McDonald’s in North Down

said delivery for 21:23. arrived 22:08. no Minecraft toy. everything absolutely freezing. waste of time and money. never again

Sauces missing. All Minecraft figures missing. Wrong size smartie mcflurry

Nearly an hour for food whenever it is 10 mins down the road the main the thing I wanted was a brownie and couldn’t get me one so I got a cookie and the driver was so lazy he couldn’t walk up the stairs and knock the door so had me get changed and walk down to get my order which took for too long what a joke

When I ordered the food it said it would be 29mins then time kept getting added on, 1hr 30 later the food arrived absolutely freezing and could tell it had been sitting out for quite some time.

No dips food was cold and didn’t get my proper order not impressed won’t be ordering again

There is a double chilli cheese burger and the food is freezing I will not be eating that please make this right!!

Partner ordered a big mac meal and his burger arrived with a bite taken out of it… Says it all really.

great delivery this time. i just don't like that i ordered a big mac meal earlier tonight but didn't get the fries and had to order again.

Driver stole food and drive away

spent over £20 and my stuff was never delivered, despite the driver being street next to mine, then it was marked as delivered. we went to mcdonalds to retrieve our order only to find they had shut early.

Incredibly slow for simple orders. Claims to be open at 6am however the door was still locked at 6:30

Food was cold despite the journey for delivery being less than 0.5 mile.

The absolute pits...always chronically slow and orders never right...slow even when quiet..

I don't like doing this but This has to be the slowest McDonald's in the world It doesn't seem to matter what time of day or evening ( it's not 24hr) but I always get parked up I can understand if it's 6pm on a Friday And there is a huge queue But 10pm sorry guys , for three mcflurries ,and two value cheeseburgers I was the fifth car parked up I know why yous park us up It means that it appears the the cars are moving thru your drive thru I'm halfway between knocknagoney and connsewater and to be honest it's chalk and cheese

Delivery driver its a legend....you need more drivers like him,very helpfull man

the conplete wrong order was sent so kids now have nothing to eat

We ordered food for my son’s birthday tonight and yet again a burger was missing from the order. Missing items from just eat/McDonalds at knocknagoney happens so frequently it is very frustrating

Food was lukewarm but decent enough. Delivery driver noticed drinks had spilled and went above and beyond and got them delivered again - many thanks to him.

Delivery time was ok. Driver was polite but food was cold, not the drivers fault. It seems any order from here is cold or items missing or completely wrong.

This order was made at 16:59 and has not arrived yet as of 19:16

Last 4 times my family's order has been wrong & not receiving items we ordered. Chicken and fries are consistently lukewarm. Branch is going down hill in terms of service!

This is the slowest McDonald’s in the country. They are consistently slow in processing drive through orders and the last three times now the food has been lukewarm. You’d think if you were waiting so long it’s because the food is being cooked but when it’s finally served lukewarm you wonder what’s going on.

I love mc Donald’s. It’s also my first time using just eat. My delivery was actually early so I was looking forward to nice hot meal. The fries were freezing. My coke was spilled and my cheese melt dippers weren’t even in the bag! money waisted

I ordered 3 meals and chicken box the driver showed up with just three drinks from the meals then argued with me about returning to the restaurant to get the missing items. This is the second time this has happened in this McDonald £40 of food ordered to receive nothing but drinks! No food received I will never order from just eat again

2nd time in 2 days just eat drivers have either taken my food or the restaurant clearly hasn’t put it in now I will sue if I don’t see my 2 refunds this is bang out of order

Stop with the cold half portions of fries.

Absolutely ridiculous. Preordered 3 hours ahead of time for the order to be late. Paid for extras in cheeseburgers - got them plain. How many complaints and bad reviews people have to make for someone to actually check the quality of this place.

It’s McDonald’s need you say anymore. Although if you’re coming on a Sunday you’ll need to arrive on Friday afternoon for they are wild slow.

Quite disappointed today! Come here every Monday with my Granddaughter and usually the toilets are spotless and Marie is always upstairs to greet us with a friendly smile and chat. Today no Marie and the toilets are not clean...sticky floors, filthy mirrors etc

According to the real time delivery process on the app our courier had our order out for a drive in to east Belfast then Holywood, then back to east Belfast before coming back to deliver to Holywood. When asked why it took so long he said “just you know, very busy” . Didn’t really order from just eat to have to heat it up in the microwave!!!

Absolutely shocking. Ordered 2 large meals and got 2 small chips. Food was over cooked and not at all nice to eat, left the chips because they tasted old and full of salt Service was not with a smile or helpful. Every time we go in the staff don’t seem interested and service is always incredibly slow even when it’s not busy.

the staff moves very slowly I wait 20 25 minutes for an order of two products, I don't know where the problem is but I think there is no line manager directing these employees to do their job properly or to move a little faster they sit and pretend they don't see you like they don't care about the customers they should to see them.....
