The donner kebab I received was cold. The atmosphere was uncomfortable it's as if they knew the food was rubbish and were waiting for me to realise. Not surprised the shop was empty and all the other take aways were full. I even asked for chilli sauce in a pot because I didn't want to much in my donner yet she ignored me. Absolutely rubbish customer service and a waste of £8.50. I definitely won't be going back there.

Expensive small portions cold dry supposed to be mixed but the chicken got lost AVOID AT ALL COST SAVE YOUR MONEY. NO NUMBER TO EVEN CALL THE SHOP. IT NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN

Seems to have new ownership… food is nowhere near the mediocre grub it once was… won’t be eating here again

I ordered a Marmaris special (Lamb doner, chicken doner, chicken shish, lamb shish, lamb kofte with mix salad, 3 pitta bread and 2 sauce)and a portion of chips. On arrival we received NO PITTA BREAD and the chips were cold. Called the shop which is one mile away and was told it would be least 20 mins before the pitta bread could be delivered. I complained and said the meat will be cold just like the chips we already have . The staff member just put the phone down. I fully understand mistakes in an order can happen but what ever happened to customer service and putting yourself out there for your customer !! This is such a shame as this shop used to offer a great service.

Ordered online. Kebab was dry and chewy. Pita was also hard. Won't be ordering again.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Expensive road kill that even a goat would nt eat. If u want a nice kebab in dumpstable go to mr chips. Lovely meat. Nice people

Gave me an old lamb doner out of a carrier bag that hadn't been picked up. Horrendous!

Walked in 20 minutes before closing time, they were very welcoming even though they were getting ready to close, and they still served the best kebab I've had to date, it was so good that I had to leave a review even though I never leave reviews

Ordered mixed meat and chips paid extra for large it arrived and it was only doner meat and chips with a small portion and I paid for pita which I didn’t receive the food was nice but very disappointed

Truly one of the most awful Donner kebabs I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. £10 for a large but I was clearly ripped off as the pita bread was tiny and the meat potion small. I wish I read the reviews before I came here.

I went to order from here last week ordered 2 kebabs and a burger and chips for delivery asked the total £39!!!!! Told them to shove it at that price absolute rip off

5 TIMES!!! They got my order wrong! And made me wait 20 minute more. And still made me pay full price every single time. The food id good but to be honest When i order the same pizza for 5 times and you get it wrong it means you have a problem of communication. Horrible service i just walked out of the shop after i called for collection waited 15 minutes when i arrived and got the wrong pizza for the 5th time👎🏻👎🏻

We only ever order on the phone. We always had excellent service. Except today. My wife called for our order and was completely abused down the telephone. Mistaken for another client of theirs. - No matter how hard she tried to convince them that she wasn’t this person the abuse continued against her. My wife would never be rude to anyone but she had to terminate the call. They lost a valued client and my advice to calling this restaurant is to. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT

Picked up a kebab was old meat that has been sat there and if I'm honest the meat was bland and wasn't even heated back up on the grill which isn't good but does help and paid £9 for what I would consider a small sorry

Very tasty food Big portions On time

Kebabs are always tasty (I usually get a doner with pita, garlic sauce and cucumber). They accommodate my requests (like just cucumber no other salad, garlic sauce separate etc) and delivery is prompt. Items are well wrapped and still nice and hot when delivered.

Kebab could be a bit more considering it's a 10er, but apart from that it's a 10/10. Always fresh salad and lovely juicy meat. Thanks again :)

Shame they don't stay open to their advised hours change your times or you will be breaking advising rules and regulations .

I asked for the receipt and he refused to give it to me, I asked for the time on the receipt and he wouldn't give it to me. When I opened the food was soggy and unappetising, waste of £16, I only ate half of it only because I was vey hungry. When I called to complain I was faced with a bad attitude and I got fed up and just told them to keep my money and forget it. I won't be ordering from them again, low food quality and not good service.

Overpriced for average food £8.50 for bland mixed meat and chips . Was looking forward to this kebab meat and chips but the chips were like oven chips and the meat had no flavour apart from the homemade chilli sauce that was ok Usually pay £5-50 for a tasty mixed meat and chips and that includes salad! (No s as n extra )

Ordered last night via uber eats, very quick delivery. There was an issue with our order but it was rectified very quickly. Food tasted fantastic and the portion sizes were very good for the price as well. Very impressed and this will carry on being our go to takeaway.

Probably 1 of the best Turkish kebabs I've ever had, the home made chilli sauce really complimented it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Unfortunately can't put a picture because food never showed. I was waiting roughly an hour before I decided to call was told it was on route then called another half hour later and had no answer at all.

Not sure what happened to this shop. The food is good but the portions are ridiculous they just cover the chips with meat loads of chips and no meat. Then when you tell them about it they become very rude. Remember we are your customers and if your customers are not happy your business will soon go down.

