Why is there always something missing

do you just like throw the items at a bag and whatever lands in it the customer gets. useless

first McDonald's order I've had in a while that was all correct thank you

Burger bun was rock solid and burnt, semeed to be frozen and toasted

Waited 2 hours for food which is a 15 minute drive

Over 2 hours for delivery, inevitably received cold meals.

Food didn’t come to Leonardo hotel just now

the food was freezing. can't heat it as it taste rotten

I ordered 3 meals and chicken box the driver showed up with just three drinks from the meals then argued with me about returning to the restaurant to get the missing items. This is the second time this has happened in this McDonald £40 of food ordered to receive nothing but drinks! No food received I will never order from just eat again

2nd time in 2 days just eat drivers have either taken my food or the restaurant clearly hasn’t put it in now I will sue if I don’t see my 2 refunds this is bang out of order

Absolutely ridiculous. Preordered 3 hours ahead of time for the order to be late. Paid for extras in cheeseburgers - got them plain. How many complaints and bad reviews people have to make for someone to actually check the quality of this place.

took over an hour for my food to even be prepared, it was delivered as cold as the milkshake and 10 chips in the happymeal .

It’s McDonald’s need you say anymore. Although if you’re coming on a Sunday you’ll need to arrive on Friday afternoon for they are wild slow.

Quite disappointed today! Come here every Monday with my Granddaughter and usually the toilets are spotless and Marie is always upstairs to greet us with a friendly smile and chat. Today no Marie and the toilets are not clean...sticky floors, filthy mirrors etc

I have to say the the delivery driver who delivered our order should be sacked!! All our drinks were literally half empty and bag was all wet!! Food was freezing!! Totally disgusted!!

According to the real time delivery process on the app our courier had our order out for a drive in to east Belfast then Holywood, then back to east Belfast before coming back to deliver to Holywood. When asked why it took so long he said “just you know, very busy” . Didn’t really order from just eat to have to heat it up in the microwave!!!

The courier was lovely but the food was delivered almost an hour late, and was semi cold by the time it got to us

Absolutely shocking. Ordered 2 large meals and got 2 small chips. Food was over cooked and not at all nice to eat, left the chips because they tasted old and full of salt Service was not with a smile or helpful. Every time we go in the staff don’t seem interested and service is always incredibly slow even when it’s not busy.

Food delivered all drinks a third full and wraps had stuff on them we didn't ask for!! Absolutely abysmal!! Will be claimymoney back!!

the staff moves very slowly I wait 20 25 minutes for an order of two products, I don't know where the problem is but I think there is no line manager directing these employees to do their job properly or to move a little faster they sit and pretend they don't see you like they don't care about the customers they should to see them.....

Delivered it somewhere completely different

The order incomplete and cold. I tried calling restaurant 4 times, but no response. Highly disappointed.

Food was still warm when it got to mine

The food arrived cold. Fries were like stone. The patty had been cooked /dipped im oil fryer at least twice,it was not fresh. Did not enjoy.

Good being able to track the delivery. Pleasant delivery guy.

4th and last visit, every time it's late ng waiting with only two or three cars in line, staff are all very quietly spoken so you can't hear anything on the speaker or window, always end up pulled up to the waiting area, waiting for cold food and not once have I received my full order, always always something missing. Time before last I asked for a callback from management about the issue and I'm still waiting. Save the headache and go down the road to Connswater or Dundonald

Two items were wrong food was cold. driver sat outside restraunt for 30 minutes before driving to my house.

order was wrong and not warm. missing items to. this has happened twice from here. won't get from this branch again.

Everything Actually showed up and I mean everything. even the napkins!! AND IT WAS ACTUALLY WARM like straight out of the fryer I'm lost for words.

Food is terrible, went this morning and there was egg shells in my sausage egg mcmuffin, in other occasions i have had a burnt brownie, wrong orders multiple times and missing items. Although the staff is okay.

Haven't ordered for a while was happy when it arrived!

This particular restaurant is one I've only experienced recently but is a modern one with the usual menu and ample parking spaces.

Absolutely useless, as shown on receipt I ordered three fries to go with three burgers for three people but only received one fries leaving two people very hungry!

Ordered chips. Didn't get them. I ordered 3 things. 11 at night. What even??

Recently I went to McDonalds knocknagoney and my experience was really bad because they for ages to get my food ready so I said to my mum to go and ask and they said they had a timer on the food which they didn’t so meant that we didn’t get are food at all so I don’t know if the customer service is any good because they take for ages to get food ready

second time I never get the food , it is been delivered to the wrong address, should not leave all the gypsies to do this job as they can not do it properly

Served by Marie today. Excellent service. Fair price. The place was spotless, as were the toilets. Marie was great with the kids. Very happy with everything.

This isn’t the first time i have ordered food and sauces and the sauces haven’t came. You know there is nothing worse than eating dry chicken nuggets!

Possibly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, from getting hit with £3 in 10ps to getting order wrong not once but twice within a few days when I perfectly explained what it was I wanted as the child was allergic to cheese!, not be back. Maybe it the staff would listen more often things could improve

I perfer going to here as compared to others its well laid out good parking bays for orders taking longer. Dont get me started about abbeycentre or glengormly near cinema But the food is always decen and u have the big carpark of teacos to eat ur food.

Wanted to get breakfast here as me and kids had a busy day out and about but just got some drinks and decided to order on their app later when we were going to be home,I know this isn't a review for the app but as I have opportunity I'm just going to put it up,ordered on app while we were still out timed for it to come when we got home it came my 2 sons orders were there but mine was not,I wasn't even shocked to be honest not the first time it's happened, went onto app for help to say it didn't come and it was just useless. But the store while we were getting our drinks at start of day was great staff very nice as always.

Forgot the 20 nuggets. Always forget something. I just can’t believe they sent the sauces 🤣

Has to be the worst McDonalds in the county for getting orders wrong. I’m my own worst enemy for going back but it’s the handiest to me and I love McDonalds lol. However they consistently get orders wrong so always make sure you check yours before you drive off. It’s became a running joke about items they’ll miss anytime we go. Tonight I got a cheeseburger without the actual meat patty in it. Then when they gave me a new one, it wasn’t what I ordered. Lol. There is ALWAYS something wrong with your order. Don’t expect apologies either from here for their mistakes. You’ll not get one!

terrible quality and cold, I still ate it, that says alot about me but even more about the food.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at McDonald's today. First, they completely forgot my chips and the sauces I specifically requested. These items are a basic part of the meal, and their absence made the entire meal incomplete and unsatisfying. To make matters worse, when my order was delivered my 2 diet cokes were spilt everywhere leaving only half of my large drinks. I take my Diet Coke very seriously and it is a key part of my day, it left me in complete anger when I couldn’t have my desired amount of my favourite drink. This level of carelessness is unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone a well-established chain like McDonald's. The lack of attention to detail and customer care was evident, and it left me very dissatisfied. On top of this disgrace of an experience, my delivery driver lacked the common knowledge to locate my house asking for directions of me, as if it’s not his job to delivery my order and simply use a satnav. I hope you realise that I am enraged and infuriated by this disgusting behaviour on your half. I expected a simple, hassle-free meal and ended up with a mess and a poor dining experience. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Shocking food came completely cold all has to be warmed up in Airfryer, happening most times now when ya order anything on Just Eat

this is the 5th time ive got delivery and my drinks have all been spilt and driver says they can do nothing about it then when ive went to McDonalds there blaming driver.

Once again an order from this McDonalds has items missing. The bags are all sealed so it’s an issue with the restaurant and it needs sorted.
