Mastrick Tandoori in Aberdeen City

Placed phone order for delivery. Guy phones me back 10 mins later and said i cannot deliver as busy (although he had taken my money) refused to refund me and ended up shouting at me over the phone.Why take my order for delivery. said i had to go into the shop for refund. If i had not had a drink i would of collected it. will not be using them again.

Order from them all the time normally excellent buy noy6 today no sauce for kebab and prawn starter was awful !!!

After going to this place for years this is the first bad experience I’ve had . Food took 1 hour 40 minutes to arrive and the order was totally wrong with three things missing . After going to pick up the missing things I got home and it was still wrong .

Good a shambles. Usually no issues but tonight let down badly. The chicken pakora starter was brick hard and inedible like cardboard and nana was cold. As chips in polystyrene container they were limp and soggy and again inedible. Not an enjoyable dinner.

Won the munchy box competition which was heaving with food. Collected on Christmas Eve. Asked to upgrade to a pashwari nan which they did at no extra charge. Was amazing. Would definitely have again. Great service,great prize.

Bought a Chicken Tikka Masala & a Chicken Korma for our Christmas Dinner. Plenty chicken and flavour. Would definitely recommend!

Had a donner kebab & wrap this evening. Food was very nice. Garlic sauce had a very lovely slight mint taste.

hite waited over 10 mins to order food ended going to the chipper across from it and got challenged from the boy once he came out and I said its ok will just get the chipper

I worked for them the owner takes the delivery charges and gives his drivers £2 all over Aberdeen

So so disappointed with my meal tonight 😥 chicken was like rubber chips were undercooked and my peshwari nann was undercooked also 😥

Didn't get what I ordered (as hot as a Madras and I'd ordered Jalfrezi. Upset tummy. Shop appeared dirty and rundown. Won't be going back.

Spicy chicken pathia was very good. Reasonable prices.

Ordered takeaway tonight, a bit of a wait but understandable as it is a Friday night, worth the wait though, amazing, delicious, definitely recommend and order here again

ABSOLUTELY LOVED OUR MEAL TONIGHT Ordered it at 16.08...and collected it at 16.55pm..That suited us fine as we did stuff before...Meal was delicious...we come in from Garlogie for our meal and we feel the distance there and back is worth the time...Had many meals before and have never had an issue too not come back..Look forward too the next time

This place is so slow at delivering food - tell you it will be max 55 mins but took 90 mins - for a carry out place that’s ridiculous. Called restaurant and they couldn’t care less offered no compensation for their delay and even had the cheek and asked if I wanted to cancel my order - never use again

Don't prepare my order on time. Instead of explaining and saying sorry for running rate, some of the staff were asking non sense questions and keep on wasting my time. They were usually doing well, I do not what is wrong with them this time.

They way my meal was served and delivered was fantastic thank you.

Very poor asked for a large kebab on naan bread with salad and chillie sause gets a smal one no salad charged £8 and says on menu its £6.50 very poor show

I've got my food extra small size and vegetables like a grass no flavour at all dissapointed the sauce was sweet not even garlic

Had to 1 star to write otherwise I'd be none!!! well and hour after digesting a munchie box fro here I was in pain stomach pains and then the next day iv got sweats fainting light heads and dizziness worse place and feeling of harms since I dunno defo food poisoning please avoid this re heated food chicken poisoned rubbish!!! Waste of money to feel awful...should be shut down my partner reminded me after oh that place gave you poisoning before a few years back..🤢😷

I am not the biggest fan of Indian takeaways. Until now!! Wow. Mixed starter was amazing and enough for two with salad to spare. Main courses were huge, and immensely tasty! Such great tastes and lovely big chunks of proper chicken breast! Generous portions and great value. Was recommended to us and will be recommending to others!

Tried here for the first and last time today, had a chicken dansak and my partner had her usual korma both of which at least 50% of the meal is going to landfill as they went in the bin.chicken rubbery and dry and the sauce had one pro dominant taste and that was oil .very disappointing

1st time using this takeaway and we will definitely be back! Brilliant meal tonight. Great value set meal B for 2. Everything tasted amazing. Chicken pakora. Chicken tikka. Prawn buni rice Nan bread, potatoe dish (I’ve never tried before) enough food left for a 3rd person.

