McDonald's in Great Yarmouth

I guess its the better than average McDonald's. Atmosphere is usually terrible. food was good the time I ate there. Service is quick where can be.

Food came cold, got some of the order wrong and some food didn't even turn up

Ordered an oasis & got coke. Burgers were cold

A modern style McDonalds, which was very clean when I visited. Plenty of parking and easy access from the motorway.

Freezing cold over 2 hours late

Forgot dips and happy meal box left open meaning it was colder than it should be - otherwise fine.

This is my favourite maccers, I often drive past the j8 mcdonalds just to come to j9 for better service.

Only ordered 20 nuggets and chips- both were cold! £2.90 refund though for food I didn’t eat!

I always ordered from this place and nothing had gone wrong but the food is always cold when it's delivered and my drink was spilled and I did not get an apology from the driver.

The delivery was perfect xx however the chicken selects were tough and hard to eat

Wonderful to grab something to quickly stop the hangries..... Great manager, so helpful and positive, we enjoyed our fast food. Salad was so fresh and healthy. Banana milk shake soooooo tasty. Thanks Macdonalds.

My burger was squished and hanging out and I had no straw to drink

Check you order as you wait ages and then when you get it its wrong. They give you your mcflurry while you have wait ages for your order and by the time you get your order the icecream is half melted. Time after time if had the wrong order and had to wait ages. We have given up going to this location.

Never been to a nicer McDonalds! Lovely, friendly, helpful staff who's kindness make a huge difference to people's day. Restaurant was immaculate and the food was perfect and hot! Thank you

only came with the drinks and fries no burgers had to drive there to get cold burgers and all i got on the phone from the manager was will just give you free food when your in next well that would help me now as my whole family is hungry and im not coming back to your store even if you payed me too attiuide from staff when i got there was like they couldnt be bothered had to asked for the manager 4 times before i spoke to her never again

Food stone cold waited over an hour for it to come . Couldn’t be eat it and have nothing here to heat it uo , that’s why ordered a take away . And then only offered £2.39 !!! When it was two meals … cost me a lot more than £2:39 . This mornings delivery was the same so I will not be ordering again just eat

MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE! they were busy so I have a little bit of empathy for them but they left out the chicken in the mcchicken sandwich, which is a joke, who makes a burger without the actual burger patty?!?! After waiting for 30 mins too. It was too late by the time we realised, we were half way down M20 after a late trip arriving from Calais.

Food was cold when it got to me, missing nuggets from the happy meal. The driver also made me walk a few minutes away to get my food with two young children. Trying to say he couldn’t find it when it’s one straight road you follow round !!!!

my breakfast wrap only had hash brown and egg in it. with brown sauce bit disappointed. sorry can't do a photo I've eaten it. it was also not very hot.

Courier was on a push bike. Food cold, oj leaking and fell out of the bottom of the bag. Courier couldn’t get a signal for the code and held onto the food for ages. Had the cheek to ask if he could connect to our WiFi. Meanwhile food was sat there.

Perfection! Last Sausage and egg McMuffin before hitting the continent! Ordered and the app and for once the order was there by the time I parked up.

I ordered the food at 6pm and it turned up at 8.15 after me trying to get in contact with just eat to cancel after the times kept getting pushed back. I have pictures of the times I kept getting given so had to cancel the order when it turned up at my house.

Can I ask do employees get a bonus or commission for not providing syrup or the smallest amounts with strawberry lemonade? Everytime my wife orders one she gets the smallest amount of the syrup meaning it isn’t a strawberry lemonade it’s just frozen tasteless ice!

It was ok the kids enjoyed their meals which is the main thing.

Very nice meal.I was there with family. A member of staff helped me with my order as I was having problems.

The service doesn't deserve any stars. Rude and arrogant staff member at drive through window. Line up of cars all told to wait for their order as usual, served ice cream first then told to wait. I asked if I could have the ice cream served with the rest of the order as it's common sense it would melt. Was scoffed at and told "no, but I can chuck it in our freezer while you wait". Got home to find the fries thrown in the happy meal box with the fries packet on top not even opened. Is it so hard to deliver a reasonable level of customer service for people who are paying for food? After a 12 hour shift as an emergency worker I dont expect this type of attitude when picking up a quick dinner. The boy who served me felt so slighted that I made a reasonable request. Good luck in the big wide world eventually, with that attitude you're not going anywhere.
