Had food poisoning from here recently, have been reported to food standards agency ans it’s been reported direct to kfc but clearly don’t care. orders are wrong all the time, cold food, missing items, this is the worst KFC around and needs closing down. Definitely not returning.

Absolute rubbish. I've been using this KFC for several years and only once have they managed to get my order right in the last 5 years. I normally go through the drive through everytine I visit but they just don't listen properly. A couple days ago I ordered a bucket for one and there Kansas barbecue dipp bites. I asked for a fork for the dipp bites and some barbecue sause for the chicken bucket for one. Never got my side order no fork, no barbecue sauces and no hand wipe. 2 days later I return back through the drive through and ordered the exact same order. Once again I never got my side order and no fork no wipes , no sauces. When I complained I had the drive through window slambed in my face. Today I visited same KFC, Same exact order and asked for fork , sauces and hand wipes. Guess what? They again failed on all fronts. No fork, no side order, no sauces no wipes and I asked twice for these. They just do not seem to acknowledge customers request. It seems that everytine I visit this KFC in Ebbwvale they fail to give me my side order, fork, wipes and barbecue sauces. I've had enough now of spending my money at this KFC to have window slambed in ny face and them not give me my order properly. They are also screaming and shouting about between themselves as you can hear them at the drive through speaker system and when you get to the window to pay for your order. Its like being in a juvenile playground. Absolutely unprofessional service. I've been using KFC on and off for 30+ years and have found this franchise has really gone down hill not only with its staff but the overall food standards. KFC is really losing its customers due to shabby customer service, lack of quality cooked food and staff no listening to customers properly regarding customers orders. TO ADD FUEL TO THE FIRE Today I ordered a £15.99 bucket. I had to wait ten minutes parked up for the chicken to be cooked which was not a problem. When I eventually got my order brought out to me, there was no bottle of coke. 6 pieces of chicken and 4 small bags of fries is all I had. No side order and no coke. The boy said wait here and I'll get the manager as there should be a bottle of coke at least. Ten minutes passed by no manager. So I walked into KFC and the girl that served me at the drive through that took my order just smerked at me. I said why did the manager not come out to see me knowing I've sat in my car with my food getting cold waiting ten minutes for the manager to show. She had no answer to this apart from say the meal don't come with a drink. She had a funny grin on her face and attitude to boot. So I paid for a drink separately and left before I really got pist off with her smerky little grin.

The delivery driver what a legend forgot to change the address and he brought my food over within minutes to the address that I was at no problems at all 10/10 delivery service

I am writing to express my concern regarding the repeated absence of gravy in my orders from your establishment. This is the fourth time I have placed an order through Uber Eats and have yet to receive the gravy that is advertised with the meal. I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that future orders are complete and accurate.

The young man in the drive through window today "16:00" turned his back not once but twice while passing me my food. I was absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service given, no manners at all.

Second time I've ordered from them the first they forgot the hot wings and gravy. Food was stone cold the lot. Second time I order it (I'm pregnant and craving it) missing a side order of corn, now I've worked in fast food for many years and yeah sure I forget an item every now and again but it wasn't even apart of the meal it was separate like it says corn in bold.

Always go to this kfc as its the closest to us. 9 times out of 10 though we have to complain about either missing food or the wrong order or whatever it may be . Went here tonight with my sister. Both ordered separately. There was already a queue in there bit we didn't mind that. Atmosphere was very frosty and quiet in there. Bit apparently people had just complained their food was wrong. Also jus eat drivers were comeing in and getting served before all us there's who had ordered way before them. We waited almost 35 minutes for our food to be ready. The one worker who was a youngish girl was on the phone to another customer who was complaining he had the wrong order and things were missing. She was rolling her eyes at the convo she was having on the phone. And talking really loudly so we could all here the conversation. Surely this phone call should have been taken elsewhere in the store where the worker wasn't showing off on the phone. There and then I should have checked my order But I didn as it was only 2 mighty bucket ls for 1 I had. How could they get that wrong right !! But once again we had 1 piece chicken missing from the 1 box. Why like. Every single time. From what I saw all the staff at this kfc Need more training. There was at least 9 of us waiting in store and not 1 person had a good word to say we were all moaning at each other so it wasn't jus me. Wether the others make a Complaint I cannot say. Sort this out kfc it's not acceptable to continuously have food missing or a wring order

Ordered a party bucket and it was missing the mini fillets, hot wings and popcorn chicken. And I didn't even get my order replaced. Incompetent service. And I've heard this isn't a one time thing. The manager needs to be replaced before I even think of ordering here again.