Lovely food from here regardless if it's a curry, kebab or a wrap. Full of flavour and fresh. Hogie wrap is an absolute winner. Unfortunately 5 stars is the limit, would be higher if I could. Recommend hogie wrap and the salt and pepper chicken. Unbelievable.

Just had mixed tandoori from this takeaway and was just delighted with it the meat was just bursting with flavour. The price was very reasonable with all the extras that came with it. The delivery was prompt and the driver was just a great guy I believe his name was Lewis. I will definitely be eating here again x

Could do with taking more time in cooking the food but it's a brilliant place for food, last calzone I had was cooked but some of the pizza was still gooy

We have been using this takeaway for a while now and the food is consistently very good. We no longer feel the need to try other Indian takeaways as we are always more than happy with our meals from here and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Not long had my order delivered n I've just had a wee taste. Absolutely delicious. I ordered through food hub. My only problem is there is no option to tip online like uber eats have. If I order through them I add a tip . I feel bad cos I'm a card person. Good gorgeous 😀

Not the first time this place has sent me a chicken masala rather than the Quorn one I always order. Also found a hair in an onion Baji... Pretty grim stuff 😂

Excellent! Really enjoyed both starter and main courses.Food on time,nice flavours, hot and we'll portioned.Will most definitely be first choice for next curry and can but hope as satisfied.

Order takeaway food from here and it is always really nice food, coconut rice is great, aloo saag (bombay potatoes) is brilliant, had Chicken Chasni and Tikka Masala last time from the set meal for 2 and it was tasty, chasni not too creamy nice amount of spice for me. Had loads of good starters including chicken pakora, bahjis and poppadoms with spiced onions, mango chutney and riata. Such good value and good quick service.

Had given this place a miss for several months due to bland tasting food. Tried again yesterday and was very pleasantly surprised. Must be a different chef. Food excellent. Will use this place again.

Visited on 22/12/19. I opted for lamb dupiaza and my friend had chicken korma with a shared portion of coconut rice. Both meals were delicious, won't hesitate to visit here again, my pal said it was the best korma she had ever had. Would have given it 5 stars but a wee bit disappointed with the peshwari naan which could have been cooked for a wee bit longer.

One of the best indian take aways and we have tried a few. Very reasonably priced too!!

Ordered food 2 hours ago still hasn't arrived

Been here a couple of times now and the food is really good, defos recommend it, I had my usual spicy Chicken Tikka masala and it was perfect, you get complementary poppadom and red onion chutney too.

Gotta say, this was really good. Tons of food and really tasty. Top marks to this place.

Best Indian Take Away in the City.

Ordered munchie box last night, chicken tikka bites were raw, pakora had next to no chicken in them, donner meat was grey and had asked for Pepsi and received coke. Not to mention the fact the food was also 30 minutes late. Won’t be ordering again.

Went here for the first time recently after a night out in town. It was quite late and I was the only customer. I asked for chips and curry sauce. When I got home to eat it, I simply couldn’t. The chips were massively undercooked, with about two thirds being almost raw. The curry sauce tasted disgusting and watery. I will never go back.

There is a large choice of food types. We usually have starters and mains to share and we have never been disappointed. Quick service too.

Had a cheese burger with fryd egg it was one oc the finest burgers i have had in years and i eat alot of burgers

They are just opened! But need more staff servinng ! Asked for chicken burger got cheese one ! There prices are very good ! Wish them all the best

This place is the best Indian takeaway in Aberdeen by miles. The portion sizes are fantastic and prices probably the lowest of all around. Delivery is always bang on time and the food hot.

Sick fed up of stuff missing! Almost every time this happens! Tonight it was the rice missing from the set meal. How can you eat a curry without the rice? Funny they never forget to charge for anything though! Can of juice missing from kids meal. Ordered lamb but gave us chicken, the list goes on. Won't be going back.

Our friend told us to try this take away and after moving into our new home we decided to order in some grub. The food was delivered within 30mins was piping hot and tasted amazing. Full of flavour and a mammoth portion with plenty meat. I will be using this place more in the future.

Have ordered from here numerous times before and it has been delicious. Sadly on this occasion it has put us off returning. The food was cold and the chicken pakoras were swimming in oil. The tikka masala sauce was 90% water with a hint of flavour/colour. Such a let down. Other times we have ordered and collected immediately, this time we requested a collection time almost 2 hours later via the just eat app. Clearly seems they made the food at 4pm then left it until collection time of almost 6pm.

