Burgers and Nuggets were ok... Fries cold, but still edible...

Big Mac burger was over cooked and dry n fries was freezing

my food is completely wrong I did not order what time to me

it took about 1 hour 45 to be delivered then it was cold and didn't even have a mcflurry I ordered rubbish plsce

Chips was over cooked and cold and the derviry driver can’t read instructions went to the wrong house then tryed to hand my food over the fence told him I had no shoes on my drink was leaking and missing a straw has well

Got the wrong order I asked for 20 nuggets and chips with a coco cola and got a big mac with fries I can’t eat Big Macs due to my religion this is really upsetting!

Forgot fries. Bilston mcdonalds employee's forget something every single time. I work in fast food so I know how easy it is to get an order correct. Your workers are lazy, useless and you need to fire them, absolutely ridiculous... so do your job.

Have had just drinks delivered. no food at all. Paid nearly £40 on drinks alone.

not happy at all, ordered last night and received half a drink due to it leaking in the bag, no straw, no sauce and cold food.

They got my order wrong on three separate occasions. Amateurs when under pressure.

Ordered a feed the family meal deal supposed to come with 4 burgers and 2 fries 3 burgers sent and no fries sent what so ever, absolutely disgusting, charging over the moon prices and dont even get what you pay for

Sunday morning on the way to a car boot, paid by app staff in a good mood nice atmosphere

The gentleman who delivered our order clearly had a language barrier and was struggling with English, bur he still wished me a merry Christmas which was very nice of him. What a lovely driver.

Wtfh nearly every time I order a McDonald’s you messed the order up. I have an autistic child and I specifically asked with no ketchup No pickles!! What’s the point you asking me to remove them. When you add things I didn’t asked for and 2 medium fries from this order is missing … Child in tears. NOT a Happy Meal.. SAD meal!!

All the food was cold , order 2 milkshake and was send 2 coca instead and i paid a extra 1.60 for the milkshake

Always busy as its a small mcdonalds, gets hectic, slow service. Car park gets busy as well and more so the drive thru. When you do get served it's very hot so it's fresh which is a bonus

Food was okay a little on the cold side, my McFlurry was wrong ordered a malteasers one and got smarties and McDonalds has definitely got expensive lately for what u get.

They kept changing the delivery so we had to wait an hour for the food it came and a drink was leaking and leaked everywhere they forgot a milkshake 3 McFlurrys and a toffee pie and it didn’t state unavailable on the menu.

For the 2nd time visiting bilston McDonald's, the drinks have been incomplete and vile taste..

Always has what I want fabulous, the limited edition toasted marshmallow hot chocolate and coffee lattes were lovely. I had the bbq Mc Rib. It was delicious 😋

I've been here a few times often having to wait in a bay for food. My order has been bought out by a young indian trainee lad his name is AJ I think its on his badge. Such a lovely young lad, with big smile on his face a and a sweet manner.

How hard can it possibly be to check items off a list and put them into a bag? I’ve never received the correct order. The level of ridiculousness is off the scale. You order latte a coke arrives, I ordered 2 meals only fries were packed. They try to blame it on the driver, but the bags are sealed with the receipt attached stating everything that’s SUPPOSED to be in the bag. It doesn’t take a university degree to figure out you’ve packed 2 items in a bag instead of 6. Useless place.

Fries were cold, mozzarella dippers was barely warm and mcflurries were half melted, absolutely poor quality.

Mcdonalds is what it is. Little slow on the service food was fine as far as fast food goes.

If I could give less than one star I would, my food not only took ages to come mine and my partners food came cold without the dips we ordered, absolutely shocking the state my fries came in, I’ve worked in hospitality myself, I understand people get busy but I have never sent food out in that state.

when ordering they mess up orders most of the time even missing out certain foods or specific orders

Great food, I had a Philly Cheese Stack meal with fries and a coke and they brought it within 8 minutes and the fries were warm and the burger was juicy and delicious, restaurant was quite busy but I am happy with my experience so it gets a 4 star rating!

Not much of a McDonald's user, but this place does tend to get more their fair share of people with bad attitudes, poor staff have too deal with some people who I think maybe should stay home and learn to cook instead of inflicting themselves onto the world, just sitting in your car and making a food order Is not that difficult and should lead to anyone being abusive towards the staff

U know u don’t need A* results to put a chicken patty in a bloody bun how on the earth do u make a chicken burger and not put a chicken patty in like how? Plus why are all staff always busy chatting away instead of doing their job how hard is it u get paid to work so bloody work. U can do ur chit chat after work or on ur break why mess up customers orders. Don’t want to work simple don’t go there to work. I’m guessing the staff never get their orders wrong. Either way u get a delivery, go in or drive thru they can never get an order right!!! Mc Donald’s really need to get some standards back in!!

Go in here most times we come to Blackpool. Very clean and friendly staff always willing to help. A good place to visit.

Ordered Grimace Shake and paid for - McDonald's edited my reciept without it, depsite being charged via Just Eat and now I've been jokingly given account credit when I won't be using it again. Also this McdDonald's phone line is dead

Gave me a Big Mac instead of a chicken sandwich meal. Drive though staff was more interested in the tramp putting something under the tyre of on of the staffs vehicle! Couldn’t be arsed to put my points on my app! I always go to Maccys and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

9 times out of 10 they get the order wrong. I mean how can you miss out half the order pratcially every time?! On the rare occasion the order is right the burgers are burnt or the chips are cold!
