Missing items and too long to deliver

it so cold to the point where i can’t even eat it i want my money back .. never ordering from here again

after waiting nearly 2 hours of waiting the food turnt up freezing cold. complete waste of money

Never turned up so I had to collect. Spoke to the restaurant to chase the status they said it had been ready for 15 mins no sign of a driver but the app said driver was waiting. Not the restaurants fault but once I arrived the delivery driver whose bag had been sat in the counter since we got there suddenly appeared asking after our order. In other words he had sat around for about half an hour whilst the food went cold and then decided once it had been an hour to deliver it!

well if on time takes 1 hour and 40 minutes for a fast food joint to cook breakfast & deliver 3 miles down the road

my McDonald's bag was open and not sealed my good is cold having to microwave my meals

As usual no straw for drink paid for sauce and no sauce in bag and the ice cream was like water

didn't get the correct dips or the cucumbers i ordered....

I keep requesting for our mcdonalds order not to be delivered on a bicycle or moped they always fail

no syrup with pancakes or cutlery. mcmuffin not wrapped up.

No dips which I paid for and the mozzarella dippers didn’t even come with the rich tomato sauce lovely and dry

Said 40 mins then as the time went down it jumped back up and did this multiple times then when the food turned up it was cold and given the wrong drinks

2 hours I waited for it I went and brought it again as kids were starving and when it came it was stone cold I want a refund

food was colder than normal I have made decision that macdonalds is not a food for delivery ,you either eat in restraunt or in the car y

Shockingly bad! Everything was cold! Forgot a sauce and only filled my large strawberry milkshake half way! Worse McDonald’s tbh!

They left out a portion of fries. Did get the sauces though - for once!!

Food was absolutely fine and hot. Staff friendly and helpful. Can get table service here and theres a drive thru. Gets very very busy, especially at weekends. Car park not overly big but ok, although at weekends can sometimes struggle to find a hole.

Thanks to Kai for making my sons visit just that little more special! Not all McDonalds employees are created equally, and it’s the little things that differentiate.

Great service - clean and tidy, fresh food, tables cleared, trays emptied for you. Staff member held open the door to the bathrooms and called me Sir! Food was delivered to table in minutes. Fair play - this team hit it out the park - one of the better McDonald’s.

One of better Macdonald's, but 5 stars is a high end restsirant, which this is not. Reliable, consistent and clean. 🙂😊🙂

Placed my order for 2 inside the restaurant, I was the only customer waiting at the counter for my food and had to wait nearly 10 minutes for my food, drive through and home delivery customer's seem to take priority, appalling.

Yes it was early in the morning (about 1am) but the food was served stone cold. Chips looked like they had been cooked twice, were like cardboard in texture and freezing. Opened up the Philly cheese stack and counted 3 pieces of crispy onions and again all of it cold. Considering we were only 2 of 6 people in there you would think the food would at least be hot! And what is with the crap on the walls and the shocking music playing!

So far, this is the one McDonald's I have been too in the past 6 months that gets an order right the first time.

Brilliant 24 hrs, turned up at 00.30 and just a sign saying closed at 10 with the doors locked! Thanks for the warning

Was missing the Minecraft figure so not that happy as my son was excited to get one

Just pick up my food obviously it was sitting on the side because the car in front we was waiting on them and soon as we pulled up, he gave me my food. The chips were cold and shrivelled up.burger was cold not good enough

fail to pack straws so drinks are a lot more annoying

Food was stone cold. Happy meal without chips! And Diet Coke was spilt all in the bag. When I took the bag off the driver it had dripped from my front door all the way to kitchen. Very unhappy.

The McDonald's location can get quite bustling, especially during peak hours, but it consistently maintains a clean and tidy appearance. The drive-thru often experiences heavy traffic, yet despite the rush, the staff always manage to stay friendly and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience.

The driver was meant to come to us straight yet he seemed to go odd end of the town and rounds the houses! Clearly delivering for other app now my 4 kids are eating late and eating food that is cold

food was cold a chips were so dry you couldn't eat them

Forgot to put a straw in the bag for a milkshake so cold that when i opened the lid and went to take a sip, the whole thing splatted up me mush like it was a lump of melted ice cream 🤦🏻‍♂️😂

when I ordered, I saw the estimated time of delivery was 20 mins later. The time changed at least 5 times and ended up coming almost an hour after I ordered it. I watched the driver on the app. it's clear he is multi apping as he was going to two different areas of Ashford before he was en route to me. As a result, my meal was stone cold.

I guess its the better than average McDonald's. Atmosphere is usually terrible. food was good the time I ate there. Service is quick where can be.

The food was cold especially the chips absolutely upset and appalled by this very upset by this aswell.

Freezing cold over 2 hours late

Forgot dips and happy meal box left open meaning it was colder than it should be - otherwise fine.

This is my favourite maccers, I often drive past the j8 mcdonalds just to come to j9 for better service.

Only ordered 20 nuggets and chips- both were cold! £2.90 refund though for food I didn’t eat!

Good, but not as good as Park Farm folkestone. Park farm staff are so much more friendly .....

I always ordered from this place and nothing had gone wrong but the food is always cold when it's delivered and my drink was spilled and I did not get an apology from the driver.

Wonderful to grab something to quickly stop the hangries..... Great manager, so helpful and positive, we enjoyed our fast food. Salad was so fresh and healthy. Banana milk shake soooooo tasty. Thanks Macdonalds.

My burger was squished and hanging out and I had no straw to drink

Check you order as you wait ages and then when you get it its wrong. They give you your mcflurry while you have wait ages for your order and by the time you get your order the icecream is half melted. Time after time if had the wrong order and had to wait ages. We have given up going to this location.

Never been to a nicer McDonalds! Lovely, friendly, helpful staff who's kindness make a huge difference to people's day. Restaurant was immaculate and the food was perfect and hot! Thank you
