As a courier for Uber Eats, I have had several unpleasant experiences with the staff at this restaurant. On one occasion, I arrived to pick up an order and the restaurant was quiet, with only one person preparing orders and several others standing around. Despite waiting to be served, I was told by a staff member that he was not allowed to give me the order, even though it was ready in a bag. I am disappointed with the level of service I have received from this restaurant and would like to speak to a manager about this matter. I believe that the staff's behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Very busy but clean. Same food as any other Mac Donald's but tasty

Located within McArthur glen outlet. Loads of seating and other things to do nearby. They now have charging sockets so you can charge your phone/tablets/laptops for free. Definitely a bonus

No frappe, no donuts not so good

Disastrous, missed several parts of the order and got several others wrong. The bits that were correct were haphazardly thrown together and crushed. Overall experience was dissapointing, least competent mcdonalds I've ever been to

Good place to take the kids but it's not really my sort of food. Always clean and tidy and the kids love it so I'm happy

Usually go to one in bridgend the staff are young but very helpful the restaurant is clean and food hot and tasty

Absolute delinquents, waited 30 minutes for my PLAIN burger to be full of ketchup. Don’t have a job if you can’t do it properly, getting paid for doing the bare minimum and even that’s too much to ask.

Definitely one of the worst McDonalds around. Usually I order from here online and they often forget parts of my order, this time I went in placed an order to eat in.. Part of my order came and was told I'd have to wait 20 minutes for my apple pie. No offer of a refund or substitute item. Yet again, it's places like this that give that stigma of unintelligent people only being able to work in McDonalds. The food I was actually able to eat was alright though, the atmosphere... Well, it definitely wasn't relaxing.. Screaming children and homeless people everywhere. 2/5

Ordered on the app paid for a bag on the app and selected take away when I went to collect my food it was on a tray when I asked for a bag I was told I had to pay 5p and when I said I asked for it to take away said I had to pay 5p anyway and I already paid on the app for a bag why should I pay again ! Not happy very rude about it. Burger had fallen out of the box when she put it in and it was everywhere! Very unhappy

Shrinkflation,the breakfast burger was about the width of the cup top, too small, also old size coffee is now LARGE.So not enough coffee either.

Our food was ready on the side and our number came up, after a few minutes our number disappeared, food was still in same place, after a couple more minutes our drinks were ready and the food was given to us, food wasn't very hot and the coke zero was absolutely disgusting, couldn't drink it.

The McFlurry has a huge gap in the tub and they haven’t put none of the Oreo bits on properly

I like to go to McDonald's, I like their food and coffee. I start every day with a McDonald's coffee.

Bought a £1.99 wrap, ordered using the machine which gave me no receipt. Walked and and gave it to my daughter, I then used the toilet. She started eating it and phoned me to tell me they got it wrong. I told the boy who served me and he admitted the mistake. He told me to go find my daughter bring back the wrap so he could despose of it then wait another 10 mins while he corrected their mistake. I generally don't know how I didn't despose of him in the bin.

Ordered from UberEats. Paid 16 pounds. Chicken Big Mac was missing. The drink was spilled, not properly packed. No sauces as instructed. What's going on.

Tasteless burgers,tiny in size .

The food was nice but the staff didn't give us space to eat our breakfast. To older ladies Talk about over members of staff. Not very nice to hear.

Nice food. It tasted very nice and it had good service. I did not really like the atmosphere because it was just not anything special. I would definitely recommend this place, but not too often because the food is not very healthy.

A McDonald’s without ketchup is like a beach without sand

It's a mcdonalds... Service was pretty quick considering it's a busy Saturday. Food was hot when given.

Machines that I witnessed not working (cancelled orders and out of receipt paper) non existent queuing system where people just mix in with those who have already ordered causing confusion, then no dips or straws put into the take away bags requested. A hassle to go up and ask due to the queue. Then the seating at peak time is non existent. Not a good experience.

The drive through service has got as bad as their mcdelivery service. Waiting at a order point that they either couldn’t use and weren’t willing to go out in the rain to block off or just the sheer incompetence of their staff, didn’t have the option of going in had a disabled child in the car.

Don't bother thay prioritize delivery drivers over eat in customers waited well over 30 mins then the numbers after mine were coming up total disgrace of a place save your money go somewhere else were thay look after eat in customers.

Very busy, very efficient my order was processed as an 'eat in' rather than take away so no bag that I'd paid for but other than that they cope with loads of customers extremely well. Thank you

McDonald's coffee is better than it used to be. Quite a few of the ordering screens are often out of order so there's a bit of a queue.

It's macdonald's, bit small so very busy and ordering and delivery is no longer fast food. Food was ok.

Very busy. Order didn’t process on McDonald’s app as they had run out of one of the McFlurry ingredients. Staff called up my order via a code but it was the wrong order and was overcharged. Refunded a day later.

visited Yesterday with a family member,lovely place friendly staff,only gripe no vinegar but it happens

Not very happy today as I ordered a meal with no lettece and It even said no lettece on the box. My biggest concern is that what if someone with allergies ordered something and the same thing that happened to me happened to them but they ended up in a hospital. Macdonalds do better please.

Had 3 flake mcflurrys, very disappointed as only a tiny amount of sauce and flake, therefore felt like a plain ice cream!

Cold food chips undercooked service poor

Ordered food from here. It took 2 hours to arrive. Most of the food was either wrong or missing. The food that did arrive was unsurprisingly freezing, apart from the mcflurrys which were melted. Called the restaurant who told me there was nothing they could do. Absolutely unacceptable

Food orders took far too long for a fully staffed kitchen with only three people waiting.

If I could I would give them zero stars ! Really rude staff, do you know what to be kind and nice to your customers ? I think no ! Without us you wouldn't have job just think twice how you act and treat people !

ordered a uber eats through mcdonald’s and the food was dreadful. chips are cold,ordered several dips and never get any anytime i order. this happens every time i order and i 100% recommend NOT ordering from here ever. the staff don’t care and are useless and just awful customer service.

Ordered through Uber eats for delivery, food was cold and missing a burger, phoned the store, they did not care and just told me to get a refund on the app, disgraceful service and attitude from the staff to be quite honest and will not be ordering from here again, not that I expect a response or care from the staff when they read this, expected better.

Just went in McDonald's with one customer waiting and about 8 staff behind the counter chatting. I waited a couple of minutes then one young lady made eyes to another to serve me. I heard the 2nd one saying I'm not serving him so I walked out. How rude.
