fact that app deliveries are wrong and they are keeping the money and refusing to deal with the concerns, I'm amazed this place has a plus 3 rating disgraceful service, staff with no customer service management that don't care.

terrible service. delivery time kept changing & food arrived over 2 hours after ordered, at the time of placing the order timing showed 30/40 mins to wait. food arrived stone cold. order 3 times from mcdonald's and the same thing happened each time. obviously standard practice for mcdonald's delivery. Will not order from them again

Is it so hard to include the sauces that is supposed to to come with the food and the extra ones that were paid for. This franchise isn’t the best on a good day, but surely they can include everything that’s been ordered

Bit of advice - call up the store when you place your order, complain staws sauces and items are always missing and you expect to get what you pay for. This time my order came spot on and I actually got my McFlurry ! They need to be pulled up on it!

The order was wrong no sauce on wraps and one wrap was wrong supposed to be sweet chilli chicken and sent bbq instead which went in bin as don’t like bbq my milkshake was half empty and tasted foul

Ordered meals and ice cream and that’s all that delivered was to Cokes.. called the restaurant they said the driver had taken all the deliveries yet the driver was only given the one item.. he even said how busy they were at the restaurant and that he had been hanging around 25 minutes for the order.. clearly a mistake the restaurants side as they clearly can’t cope with all the orders.. have to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund out of just eat.. nice one

my Ford was over two hours late it was freezing cold and like rubber could not eat I put it in the the bin

wish the cooking time didn't push the delivery back so much. first ETA was 5.15-5.30pm, then went up to 5.20-5.35 and then again to 5.25-5.40 in a short span of 15mins, all before 5pm.

bought 5 sauces BBQ and none delivered.. no straw shocking ... my son is autistic and won't eat his food without BBQ sauce. it's not rocket science. how do I make a written complaint

Busy place, staff were working hard to put the orders out, which they managed. The food was standard McD's, and the restaurant was clean. Value for money.

Went through the drive through everything was good got home to realise that they was missing two burgers and only had a half filled drink

I did not recover the order when I called the restaurant they stated there was no drivers. I was surprised to wake up and see that is was marked as delivered earlier time to which I spoke to the restaurant no delivery was attempted. I placed an order early, the order was originally 10pm that changed to 00.05-00.40. Yet delivered time states 00.10 I called the restaurant 01.00

Got 70% of a large milkshake, asked politely could they fill it a bit more please and basically said that's what the machine gave out... Queues are terrible and go on the main roads... Theres nothing fast about this "fast food" reasurant. I said to myself the last few times I visited, that I'm not going to come back. This time I won't be back at Ebbw Vale's McDonalds.

Waited 2 hours when delivered food cold went in the bin, called McDonald’s palmed off to a just eats number no answer no surprise. I had deleted the just eats app because of this very reason months ago. Reinstalled tonight to try again, needless to say will be deleting app again and steering well clear. Will deal with decent restaurants direct in future. Want to expect a response from just eats or McDonald’s because they don’t care.

McDonald's is nice to eat in. I wish I could say the same for the delivery service. Ordered £30.00 worth of food and only half the order turned up, and incorrect drink. Couldn't get hold of anyone in Mcdonald's or online. Absolutely appalling. Delivery has really let it down and no customer service. Wouldn't recommend getting a McDelivery.

Got 2 milkshakes instead of 2 cokes and an extra quarter pounder which I did not order. Other than food was great.

Overall it is a good McDonalds to visit honestly. Had security, small seating area downstairs and was quick to get my food ready.