Order all the time from there and all best until today, today order was ridiculous , 2 of them ok and one 100g of meat and lots of cips . Call them and the excuse was they rush to send the driver and not enough meat . Ridiculous . You lose a costumer

Ordered yesterday..food was lovely. Plenty of sauce and meat in the kebab and the cheese was actually melted on the chips. Forgot how nice their food is!

Consistently good Kebabs. Regularly get the lamb doner/shish and it’s always decent.

Can not fault this place. 10/10 food every single time. Quick delivery! The food is always hot and it’s so good I wouldn’t ever betray them by getting a kebab from anywhere else. Perfect

Ordered from Website, when food turned up completely wrong order. Ordered chicken shish with garlic mayo came covered in chilli sauce. Ordered chips in pitta, no pitta, ordered lg mixed donner got shish and also didn't get garlic mayo sauces. Never again

The food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a quarter pounder and it had half of a slice of a soggy tomato and half a slice of a cucumber, no sauces and the bread was dry and stiff. The chips were manky and none edible. The food is cheap but not worth it. You get what you pay for. Absolutely horrendous! never eaten something as bad in my life as this i wouldnt even feed my dog the THINGS you gave me to eat.

The worst even didn't deserve one star, cause I order it chips with cheese and a beef burger. The chips was half baked, I couldn't eat any chips I tried one and direct put it all food to bin, full of old cheese melted.

I usually really enjoy my food from here But todays order was disappointing and the attitude from the staff on the phone We ordered houmous and pitta bread to share - when it came i couldn't find the pitta so I called up - when I did find the pitta bread there was one pitta with a massive pot of houmous - to share this is just ridiculous. We had spent over £30 including delivery and service charges- i forgot on my just eat order to order a chicken wrap which I asked to pay for over the phone and to be redelivered on another round of the drivers when it suited I was met with a no can do unless I spent £12 As customer service goes I felt the attitude over the phone was poor as though they weren't interested in my custom and the portion of houmous and pitta was disappointing.

I’m on a diet so my only real healthy take away is a chicken shish I’ve now had 2 from the marmarus and both were delivered in 40 mins hot and very tasty Brilliant

not great!! had kebabs delivered & they were cold, chicken had lots of gristle & doner was greasy & undercooked! dont buy a take away unless you want to be dissatisfied!

Had it today.Meat only Lamb and Chicken.Lamb wasn't cooked properly and chicken was dry. Not very impressed..

I ordered two kebabs with salads, plus garlic bread and a box of peppers. I got two cold kebabs without salads and without a box of peppers. in addition, the driver didn't give me the change. calling the store to ask what happened I heard that they are very busy today! Mockery and disrespect for the client. Never more food from these scammers...!

Nice Kebabs, haven't tried other food on menu. My favourite thing about a good Kebab is when it's in a wrap and I had one here, better than all the filling hanging out of a pitta bread. Friendly staff too.

The Best Kebab in Dunstable!! Every time there I order there is a lot of salad and meat it tastes great and if I ask for extra garlic sauce they are always happy to give. Really Really happy with them, I would 1000% recommend.

Been ordering kebabs from this place for years and always paid by card over the phone, tonight I go in there to order a kebab and pay by card and they try charging me a service charge which are now illegal,I will be reporting this to trading standards and never use mamaris again

I’ve ordered 4 kebabs. All good and brilliant. But last night at 11 o’clock they call me to ask about some order...which really I didn’t understand very well... How it’s possible to disturb a person at that time without reason???

Fast instore friendly service and home delivery. I always have any of the following which never lets me down: Special Shish Kebab (enough for 2), Meat Calzone or Hot Calzone or Veggie Calzone (during my meat fasts). Pizzas are also good with generous toppings.

Food is always good, but the past 4 orders have all had something missing from what we paid for (i.e. missing chips, burger, humous etc.), so we get most of the food on time but whatever is missing obviously turns up late. Phone them and it eventually gets sorted out, but it ruins it when you order with friends and one person can't eat because their food hasn't arrived. If it had happened only once or twice I'd give the benefit of the doubt, but it's happened so many times it's become a running joke about what will be missing next time. Sorry guys, food is always tasty, but you need to double check your orders before they leave.

Delivery lady was friendly and bang on time, food arrived warm but was expecting better things - the chicken nuggets were very good but it was downhill from there, the chips tasted like they had been reheated in a microwave, the "sausage burger" is literally two sausages in a bun (we wrongly assumed it would be a pattie of sorts) and the medium kebab is the smallest kebab i have ever seen, bulked out with lots of salad and not alot of meat. Given it's reputation I was excited to try the food but am pretty disappointed.
