McDonald's in Wolverhampton

I ordered food inside and it was completely missed during preparation. Had to wait around 25 minutes just for them to fix their mistake. Staff seemed overwhelmed and clearly not capable of handling a busy environment. Absolute disorder behind the counter. No urgency, no clue. Definitely not recommended.

Ordered takeaway, 4 burger meals and got 4 burgers and drinks without any fries. Don't even know how that happens. Why is it so difficult to get good service from McD's. So had meal with cold burgers, warm fries and warm drinks. Won't use Bilston McDonald's again. Not first time had poor service. SO ANNOYING!

This place keeps missing things in our order. The other week we ordered a cheese burger as well as other things and the cheese burger just came as a bun and no burger how can you mess that up so badly? This time we ordered two sausage eggs McMuffins two hash browns and pancakes and we had no hash browns in our order. It’s seems when they are doing an order for delivery they do not care at all about checking it it’s a joke and when you go to ring the number they have on google it’s not even in service. So annoyed! Won’t use this place again

Absolutely awful establishment. The food takes ages to be prepared then arrives cold and dried up, they forgot our sauces that we paid collectively £1.50 for AND specifically put on delivery instructions to not forget them.

Sumeet the manager was very abusing to me she is very racist obviously does not like white people and missed all my sauces after I was abused avoid white people if you don’t want to be abused will never go here again and can’t buy an ice cream after 12 and mc Donald’s stole 50 p from me for sweet chilli dip wich i never had so I’ll be in 2 morrow for the money thank you

We ordered via mobile, the drive to their car park, paid on the car park from mobile then text where we were parked, then it was delivered very quickly to our car. Excellent. (I have mobility problems.

Got the wrong order I asked for 20 nuggets and chips with a coco cola and got a big mac with fries I can’t eat Big Macs due to my religion this is really upsetting!

Forgot fries. Bilston mcdonalds employee's forget something every single time. I work in fast food so I know how easy it is to get an order correct. Your workers are lazy, useless and you need to fire them, absolutely ridiculous... so do your job.

For someone who works at a McDonald’s we went today and yesterday, and both of the times the chips was hard, and tasted old this McDonald’s use to be really nice ages ago, and the Big Mac I had today had the wrong bun, and just looked and tasted weird.

I brought a breakfast wrap and it was plastered in ketchup after I asked for less ketchup I basically had the same and my burger looked tampered with ... don't mess with people's food you fools .

Wtfh nearly every time I order a McDonald’s you messed the order up. I have an autistic child and I specifically asked with no ketchup No pickles!! What’s the point you asking me to remove them. When you add things I didn’t asked for and 2 medium fries from this order is missing … Child in tears. NOT a Happy Meal.. SAD meal!!

I've been here a few times often having to wait in a bay for food. My order has been bought out by a young indian trainee lad his name is AJ I think its on his badge. Such a lovely young lad, with big smile on his face a and a sweet manner.

The staff always impress me at this Mcdonalds, I use the place late at night after a long shift at work. Always they are friendly and professional.

How hard can it possibly be to check items off a list and put them into a bag? I’ve never received the correct order. The level of ridiculousness is off the scale. You order latte a coke arrives, I ordered 2 meals only fries were packed. They try to blame it on the driver, but the bags are sealed with the receipt attached stating everything that’s SUPPOSED to be in the bag. It doesn’t take a university degree to figure out you’ve packed 2 items in a bag instead of 6. Useless place.

Fries were cold, mozzarella dippers was barely warm and mcflurries were half melted, absolutely poor quality.

Mcdonalds is what it is. Little slow on the service food was fine as far as fast food goes.

If I could give less than one star I would, my food not only took ages to come mine and my partners food came cold without the dips we ordered, absolutely shocking the state my fries came in, I’ve worked in hospitality myself, I understand people get busy but I have never sent food out in that state.

Great food, I had a Philly Cheese Stack meal with fries and a coke and they brought it within 8 minutes and the fries were warm and the burger was juicy and delicious, restaurant was quite busy but I am happy with my experience so it gets a 4 star rating!

Not much of a McDonald's user, but this place does tend to get more their fair share of people with bad attitudes, poor staff have too deal with some people who I think maybe should stay home and learn to cook instead of inflicting themselves onto the world, just sitting in your car and making a food order Is not that difficult and should lead to anyone being abusive towards the staff

U know u don’t need A* results to put a chicken patty in a bloody bun how on the earth do u make a chicken burger and not put a chicken patty in like how? Plus why are all staff always busy chatting away instead of doing their job how hard is it u get paid to work so bloody work. U can do ur chit chat after work or on ur break why mess up customers orders. Don’t want to work simple don’t go there to work. I’m guessing the staff never get their orders wrong. Ordered Grimace Shake and paid for - McDonald's edited my reciept without it, depsite being charged via Just Eat and now I've been jokingly given account credit when I won't be using it again. Also this McdDonald's phone line is dead

Driver experienced an attempted robbery and yet still got the food delivered. Amazing person and deserves a pay raise