We ordered at 7pm, completed order and received confirmation email. Just eat said delivery time of 8pm, and this then later updated to 8:10, so we waited. At 8:40 I called the take-away to find where our meal was. The first question I was asked was "are you sure you ordered from our take away?". They then implied that I had not completed the order so it must be my fault, then when I said I had received the confirmation email they admitted that they had "not plugged in their printer, so the order had not printed". At no point did they apologise for this, but said they would rush our order out. They brought the food around 30 mins after the phone call and asked for the full amount of the order, despite the fact that Just-Eat were offering 20%. We told them that we had made the order on the basis of 20% off and that is all we were willing to pay, which they accepted after seeing the confirmation email. All in all they were very unapologetic and rude about it. Unfortunately the food was not to a quality that it usually is, and both myself and my boyfriend felt ill that evening and the next morning. We have been regular customers but honestly may never order again.

It was really a nice meal, it arrived a half hour early and the delivery driver was nice and polite. The only thing wrong was we ordered to much.

Been here a few times now. Great selection, and the naan bread is especially delicious. Delivery is always earlier than the stated estimate. Will definitely be back for more.

Having placed my order to be delivers at 7:30pm was very surprised to hear a nock at my door at 5:30 and to find a delivery driver with my order when I pointed out this mistake the guy relished his mistake and left and told me he would be back at 7:30pm when 7:30 arrived I was very annoyed to find my curry was stone cold as was the rice and bread obvislay my meal had just been left siting out until it was time to be delivered

Food took 2 hours to arrive although promised time was 1 hour 15 minutes. Tried to call and phone was hung up on answer twice. Got engaged tone for following 30 minutes. When food arrived it was greasy, watery, cold and tasteless. Have ordered here before and it was fine but never again !!

Shockingly bad service - took almost 3 hours for our food to arrive! Phoned them repeatedly, kept getting told that the driver had just left with our order, he'll be there in 5 minutes. Rubbish. Food arrived lukewarm and barely edible, so presumably had been sitting in the delivery driver's car for most of the 3 hours we were waiting. We won't use again.

I asked for 2 diet Pepsi but was phoned to say they only had 1 so I said it was fine to have 1 and something else.. but the diet Pepsi had already been opened and was dated July 2015

This order took over 2 hours and 40 mins to get to my house which is 4 miles away. I phoned 40 times but the phone was always engaged to ask where my order was and only got through 4 times. It ended up that I did not accept the order as it was really really late. Also the man from mastrick tandoori was rude on the phone, I m also a very good customer to mastrick tandoori and that meant nothy to him, not going back to them again and neither are my family who are also very good customers too. I m very unhappy with there very poor service and customer care

Don't know as after 2.5 hours meal still hasn't been delivered phoned several times been offered £5 reduction not quite cutting it!!!!!!!!!!!

Normally really like food from here but tonight was terrible.... Order nearly an hour late, when it did come it was cold and two items were wrong!! Tried phoning for over an hour to complain but no answer!! Will not be back

Do not order! would give 0 star if I could, waited over 2 hours for freezing cold food! Called to complain and was hung up on, told to come to shop to sort it out in a threatening manor! Total disgrace of a service would rather would have gave my money away than spent it in that!

I think the delivery time is quicker when you phone the order in.

The food was delicious with good portion sizes, however, we did not receive 20% discount as stated at the top of the menu on just eat page also mastrick tandoori didn't start preparing the order until we arrived at stipulated collection time (630pm on Thursday) meaning that we had a further 25 minute wait leaving little or no point in ordering in advance & planning around this.

The meal was great and will buy from them again

I've used this place for many years without a complaint until now, food was late pizza barely passed for edible lamb tikka pieces tasted curiously of pork and the customer service when I phoned to find out how long the delivery would be was barely understandable and of no use bordering on rude. I expected more and will not be using them again...sad because they were my regular curry house for so long.

Used this place lots of times in the past and was lovely however this last time was disappointing. Onion bhajis were soggy and flavourless and the Korma sauce was thin and not much better.

Fabulous you can order via internet/phone & pay on-line by credit card...... fine food, an hour is a little long to wait I feel for a Wednesday night, but hey oh it was worth it!!!!

Fab Indian food at competative price. Perfect portion size. Will definately use again.
